It is very much a quiet retreat. Beautiful grounds set up with amazing photo opportunities. The pond is quiet with ducks swimming on it. The place was clean and had several little nice touches: a fully stocked kitchen, chocolates on the pillows, games, and dvds. Hosts were very kind and helpful. With just the right touch of providing what we needed yet allowing us the privacy to rest and relax.

It was very clean and well stocked with anything we needed. Great view of the sandhills from the deck. Easy to get to and enjoyed it being so quiet. Would like to go back in the future.

A very fun place to stay and the view is beautiful! Very quiet and peaceful and a nice get away from the city. Would definitely stay here again!

It was wonderful! Such a quiet little town! Nice break from the city! The place had everything we needed. Nice and clean and beds were comfy! It was nice sitting out by the fire pit in the evenings when it wasn’t 25 mile an hour winds! 😊 I hear that’s just typical for Nebraska! We would definitely stay here again if we are ever back in Nebraska!

Linda’s place was comfortable and had everything we needed for a short stop in Spalding. Linda was very friendly and welcoming. There property extends down to a lovely creek, which made for a nice morning walk.

Katie’s place was exactly like she described. It’s her home and we felt perfectly at home as well. The hot tub was an extra bonus! Plenty of beds for all of our families. The kids had fun with the toys in the basement. We loved the large table and gathered there most of the weekend. Kitchen was large enough to make our meals. We were celebrating a late family Christmas and we had lots of room to hang together. The view was incredible and we loved the privacy! We will definitely be back!

The place was clean and welcoming. We felt right at home. The pool table was fun to play with our kids. The 3 tvs were great for my family of six to watch tv and have the xbox connected at the same time, so everyone was entertained. The fact that it was pet friendly was a positive. We took our boston and borkie with us. The kitchen had all the basics needed for a few days stay. The only thing I could complain about, is the pillows could have been more supportive. But that is a minor issue and only an issue because I have a bad back. Everything was great and the swing set outside was great for the 6 year olds to play outside. This was our first time using an air bnb and it was a wonderful first time experience for my family and me! :) Candice responded quickly to any message that was sent. We will definitely use this location again if and when we're ever in the area again.
