We had 4 tremendous days at Bay Tree Cottage and were blessed with wonderful sunny weather. The surrounding area is beautiful with a host of things to visit and enjoy for all families and age groups. The cottage itself is everything you could hope for, extremely well appointed and equipped, beautifully decorated, comfortable and spacious. The master suite of the 3rd floor is the real show stopper with incredible unique views across the harbour and flooded with natural light from dawn to dusk. Kevin has provided a fantastic 3 bedroom cottage which has been our favourite Airbnb to date. Staithes is an absolutely charming historic seaside village with good amenities and not one to be missed. There is a reasonable amount of walking needed up quite step paths but well worth the effort. Vehicle access is restricted to luggage drop off and collection. Kevin is a brilliant host, very attentive and responsive should you need anything. Absolutely brilliant, we loved it.

This place was more than perfect for us 4: we wanted to stay in Robins Hood bay for a mini break and this cottage was even more than we expected, cosier than the photos, fantastic atmosphere by the sea and walks near by. We forgot our toiletries but found what we needed in the bathroom so even better. Cottage was in excellent condition. We want to come back in winter as per children’s request!

We had a wonderful stay at Sue's cottage on Market Square. Perfect position, for eating out pubs, cafes also butchery and a gem of a bakery around the corner. Would take my cup for a coffee and croissant for breakfast each morning. We did numerous walks during our week stay. Even took a drive over to Staithes on the coast. The Theakston brewery tour was informative in the history of this old brewery.Position perfect to travel east or west in the Dales & Moors. Loved it, thank you Sue for providing this cottage in Masham.

A great place to stay,in an ideal and convenient location. Thought the key situation would be a bit complicated but because the instructions were so clear, that it was quite simple. The apartment was spotless, the equipment was good and easy to use. Furnishings were very good and comfortable. Beds very comfortable and heating system very easy to use. Everything had a very spacious and welcoming feel to it. We would definitely use this apartment again. We had a very enjoyable experience.

Great house, close to central Scarborough, close to Peasholm Park walkable in 10mins I think you would struggle in the house if full with 10 people - we had 8 adults it was a squeeze to sit & watch tv, eat at table or work in kitchen together Pleasant neighbourhood, parking away from the house at end of road, did manage to unload outside before moving to park - parking permits provided throughout stay Hosts very helpful and answered all our questions before staying

Arrived with 8 friends and instantly fell in love with the place, everything was clean and prepared with instructions and recommendations on food and activities in the local area, spent every night enjoying ourselves rather in the hot tub or living room playing games and was an overall great experience.

My adult son and I stayed for three nights in Brian’s property . The apartment is immaculate and just as described with high quality fixtures and fittings. Beds, linen and pillows particularly stand out. Plenty to see and do within walking distance, frequent bus service from Whitby to surrounding villages and towns as well as train station within walking distance- if you want a different method of transport. For those driving to Whitby the free parking is a real bonus ( residents permit provided with rental property) . If you get the chance to book this place- take it- highly recommend.
