This place was a fantastic stay. Centrally located and close walk to the beach while providing so much peace and quiet. The bed was on of the most comfortable beds I have stayed at in an Airbnb. If felt more like a home then an Airbnb. Everything we could need was in the apartment, including laundry detergent. If anything, Aubrey undercharges for this spot. It was lovely and I will stay here again.

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The location was perfect—central and close to everything I wanted to see yet quiet enough at night. You can see the bell tower of the Church from the windows. The concierge was incredibly welcoming and helpful, making sure I could check in early, and that I could find everything during my stay. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Nice!

We had a magical stay at Remario's ARBNB, in Quartier des Musiciens. The clean and bright apartment was the perfect size for 2 people. We enjoyed our time relaxing on the balcony both day and night! Having aircon and a washer/dryer in unit, was a welcome convenience. Location cannot be beat, with access to the train, tram, museums, promenade, and cafes at your fingertips. Remario and Sylvia were fantastic hosts and went beyond to ensure a successful experience. We long to return soon! Merci beaucoup.

Hey, so the place is in a quiet area, close to the tram, bus stop, and Promenade des Anglais. The sea is super clear, and the beach isn't too crowded, which we loved. There's a park with a small playground near the studio, which our kids loved. The studio looks exactly like in the pictures and the kitchen has everything you need for a holiday, and we liked that there was an iron and a vacuum too. The host was really quick to respond and super understanding with checking in and checking out times. Thanks, Valerie!

The host was very kind and thoughtful, making sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The room was cozy and equipped for basic cooking and laundry, making it ideal for a long-term stay. Located close to the city center, it’s a lovely place to enjoy shopping and sightseeing.

This place is absolutely perfect for a memorable & relaxing stay in Cap Ferrat. The location and setting is truly incredible and is probably our favorite aspect, with stunning views of the harbor + riviera coast, perfect for working on the balcony/sunset dinners. The bldg is only ~1min walk to main street, but also just far enough to be super quiet. Tamsin was an incredible host, super responsive, helpful and a joy to coordinate with (even helping us our with wedding planning!) We've stayed at the Four Seasons/Hotel du Cap/Areille/most of the other luxe hotel but this is probably our favorite of all SoF stays experiences to get a small taste of what life is like as Cap Ferrat local... 1000% will be returning!

Tolle Ferienunterkunft mit einer sehr schönen Aussicht. Wir haben 14 Tage sonniges Wetter genossen und das an Weihnachten. Unser Kater war auch willkommen. Erwin und Liliane sind zwei ältere und superfreundliche Herrschaften. Man wird mit Willkommengetränke und selbstgebackenen Kuchen begrüßt. Auch der Lieferservice mit frischem Baguette jeden Morgen ist natürlich klasse. Wir konnten von dort viele MTB Touren machen. Die Wohnungseinrichtung selber ist ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. Aber ansonsten voll zu empfehlen.

La casa di Olga ed il luogo in cui si trova sono incantevoli. La casa è spaziosa, pulita e completamente arredata. La psicina è riscaldata. Di presenza è meglio che in foto. grazie dell'ospitalità.

Celine’s house is a gem! It is absolutely perfect especially for family with small kids. There’s a dream playroom in the house and a good size playground outside. Our kids didn’t want to leave the house! Celine has thought of everything from a welcome gift with wine, drinks, chips and even fresh lemons from her garden to kids’ amenities like high chair, cot, kids cutlery. Her place is also sparkly clean and the view is just gorgeous. I would have given it more than 5 stars if I can!

Excellent séjour en famille dans cette magnifique maison avec vue splendide sur la mer. Très agréable salon/salle à manger. Literie de super qualité. Logement impeccable. Plusieurs terrasses ou endroits ou se reposer dans le jardin. Arrivée et départ autonome mais très grande réactivité de Jon Gisle et Marie Laure si besoin. Une maison magnifique où il fait bon vivre, même si notre séjour de 6 nuits était trop court!

La petite maison de Maria était parfaite ! Très jolie et pratique et avec une vue à couper le souffle. Un séjour unique dans un lieu d'exception que nous recommandons déjà

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour chez Jérôme. C'est très bien situé (on peut aller à pied au village) tout en étant calme et spacieux. La maison était impeccable et accueillante.

Alain is an amazing man with very high personal culture. You can count on him in every situation. I was welcomed very nicely and pleasantly surprised by what I found in the fridge. Thank you Alain. The apartment is very well located within easy walking distance between the sea and the main Cote D'Azur main road. Far better on the inside than the outside. Clean, comfy bed, good shower and view of the sea. Great base in Villefranche for all the places to visit and choice of public transport. One trip is not enough.

Me and my colleagues had a great stay in this airbnb while visiting a conference in Monaco. The apartment has a great location for a fraction of the price compared to staying in Monaco. There are multiple grocery stores and restaurants at walking distance from the apartment. I would highly recommend staying here!

A Wonderful Stay in Nice! Our experience at Melina’s apartment was fantastic from start to finish. Melina’s communication was top-notch—she reached out before, during, and even after our stay to ensure everything was going smoothly, which it absolutely did. Melina’s attention to detail in decor and appliances was impressive. The washer and dryer were a lifesaver, especially as this was the second leg of our trip and we packed light. Stéphane est très sympathique, gentil, disponible, réactif au moindre souci : lave linge en panne, remplacé aussitôt... BRAVO ! Des fruits de son jardin nous attendaient🍋🍊 Nous ne manquerons pas de le recontacter si nous revenons dans le coin pour y découvrir d'autres sites. L'appartement est top, spacieux, fonctionnel et rien n'y manque... lave vaisselle, lave linge et sèche linge. La literie est de très bonne qualité. La terrasse est sympathique pour s'y détendre, prendre un apéro et même un petit repas... nous y avons passé de bons moments. Le garage est un GROS PLUS quand tout est payant dans MENTON surtout en période de la fête des 🍋 où les places sont rares. La résidence est calme, très propre et bien sécurisée à tout niveau. Les commerces sont proches de la location : Intermarché, pharmacie, épicerie et j'en passe... Nous n'avons pas besoin de ressortir la voiture. Tout peut se visiter à pieds, côté Italie, comme côté Nice. Je recommande vivement cet appartement +++

Très bon séjour chez Léna. L’appartement est idéalement situé pour faire du tourisme à Monaco en transports en commun. L’appartement est très bien équipé, rangé et impeccable. Léna est facilement joignable et répond rapidement 🙂

Le logement était très pratique avec sa place de parking et le supermarché Lidle juste en bas. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre sejour et l'apartement est très bien équipé: volets roulants éléctriques, équipements pour la cuisine dont Airfryer, machine à laver/sèche linge etc. Idéal pour une famille. Le logement est spacieux et très propre. Nous avons pu cuisiner, faire nos lessives etc et la TV du salon est grande et il y a les comptes Netflix deja paramétrés pour les voyageurs dans plusieurs langues. La décoration est moderne et les éclairages LED rendent l'apartement encore plus agréable. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.
