I enjoyed a wonderfully relaxing and peaceful stay. Although I was only there for one night, I could have easily extended my visit. I felt completely at home, and the host was accommodating with my late check-in due to traffic.

We had such a relaxed stay. Everything is brand new and well appointed and, when we had questions, Vincenzo was quick to respond and help. The apartment is located between Earl’s Court and Fulham/Chelsea, so travel to Central London and Heathrow was easy and we could easily walk to supermarkets and great restaurants. Plus, the apartment is very large and can easily accommodate 6 people.

We had a wonderful stay at Mark’s house celebrating my mums 80th birthday. From booking to checking out Mark was super responsive, providing excellent tips of the local area and was very flexible with our arrival & departure times which was hugely appreciated as family had travelled from all over (including the USA) and arrived at different times. The house is beautiful (very comfy beds!) with a lovely garden and games rooms which was very much enjoyed by the children - and adults! Very thorough instructions were available for every aspect in the house. The location was perfect for visiting the beautiful town of Windsor. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend. A great location and an apartment that felt warm and inviting. Very well equipped with all necessities. Tatyana was incredibly quick to respond with any questions and was very helpful. The only issue for my elderly father was the stairs to the bathroom, quite challenging for an older person or a person with limited mobility.

The accommodation was really great. Clean, easy to reach by bus and train and exactly as shown in the photos. The hosts were also very nice and always available. We'd love to stay here again! Thank you.

A nice little apartment to explore London for a week. There are lots of cafes nearby and you can get everywhere relatively quickly. The first few days the apartment was a bit cold but Andrew helped us immediately and brought an extra heater. So it was friendly and uncomplicated.

great location to access London (by TFL or foot) with convenience at your doorstep. Hosts provided us with the best instructions to date on AirBnB and went above and beyond when we needed a little late night help. thank you!

Perfect location, lovely rooms, easy access to Underground and buses. Lovely place to stay if you want to explore Notting Hill. We were there in August and there is no air conditioning, but opening the windows at night and the fans made it quite pleasant. This flat is on a very busy street, so the nighttime noises (traffic, people) can wake you up, so if that bothers you, I suppose it could be a problem. But it wasn’t a problem for us. The washer and dryer were a huge plus.

Tom was a fantastic host and we loved our stay at his place. Check in instructions were clear and we really loved the generous check in/check out times. Location is an easy walk from Balham tube. All in all we were very comfortable and would definitely want to stay here again on our next trip to London.
