Borgio Verezzi : locations de vacances en bord de mer

Federico und Gemma haben uns herzlich mit unserem Hund empfangen und waren über die ganze Zeit mit Tipps und Ratschlägen präsent. Sie haben uns sogar auf ein kommendes Unwettern aufmerksam gemacht und uns rechtzeitig die Garage für unseren Oldtimer bereitgestellt. Alles in allem sehr angenehm und alles entsprechend der Beschreibung. Wir werden wieder kommen.

Il nostro è stato un soggiorno breve ma grazie alla disponibilità, gentilezza e discrezione di Gianmarco e dei suoi collaboratori è stato come essere accolti a casa propria e abbiamo goduto a pieno del confort dell'appartamento. Situato in una elegante palazzina, pulito, tenuto ottimamente e con una bellissima vista sul mare.

Wir waren in der ersten Woche im Oktober, hatten noch einige sonnige Tage aber Wetter war auch teilweise durchzogen. leider waren schon einige Restaurants saisonbedigt geschlossen, dies war schade. die unterkunft von fabiola war aber perfekt, klein aber zu viert mit zwei kleinen kindern optimal, es hat uns sehr gefallen.

Magnifique appartement spacieux avec une vue imprenable sur la mer. Alma et Mimo sont des hôtes exceptionnels. Ils ont rénové cette belle propriété, située dans l'un des meilleurs quartiers d'Alassio, avec beaucoup de goût et une grande attention aux détails. Le salon est superbe, avec de grandes fenêtres offrant une vue spectaculaire sur la mer. La cuisine est parfaite et moderne, tout comme les deux salles de bains. La climatisation est très puissante. Bien qu'il soit situé en plein centre, les chambres intérieures sont très calmes. Une magnifique terrasse ajoute un espace supplémentaire pour se détendre. Alma et Mimo connaissent Alassio dans les moindres détails et nous ont donné d'excellentes recommandations pour profiter au maximum de notre séjour. Un conseil : demandez-leur de vous mettre en contact avec les plages pour réserver des parasols. Merci Alma ! Merci Mimo !

Ottimo alloggio che si affaccia sul mare+host molto gentile+clima estivo a Novembre = ottima vacanza!

Die Wohnung liegt im 4. Stock und ist mit dem Lift gut erreichbar. Es hat einen überdachten Balkon, von dem aus die grossen Kreuzschiffe im Hafen sichtbar sind. Wir waren für eine Nacht in der Wohnung, bevor wir anschließend auf Kreuzfahrt gingen. In der Umgebung hat es viele Restaurants und verschiedene Parkhäuser und der Eingang zum Kreuzfahrtschiff ist in 2 Minuten erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist an super Lage und perfekt eingerichtet, auch für längere AAufenthalte.Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war unkompliziert und ergab uns auch Tipps zu den verschiedenen Parkplatzmöglichkeiten.

Clean and nice place, just by the beach and close to restaurants and shops. Storage for bikes 👍🏻 Alessandro was easy to reach and communicate with! Would definitely recommend staying here!

Abbiamo passato dei giorni molto piacevoli nell’appartamento Bella Marina Maria Vittoria è stata veramente gentile e disponibile. La casa è ben curata esattamente come nelle foto, la posizione è ottima, vicino al mare e al centro di Porto Maurizio. Inoltre c’è il parcheggio privato, davvero comodo. Quindi un grande grazie!

Ci siamo trovati molto bene con Isabella. La casa è studiata davvero bene, non manca proprio nulla. La vicinanza con il mare è incredibile. Collegata benissimo con il centro!

Complesso di appartamenti all’avanguardia nel cuore di Santo Stefano al mare. Noi abbiamo soggiornato in uno dei più alti dove la vista era spettacolare. L’appartamento di design all’avanguardia, stile minimal, conteneva tutto quello di cui hai bisogno. Organizzato benissimo, bagno e camera con spazi adeguati, cucina attrezzata, caffè, the, ecc… il patio fuori con la terrazza e le sdraio è bella da levare il fiato. Il complesso è dotato di spazi comuni pulitissimi come la piscina esterna, idromassaggio interna, calcetto, tavolo da biliardo e Ping pong. Spazio ottimo per i bambini e famiglie in generale. Massimo e Meriam sono degli host fantastici che ci hanno fatto innamorare di questo bel paesino. Sono stati molto disponibili e simpatici! Speriamo a presto! Grazie di tutto

Without a doubt an extremely refined and beautiful place to be. This villa has been in Silvio’s family for a while and the thought and care that continuously goes into making it beautiful inside and out is extraordinary. We had a short but wonderful time and won’t soon forget it. Recommended for a memorable occasion.

Un logement incroyable, extrêmement bien situé . Restaurants à proximité , port et plages accessibles facilement grâce à l ascenseur. Merci Annika pour vos conseils et votre gentillesse. Maison majestueuse avec vue mer depuis le patio. Nous vous conseillons vivement ce logement ! Parfait !

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt in diesem stilvoll eingerichteten Appartement. Die Lage ist perfekt, 5min zum Strand und 5min ins centro storico. Plus einem sicheren Parkplatz und einem sehr freundlichen Portier.

Anfahrt mit 5,40m Camper etwas tricky, aber von oben geht es. Die Äste geben nach.... Enrico ist ein wunderbarer Gastgeber, mit Brötchenservice am Morgen, Olivenöl aus eigener Ernte, Restauranttipps und mehr. Zu Fuß ist es ne halbe Stunde am Meer entlang bis Finale. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit mit Hund, Sonne, Meeresrauschen und netten Mitbewohnern.

Die Ferienwohnung ist erstklassig in einem schönen Haus direkt am Meer. Von der Terasse hat man einen wunderbaren Blick auf das Mittelmeer und den Strand vor dem Haus. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Zu beachten wäre, dass die Wohnung direkt unter dem Dach im dritten Stockwerk ohne Aufzug liegt. Für uns war das aber kein Problem und das Treppenhaus bietet bereits ein schönes Flair, das von dem der Wohnung übertroffen wird. Bei sommerlichen Außentemperaturen von 35 Grad hat die Klimaanlage gute Dienste erwiesen. Es empfiehlt sich ggf. einen Parkplatz im Vorhinein zu reservieren oder man nutzt den ca. 8 Gehminuten entfernten öffentlichen Parkplatz. Es hat uns ausgezeichnet gefallen, wir kommen gerne wieder.

We loved, loved, loved the apartment. The view could not have been more beautiful. The grounds are lovely and well maintained. Our only complaint was our initial greeting and introduction to the apartment. As you know, The complex can be confusing with the 3 different buildings.

A pochi passi dal mare e dal centro di Cogoleto (che si raggiunge con una piacevole passeggiata), l'appartamento di Raffaella è un piccolo gioiello. Noi ci siamo sentiti davvero come a casa, con tutte le comodità necessarie. Non manca davvero niente! Anche il divano letto è spazioso e confortevole. Tutte le informazioni necessarie sono indicate. Zona tranquillissima e verde, vicini simpatici e gentili. Raffaella e Aldo sono stati disponibili durante il nostro soggiorno e cordiali, torneremo sicuramente e lo consigliamo a tutti.

Le logement est très propre et fonctionnel. Sergio est très disponible et réactif. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour mal grès les caprices de la météo nous avons pu tous les jours profiter des environs. Le balcon offre une vue magnifique sur la mer. La literie est excellente et nous avons toutes les commodités à proximité. Nous recommandons le logement de Sergio et nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

La casa di Paolo è meravigliosa , si vede che è stata pensata per viverci . La posizione è insuperabile , nel centro e sul mare . La casa resta comunque silenziosa chiudendo le finestre . Il garage è un plus indispensabile ed essendo la casa in zona pedonale non è possibile averlo sotto casa , si raggiunge comunque in 3 minuti a piedi ( passo lento) . Unico suggerimento , aggiungere alla ricca dotazione una macchina da caffè con cialde , per chi come me non ama la moca . Sotto casa ci sono un numero considerevole di bar , ma bere un caffè in pigiama guardando l’alba dalla terrazza “ Vale il Viaggio “ . Andrea e famiglia

Accueil très chaleureux de la part de notre hôtesse Bianca, très sympathique et qui en plus maitrise la langue française! Très belle maison entouré d'un magnifique jardin et une vue formidable sur la mer Nous avons passé un super séjour, Madame Bianca a été très à l'écoute et nous a donné d'excellents conseils Que de bons souvenirs de notre séjour à Imperia

Perfect space for 2 adults and 3 kids who want access to the beach. Filippo was very responsive and accommodating. Beautiful views of the sea!

We were in constant communication with Mattia before arriving at the address. When we arrived at the address, everything was as described. The cleanliness of the apartment was very good. We did not experience any problems during our stay. Mattia's family was staying on the upper floor of the apartment we stayed in. They are immediately reachable in case of any problems. As a result, we enjoyed the sun, sea and sand. It was a quiet and peaceful environment. Definitely recommended.

We were three adults, staying three days at the Sunset Suite. The flat was very clean and has a brilliant location close to anything Albisola Superiore has to offer. Comfy beds, nice bathromms and well equipped kitchen. Breakfast and gelato bar almost on the doorstep. Beach, restaurants, supermarkets and shops all in very short walking-distance. Privat parking. Personal check in and easy communication with host. All in all a great experince. Highly reccomended.
