Ilaria лучший хозяин из возможных. Все было отлично. Очень добрая, веселая и отзывчивая. Жилье оказалось даже лучше, чем на фото! К Ilaria хочется вернуться! Сама квартира очень удобно расположена, до моря, магазинов и ресторанов всего 10 минут пешком.

We loved our stay in Valentinas apartment. Valentina allowed us to stay at number 3 (rather than nummber 5) due to less steps. We were absolutely thrilled with the location, the view and the apartment. Our purpose to stay in Genzano for more than a month was to 'live like a local' and this apartment allowed us to do exactly that! Very close to restaurants coffee shops, supermarkets and the main street. Highly recommend staying here!

Tho check in is till 20:00 due to delay of flight we arrived at 1am. Giovannella waited us; and greet us with smile. Give us short instructions and recomendations. House was cozy and very vell equipped;especially kitchen. Beutiful exterior and clean swimming pool. A lot of privacy and beutifull view. Store;short distance as well public transport so Rome was easily accessible. Hope one day to be back.

Esperienza positiva. La casa corrisponde alla descrizione, interni ed esterni nuovi, tutto molto pulito e curato. Vista mozzafiato, tramonto spettacolare. Marco è stato accogliente e gentile, grazie per l’ospitalità.

Abbiamo soggiornato, io e mia moglie, a Villa Sonny nella seconda settimana di settembre per una vacanza rilassante e siamo rimasti decisamente soddisfatti. Bella location, ottima la vicinanza alla spiaggia (una quarantina di metri se vi si accede attraverso un passaggio diretto allo stabilimento balneare adiacente - ben organizzato - consentito a chi è cliente dello stabilimento), cordiale e disponibile l'host (Sonia) e suo marito (Andrea). Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato l'appartamento ben organizzato e pulito. Spiaggia di sabbia, dorata e molto fine, ed acqua molto pulita (anche nelle giornate ventose con mare mosso). Senz'altro consigliato.

Soggiorno di due per 12 giorni. Host disponibile, gentile, veloce e puntuale nelle risposte, soprattutto quando ho avuto numerosi problemi con la carta di credito alla conferma della prenotazione. Lui e la persona che ci ha accolto meritano 10 e lode. Appartamento vicino alla spiaggia e ai servizi, silenzioso, arioso. Posto auto coperto, seppur scomodo sia in ingresso che in uscita, ha fatto la differenza sotto Ferragosto quando trovare posto in strada è impossibile. Ho molto apprezzato i ventilatori nelle camere da letto, il terrazzo attrezzato, dove si può mangiare e scorgere il mare, e poter portare con me il mio cane. La casa era pulita. Spunti miglioramento: - ulteriore mazzo di chiavi, con uno solo e con citofono non funzionante chi era in casa era costretto a scendere per aprire il portone (mezzo rotto peraltro!), anche la porta di ingresso all’appartamento non mi faceva stare tranquilla. - Nella dotazione asciugamani prevederei anche un telo doccia e non solo viso e ospite.

Maddalena's place was excellent for a month-long stay in Rome. It was everything it appeared to be in the photos, and the rooftop terrace made it one of the most beautiful Airbnb's that I've stayed in. Adding a huge Thank You to Roberta, who helped me check in, and was extremely kind in driving me to the airport on the morning I checked out! Thank you so, so much!

Stunning location with amazing views, the Airbnb felt like home, was charming and fantastic. The views from the bathroom and bedroom are stunning, and while it's a fair hike up some switchbacks from the transtation to the Airbnb it can be done with a bit of huff and puff and sweat in 20 minutes. We wish we'd stayed longer! The location is great, with only a short walk to lots of small restaurants and bars, and the peace and quiet was much needed after a stay in Rome.
