Borgo Valbelluna : locations de vacances avec brasero

Wij hebben ontzettend genoten van ons verblijf op Ca' Milone. We waren er voor iets meer dan twee weken en hebben heerlijk gezwommen en op de ligbedjes gelegen als we een dagje bij het huis bleven. We hebben leuk contact gehad met Francesca en Paolo die ons vanalles konden vertellen over restaurants en activiteiten in de buurt. Beiden spreken goed Engels, wat erg handig is. Paolo vertelt graag over de geschiedenis van het landgoed en zijn passie voor vliegen. De bakker en de supermarkt waren op minder dan 10 minuten met de auto, voor ons ook een pluspunt. Als je komt logeren, zorg dan wel voor een flesje Deet, of haal bij de drogist Autan om de muggen op afstand te houden!

This villa is fantastic - it was build in 1965 and the style is well preserved, the massive, wooden window blinds and the furniture inside breath history and make you feel at home! The place is definitively not „downtown“ but very remote and private which makes it ideal for a family or friends who just want to stay away from „it all“ and enjoy a gorgeous view over the Prosecco hills into the alps as well as towards the lagoon of Venice. The tranquility of this place makes it a great location for shorter or longer break. The hosts are extremely friendly, their hospitality was excellent and they made you feel like almost like royal guests on their premises. Side note: the villa is located in one of the areas of the Andreola winery which makes it a very suitable location when you like Proseccco…

Ferruccio e le sue figlie sono state disponibili e cordiali fin dal primo momento, hanno sempre cercato di aiutarci rispondendo alle nostre domande. La casa è dotata di tutto ciò che può servire, è un piacere avere a che fare con persone così! Sicuramente valuteremo di tornare, location consigliatissima per trascorrere giornate di relax!

Meine Frau und ich samt Hund wurden sehr freundlich aufgenommen! Andrea und Debora gaben gerne Auskunft auf unsere Fragen. Sie stellten uns das ganze große Haus zur Verfügung, in dem wir uns sehr wohl fühlten, zumal es sehr stilvoll eingerichtet ist.

Stupendi entrambi gli host, davvero carini. Emanuele ci ha fatto trovare 2 ciotole d'acqua per i cani e due palline per giocare. L'alloggio è bellissimo, curato e tenuto davvero bene. Tutto pulitissimo e profumato. Premurosi e sempre disponibili, sono piaciuti un sacco anche a Spritz e Tabata che si sono infilati addirittura in casa loro per pochi attimi. Diciamo che sono stata da dio, và, tornerò sicuramente ❣️

Ein schönes und großzügiges Appartement! Schöner Pool! Ruhig gelegen, gleich daneben befindet sich ein Pferdehof, was natürlich den Kindern sehr gefallen hat. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts. Silvia und ihr Mann haben uns sehr freundlich bei sich aufgenommen. Leider waren wir nur zwei Nächte da, aufgrund der Lage sind Ausflüge nach Treviso, Bassano oder Marostica ohne Probleme in kurzer Zeit möglich. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

A terrific stay at Tania's place in Roncado. A beautiful huge house with a fantastic kitchen and a beautiful garden. If you like cooking - this is the best stocked kitchen I have ever seen in any airbnb in 10 years. The house garden is huge and very beautiful. This is truly one of the best stays at airbnb ever. The hosts a very nice, very responsive - I have only the best things to say about our experience. The location is terrific - you must have a car to stay here, and then you are 20 minutes away from 2 airports (Treviso and Venice), 5 minutes from 2 huge supermarkets, 3 minutes from a motorway. We loved everything and truly hope to be back!

We had a great 1 night stay at Antonella’s. Beautiful location within in Prosecco hills. Kids loved the garden and chickens:) locally walkable restaurant and bar. Apartment was huge and kept in a spotless shape. Antonella even prepared a cot for our baby! Thank you.

Wir waren hier für eine Woche Ende Oktober – ein perfekter Ort, um gleichzeitig in Venedig und auch an einem ruhigen Strandort zu sein. Die Lage so dicht am Strand ist einfach wunderbar & wer italienische Badeorte außerhalb der Saison mag, ist hier genau richtig. Angelo war super nett, alles war sehr unkompliziert und angenehm. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Danke Angelo!

Siamo stati 4 giorni in questo appartamento splendido, molto luminoso e veramente curato con ampi spazi per la famiglia. La zona è piena di attività da fare e ben servita dai mazzi pubblici. Ci siamo rilassati tantissimo e non vediamo l’ora di tornare.

Excellent séjour chez Ennio ; sa femme et lui ont été d’une grande gentillesse, acceptant mon arrivée tardive. Très réactifs, ils ont su répondre à mes questions lorsque nécessaire. Je recommande vivement ce logement (propre, spacieux et chaleureux). Encore merci pour votre accueil.

It was the most magical place that we have ever stayed at. Very well designed, stunning views both inside and outside! and Francesca was a great host, with clear communication and quick responses whenever we needed something. You will rarely find a better place to stay. ❤️

Appartamento molto accogliente, spazioso, luminoso e pulito in una zona strategica dotato di un comodo parcehggio privato sotto casa. Luca molto simpatico e gentile, ci ha fornito anche consigli sulla zona. Consigliamo molto l'appartamento per visitare le zone circostanti.

The house is perfectly located for an escape - quiet with beautiful surroundings, and the house itself was warm and inviting. Although Serena’s first language is not English, she went out of her way to ensure a great stay for us, with friendly and proactive communication throughout. We enjoyed walks in the local area and relaxing in front of the wood fire in the evening, an idyllic winter retreat (and perfectly equipped for summer escapes as well!) Serena’s hosting and the lovely property made a perfect short break for us and we would thoroughly recommend considering this location

Bellissimo cottage in collina con la possibilità di portare i propri amici animali, confortevole, si sta davvero come a casa, non manca niente! Una delle più belle esperienze! Host gentilissimi e super disponibili, torneremo presto, grazie a Silvia, Manuel e ai genitori top!

The location of Cima 12 is superb! The house is surrounded by many hectares of nature, which offer a lot of quietness and privacy. The 360 view of the Dolomites is magnificent. Our host Thomas was friendly and responded quickly when we needed him. Changing the gas cylinder for example we could do easily ourselves with his clear explanation in English. Apart from the washing machine that we were told on the day we arrived temporarily couldn't be used (washing shop was a 15 minute drive by car so not a problem for us), the house comes equipped with everything you need for a nice vacation. We especially enjoyed the view from all the large windows and the balcony that faces directly Cima Dodici! All in all, as Thomas calls it, a shabby-chique styled spacious Italian Alps house in the middle of nature with lots of sunlight (and shade if you preferer) and all modern utilities suitable for two people or (large) families/groups. We enjoyed our stay Thomas!

Das Haus ist liebevoll und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Alles da was man braucht ist vorhanden. Der Holzofen sorgt für Wärme und Gemütlichkeit. Die Anfahrt ist mit dem PKW gut durch zuführen. Man biegt von der Straße von Brusago kommend, direkt hinter der Brücke nach links in den Wald ein und fährt ca 1 km den unbefestigten Weg herab, dann geht es rechts zum Haus weg. Wir können das Haus sehr empfehlen. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Wir empfanden den kleinen Fluß mit seinen Staustufen und dem Geräusch des fließenden Wassers sehr angenehm.

Manuela war ein grandioser Host. Immer freundlich, erreichbar, unkompliziert und proaktiv. Das Haus hat eine traumhafte Lage und war äußerst sauber. Man hat sich sofort heimisch gefühlt und gemerkt, wie viel Arbeit und Liebe zum Detail in das Haus geflossen sind. Wir konnten sehr gut vom Alltagsstress abschalten; auch dank der Hot-Tub, welche wir intensiv genutzt haben und nun doch sehr vermissen ;-)

I cannot describe enough how relexifying the area and the house is! The view is breathtaking, our daughter played with the horses and the chickens, she had enough place to run in the premise, the air was super clean, this is the relaxation we were looking for. The hosts were very kind, the house has anything you need for the kitchen and shower. 10/10 :)

Abbiamo soggiornato solo tre notti, il luogo è molto tranquillo e rilassante. A piedi nei dintorni abbiamo fatto piacevoli passeggiate, e a meno di 30 minuti in auto, siamo saliti fin quasi a Cima D’Asta. Belle anche le Grotte a Castello Tesino (cittadina a 5 minuti in auto). La casa di Sabrina è pulita e confortevole, un’ottimo punto di appoggio per la zona. Ristorante molto buono, e nelle vicinanze se ne trovano anche altri.
