Bardzo miły i pomocny gospodarz. Świetny kontakt. Mieszkanie bardzo czyste i dobrze wyposażone. Cicho i spokojnie, jednocześnie bardzo blisko do centrum. Dosłownie 50m do głównego placu. Dogodny dojazd do ośrodków narciarskich, zarówno na Sella Ronda jak i San Pellegrino oraz Predazzo. Wszystko w zasięgu max 15 - 45 minut samochodem. 50 m od mieszkania przystanek skibus. Jedyny minus to strefa ZTL w Moenie. Do dziś nie jesteśmy pewni czy otrzymamy mandat za wjazd do strefy dla mieszkańców. Mieszkanie jest położone w tej strefie i jest obawa, że można otrzymać mandat. Właściciel twierdzi, że jeśli wjedziecie od strony południowej to mandatu nie będzie. Mamy taką nadzieję :). Bardzo dziękujemy. Filippo to bardzo dobry i zaangażowany gospodarz. Polecamy!

Lovely apartment for adventures in the Dolomites! We enjoyed the beautiful views and were grateful for covered parking and the use of the washing machine. There is a market for groceries just a short walk away, and the kitchen is very well stocked with supplies for cooking. The host is very friendly and helpful in showing us how to get inside and have great recommendations.

Sehr schöne historische Anlage im Zentrum von Noale mit tollen architektonischen Details! Wir hatten einen wirklich tollen Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft ist trotz ihrer Lage sehr ruhig. Sie war sehr hochwertig ausgestattet und sauber, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt! Von hier aus ist man schnell in Padua, Treviso und auch in Venedig. Der Bahnhof ist fussläufig schnell erreichbar.

My husband and I stayed at Raffaella’s place for 3 nights and everything was perfect. The apartment was pristine and the views were breathtaking. Raffaella was so kind and helpful. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend!

Appartamento molto grazioso e confortevole. Perfetto per una famiglia con 2 bimbi piccoli, e molto comodo per raggiungere le piste. Le mie bimbe lo hanno adorato e spero di poterci ritornare quanto prima.

Elmar and his family are great hosts. We had a lovely time and we felt at home. The place is peaceful and it was great for our daughter to find so many toys and books as well as get to play with Nadia around the farm. Highly recommended, especially for families. We’d be happy to be back

Iniziamo dire che ci siamo trovati molto bene periodo ( 1-18 septembre). La casa e precizo come viene descritta, comoda ha tutte le esigenze. Gentilissima la Sig. Viviana con tutte le informazioni chiare. Ringraziamo specialmente sua madre, la Sig. Danila che ci aspettava noi come una vera padrona. Maniago e molto bello, tutto e a distanza che poi fare camminando, ca 5 minuti dal centro. Noi la possiamo solo racommandarla.

L’appartamento è molto accogliente pulito e di nuova costruzione. Ottima la posizione a pochi passi l’area pedonale e l’accesso al mare. Linda una padrona di casa impeccabile sempre disponibile, indicazioni per raggiungere l’appartamento e accedervi minuziose e dettagliate. Raccomando la soluzione proposta.

Wir waren über Silvester bei Nicola. Es hat uns sehr gefallen, v.a. dass es immer angenehm warm war und das Bad war auch einfach toll. Auf jeden Fall auch im Winter sehr cosy. Preis-Leistung gs-Verhältnia passt absolut.

Super lieve vrouw met top ontvangst. Heel betrokken bij haar gasten. Echt wat je nog ouderwets zoekt bij een b&b. Lekkere mand fruit in de keuken staat klaar. Goede tips voor restaurants in de omgeving voor ontbijt en diner. Appartement heerlijk ruim. Dan je wel Stefania en vriendin ( die zo lief was om alle vertalingen te doen😁)

We enjoyed our time. The apartment was clean and very comfortable. Alessio was friendly, welcoming and very helpful.

We had a wonderful stay. The location of the house and views are absolutely stunning, and the house itself is lovely. We went in the winter and therefore did not get to enjoy the tennis court, but it looked great. Federica is also a kind and thoughtful host. Highly recommended.

Superbe séjour d'une semaine chez Daniela. Un appartement idéal pour se reposer après avoir visité Venise, Vérone, Padoue, Vicence et Trevise. Si vous chercher un endroit où loger pour visiter cette belle région, n'hésitez pas.

Лучшее жилье, в котором мы останавливались в Италии. Я бы поставил 10 звезд, но можно всего 5. Очень удобное расположение, если вы на машине. Продуманный до мелочей кристально чистое и очень уютный дом. Обязательно приедем еще! Спасибо!

Eine schöne Wohnung, in einer schönen Anlagen. Ideal für max. 4 Personen oder Familie mit 2 Kindern. Hund war auch kein Problem. Ausstattung der Wohnung ist sehr gut und verfügt über eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner. Der Pool ist unmittelbar vor der Ferienwohnung und man kann von ihn von der Terrasse gut überblicken. Von der Ferienwohnung ist alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Restaurant, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Shopping und der Strand in maximal 15 min. Ein Outletcenter ist ca. 30 min mit dem Auto weg, ideal bei schlechtem Wetter. Vendig ist von hier sehr gut zu erreichen, Bologna und Verona mit etwas mehr Zeit. Alles sehr sehenswert. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit, auch wenn das Wetter nicht ganz mitgespielt hat. Wir können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen. 😊

Изключителен апартамент, в който имаше всичко необходимо! Чистотата е безупречна, а отношението на домакина е невероятно. Апартамента разполага с две бани, пълна посуда и необходими продукти в кухнята и баните. Моника ни позволи да се настаним три часа по-рано и отговаряше на запитванията ни в изключително кратко време. Препоръчваме го с десет ръце / защото бяхме 5 човека / и на никой от нас не ни се тръгваше!

Posizione perfetta per chi, come noi, voleva fare un giro in centro per conoscere la città e mangiare/breve in uno dei tanti locali a due passi dalla casa. Check-in semplice da fare in modo indipendente tramite i link sul cellulare. Tutto molto facile ma si era comunque assistiti da video per maggiore aiuto sulle istruzioni per chi fosse meno pratico nell' utilizzo (bravi) . La casa era pulita, arredata con semplicità ma con qualità nelle scelte. Non abbiamo avuto il tempo di usare la cucina (tranne la macchine del caffè) ma mi sembrava comunque ben dotata nel caso si volesse utilizzare. La casa era difronte ad un grande parcheggio (ovviamente a pagamento ma fino la sera) quindi comodissimo. Consigliatissimo e speriamo di tornarci quando ripasseremo da queste parti.

Già nella fase di scelta la descrizione con le foto e la quantità di informazioni dettagliate sulla dotazione disponibile nell'appartamento ci hanno convinti. L'incontro con Alessandro al check-in è stato veramente piacevole, sempre col sorriso ci ha fornito le ulteriori informazioni sulla gestione della casa e un approfondimento particolare su alcuni ristoranti. Abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo l'accoglienza, l'appartamento è elegante e molto funzionale, arredato con cura e buon gusto, ci torneremo sicuramente. Gianni
