Can't say enough about what a wonderful host Jayson is. We had another great stay. We always have everything we need. This is by far the best place to stay on the island. Can't wait to plan our next stay!

We had such a fun Spring Break week at Jennifer's place! It is beautiful just as described and seen in pictures. Comfortable, location is great, very peaceful, safe, and quiet building, as well as neighborhood. Beautiful sunsets! Great to go for a dip in the pool in the afternoon after beach time! The apartment has everything you need- we appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, etc.. Jennifer was so fast to communicate if we had a question or needed anything, and she was fast to act too. We highly recommend this place for your visit to Rincon, and hope to come back someday!

Excellent spot for our family of four. We worked between surf spots snorkeling and exploring. While we did this I got surf some very cool breaks. When we packed each day full of fun we came back to a comfy, peaceful place. I was stoked to see nearly everything we needed for a beach day was there.

This condo was in a great location Right on the beach. There was adequate outdoor furniture. AC worked very well. Both bathrooms have been renovated. Nice appliances. Note, there is only one parking space with this condo (the listing says there are 2). We got lucky and took the only visitor spot available. There are enough restaurants that are walkable. You need to drive to the town. The pool is really a soaking pool. Very small. No seating by the pool. But beach was very nice. Chairs and umbrella provided! Overall, very comfortable.

Great location & host; it was everything we expected. We would defiantly stay here again in the future.

Carmen and Paul were very responsive, especially when there was an island wide power outage. This place is just a bit south of the really popular Rincon beaches but there are some nice restaurants nearby and you're not far from an Econo, the largest supermarket in the area. The beach chairs, umbrella, coolers and towels all came in super handy for our beach trips. Having multiple mini-split air conditioning units and three fans was terrific as others have pointed out. On a side note, I've been coming to Puerto Rico for many decades and we really like the people of Rincon.

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was very clean and a blow dryer came in handy. The rooms are nicely furnished with the amenities that you need such as beach, chairs, towels, and beach towels. I like that we had a slight ocean view as well. I would definitely book again.

Beautiful, clean, comfortable. Felt 100% safe the entire time. Absolutly no complaints. If I could give more than 5 stars, i would!! Host had great suggestions for local places to visit. Enjoyed sitting out on the porch in the mornings. Everything was perfect, our first time visiting Puerto Rico!

My first time staying in and Airbnb and I wasn’t disappointed. Lovely place with a beautiful sunrises and sunsets fresh air and nice view to the beach. Have 4 independents rooms. Maria and her husband was an excellent hosts.

Jose’s home was a SCORE! So close to our two awesome family beaches (crash boat and playa jobas) along with a handful of other great beaches. Very safe neighborhood. Close to grocery stores, banks, gas, markets, restaurants, and more. Even though there is an airport nearby, it’s not very active so you don’t really hear air traffic. Cute little pool and the inside of the home is PERFECT. I want to build a home with the same layout, great spaces. VERY COMFORTABLE beds and everything you could possibly want is available (beach chairs, pack n play, beach toys, car seats, etc.). I have zero complaints and will definitely be booking this spot again.

Ivelisse was an amazing host. It was the first time a host personally gave the keys of her place and gave me a small tour of the facilities. Also, knowing it was my wife’s birthday, she decorated the apartment with birthday props. Overall the place is well equipped. It’s close to the beach and great restaurants. Also the views from the apartment are amazing. Definitely it’s a place that I will visit again. Thanks Ivelisse !!!

This little gem is exactly as described. Not fancy, but very comfy, with stars and ocean, nightjars and coqui, lovely quiet beach just steps away. We are “senior” travelers and enjoyed it! Jay was quick to answer when we had questions. It is 55 steps to get up there, but the stairwell and landings are wide, clean, and well-lit. Worth the climb! Safe gated parking accommodations. Recommend Pausa Cafe and Guayabos Sunset Restaurant.

Our stay at this Airbnb was simply perfect. The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The view was spectacular, with breathtaking sunsets over the ocean. The location is close to stunning beaches, great restaurants, and a relaxed atmosphere that makes Rincón such a special destination. The hosts were incredibly attentive, friendly, and always available for any questions or recommendations. We will definitely be back. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a paradise getaway in Puerto Rico! 🌴☀️🌊

We loved our week long stay at Paul’s Place and can’t wait to come back again…the house was spotless and had everything we needed and Paul was very kind and helpful throughout the week. The condo is adorable and very nice! Literally just steps away from the beach and having your own designated parking spot was so nice!! You must book this place and enjoy the town of Isabela…great food and fun bars and the sweetest people you’ll ever meet! We loved every moment we were there!!!

It was my second time staying at Adrian’s. I plan on doing so in the future again! He is as helpful and welcoming as the first time. I truly appreciate how hospitable the space was. I would recommend for anyone as the price is perfect compared to surrounding areas

Had an amazing stay! The condominium is really lovely and filled w very friendly people. Brayla is an amazing host, the apartment was so clean and had everything I could have needed for my stay. Definitely going to be returning whenever I return to PR!

Great stay! We had an issue with the dryer and Christian responded promptly! Great area love Rincón and good unit for two couples. Beds were comfortable and it was quiet. We will be back!

Great location in a quiet part of town and minutes away from the town and beaches. Host was great and very responsive.

Our family of four absolutely loved our stay at Elmira's place. Isabela is a wonderful community with beautiful beaches. The recommendations provided by our hosts were wonderful. We will definitely be back in the future.

We loved staying at Alex's. The trail to the beach is wonderfully convenient and Canal beach is such a fun place to swim. Safe and small waves with beautiful sand and sunsets. The condo is super well stocked. Alex has thought of everything! We would definitely stay here again!

Rent with Joshua!! The unit was better than advertised. Super clean. Gorgeous views. The outside shower and pool are great features after a long day in the ocean. The little beach right on the property is great as well!! The unit is 10-15 minutes from downtown Rincon and all major beaches. Joshua left very detailed instructions for check-in/check-out. He is extremely responsive with any questions. We loved the beach/surf Rincon vibes after a few days on the east side of the island. We are already discussing our return trip. Great value here. Don't miss!!

We had such a great time. We loved her condo. It was very clean ,cute and had everything you can ever need. The only thing I could suggest is a little more cozy of a coach. Now after saying that I want to say we swam all day long and barely sat on couch. 😊 I would stay here again and am looking up dates for next year.

Très bel appartement dans une résidence calme. Joliment meublé, et lumineux. Juste un petit bémol sur la possibilité de manger à 5 sur l'ilot, pas forcément facile avec 3 tabourets de bar. mais ca n'éclipse pas la qualité de l'ensemble et la gentillesse de Lisa
