Amit, from the beginning was a very warm and humble host I have ever met. I have been to other villas in the area before and this has by far been the best villa experience I've ever had all thanks to him. The clear instructions, the immediate assistance we needed from time to time and the help he offered in general was the most pleasing gesture I have ever felt during any stay. The little things like clean kitchen utensils, the water bottles, ambience alongside the pool, the speaker for music and the amazing wifi contributed beautifully to the stay. We will definitely visit the place again, highly recommended!

Okay, so we just got back from our stay at this little gem, and I had to rave about it! From the moment we booked, Shubham was super responsive and helpful, answering all our questions. Finding the place was a breeze, and check-in was smooth as butter. The apartment itself? Seriously cute! It’s exactly as pictured - maybe even more . Everything was spotless and it felt so homey and welcoming. The budget room was a major highlight - we spent a lot of time out there sipping coffee and just relaxing. The location was awesome too! It was so easy to get around and explore all that Marol Andheri has to offer. We walked to Airport , and it was a beautiful stroll. Honestly, if you’re looking for a cozy and convenient place to stay in Andheri Marol , look no further. This Airbnb is the real deal! We had such a great time and would definitely book again. Arjun was super responsive to our requests. The caretaker Krishna is very helpful and approachable. Overall it was a great stay and Arjun has been an amazing host, and I’m looking forward to stay at his other properties too! :)

Cozy space in the heart of the city. Matches the description, nicely done up and well furnished. The seaface is a short walk away, great for an evening walk. We found it to be very warm and welcoming. Simran has a well-stocked pantry, making it very easy to whip up your snacks. The only thing that takes getting used to, is the bathroom and toilet being on separate levels minus a basin, the only small detail that would have probably made it an 11/10. But great stay all-in-all!

It was a very nice and homely stay. The building looks old from outside and it has some 16 stairs. But as the saying goes, don’t judge the book by its cover, we were rewarded with similarly. Inside the rooms, kitchen, washrooms are very well stocked and maintained. It’s like home away from home. Unaiza and Shikher welcomed and gave us a good tour of the house that made it very confortable for us to acclimatise with all the amenities. And as with every normal house, there can be issues and we had it too but Unaiza took prompt and quick action to help remedy those. It’s well connected to rest of the city and transport, delivery is quickly available. In all, it was good cozy and comfortable stay for us. Will surely try to avail it whenever we are in Mumbai again. Thanks to Unaiza and Shikher!

We stayed here for a week with my mom and had a great time. Richardson was extremely helpful and understanding. Everything you could need is taken care of. The essentials like water, coffee, instant noodles, and basic utensils were always stocked, which was thoughtful. Although the location did not inspire confidence on first impression, it was quite safe and convenient. Highly recommended this stay if you're looking for something that's affordable and close to the metro/local.

We had a wonderful stay at your property! The place is absolutely stunning—clean, spacious, and surrounded by nature, making it the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. The accommodation comfortably housed our group of 15 people, and everyone was able to enjoy the peaceful environment and ample space. The property is well-maintained, and we appreciated the care you’ve put into it. A couple of small suggestions for future guests: it would be helpful to include more detailed information about the pool rules, especially regarding the restriction on morning use. Additionally, it might be good to mention in the listing description that guests will only receive one can of 20 litre for drinking water, and any extra water must be purchased. This would help with preparation and planning. Also, when entering Yeoor Hills, there is a gate where a fee is required to access the hillside. It would be helpful for guests to know this in advance, so they can be prepared for the cost, Over All great stay

We had a three-week stay at Pavan’s apartment, and he was an excellent host, very communicative, proactive, and always ready to assist with any requests. The apartment is in a safe location, clutter-free, and ideal for two people. It is quite small and cozy but worked well for our needs. One downside was the cockroach issue, which was a bit of a challenge. However, Pavan was responsive and tried to help as much as possible. The location is very convenient, with plenty of rickshaws available downstairs, making it easy to get around. Overall, while there were a few challenges, Pavan’s hospitality and willingness to assist made our stay more comfortable. Would recommend for a short stay with the understanding that the space is compact and the building may have some maintenance concerns.

We had a wonderful stay at Sanjeev's property. He was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The property was clean and all the amenities were available and working.

had a great stay for seven days with 4 adults and 2 toddlers. Sanchit is a super responsive host. place was very nice, housekeeping crew was very polite and took great care to keep the house spotless. tons of amazing food places that deliver, also several restaurants were walking distance. kitchen was well stocked and the little things made a big difference (e. g., housekeeping refilling the salt and sugar, providing us with extra wine glasses, immediately replacing batteries in the AC remote). building had signs that say Airbnb is not allowed and the host gave us a heads-up to say we were his guests in case someone asked but we had no issues. recommend staying there and will certainly book again in our next trip to Mumbai.

Shilpi was a great host. She was very responsive and always reachable. Villa is as per pictures. It a place where you’re out of honking and noise of Mumbai. A very pleasant stay and would definitely book in future for any Mumbai visit!

The place is really beautiful, cozy and compact. It was very clean, and exactly as per images and description. The outside view of the creek from the balcony is spectacular, from 23rd floor. Meet is a responsive host, very professional. Great place around Hiranandani Thane, highly recommended!

We had a wonderful weekend at Breeze. Only regret was we didn't plan to stay longer. Definitely looking forward to going there again. There was a small glitch with the power, but it was attended to promptly by Akshat and Goma It's a great getaway within Mumbai

I would recommend this place to everyone. Nice and beautiful apartment, and value for money. If they have one AC unit on the living room then it would be great but overall this place is perfect for stay in thane.
