The best communication I have experienced from a stay! They are very proactive, prompt, and helpful. The place is clean, and well stocked. Great location too. Highly recommend this place! :)

Lanhee is an amazing host, her house is spotless, very comfy and well maintained. The view from the balcony is unbeatable, I even got to watch the entire spectacular new year’s firework show from there - I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for such occasion! Thanks for everything:)

房东人很好，打不到车就按打车价送我们去机场，还有避雷飞萤航空、马航，打印登机牌要排好久。斗湖这边打车太不容易了，grab几乎打不到，还是要谢谢房东送我们去机场！

so great apartmen to stay and not really pricy, the owner also responsive for the instructions when check in and check out. so far really enjoy it, the rooms are tidy and clean even the bathrooms. And then can use the public fasilities, so recommended 👍.

I just stayed at homestay Vivacity for a few days. I felt so comfortable. I must share it with everyone! 😍 The location is great. Vivacity Megamall is downstairs. It is very convenient to eat, go shopping and buy things! YouTube Premium, no ads at all The kitchen is fully equipped, Cuckoo water dispenser, induction cooker, pots and tableware are all available. It is very convenient to buy ingredients in the mall downstairs From the room to the facilities to the location, there is really nothing to complain about! Next time I come to Kuching, I will definitely book YM Homestay Vivacity again. I highly recommend it! 🎉👏 The host is very funny and easy to communicate with

Teo tuan rumah yang sangat baik dan membantu kami setiap saat. Setiap saya menemukan kesulitan dia akan sangat cepat membalas pesan saya. Membantu kita check in walau pun hampir tengah malam, apartemen bersih dan dapur yang luas serta kamar dengan interior yg nyaman. Akan kembali kesini setiap datang ke kuching.
