离哲斯顿码头步行不过五分钟，楼下好几个便利店，很方便。房间特别干净，一点异味都没有，朝海，风景特别好。房东提前会联系你，如何入住和注意事项都拍了视频，简单方便。房间还提供了转换插座和过滤花洒，实在是太方便了。推荐推荐，下次来还要住这里！

"Perfect Beachfront Getaway" We had an amazing stay! The location is peaceful and relaxing, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, with a stunning view of the beach. The 5km stretch of sand was pristine and almost entirely free of litter—perfect for long walks. The beach was clean, and the atmosphere was incredibly tranquil. Nathan was an excellent host—very responsive and friendly. He made sure we had everything we needed, even providing a washing machine, which was a thoughtful touch. He also gave us a list of great local restaurants, making it easy to explore the area. If you're looking for a beachfront escape away from the city, I highly recommend this place. It’s ideal for anyone who loves being near the ocean and enjoys a peaceful, beautiful environment. We will definitely be back!

Clean and tidy space…provided enough parking lot for 6-8 person stay…very satisfied…facilities are very well maintained and there is plenty of shoplot around for basic needs

Peter is a very kind and helpful person, he advised us many activities and communication was clear and easy. His apartment was conform to the pictures, spacious and clear. Swimming pool was nice with a beautiful view on the resort's lake. We will come back in Peter's apartment without any hesitations.

Mr Wong’s place is beyond our expectations. The check in had a little glitch (I couldn’t find Tower A) but he gave a thorough check in procedure inclusive of video and pictures. Finally found it right next to Bar B Q. The unit itself as easy to find, they had lots of nice plants at the corner of the entrance. It is big, well equipped with everything needed. They even provided bolster. The assortment of shampoo and body soap was a pleasant surprise. The kitchen was well equipped with quality cookware, plates and cutleries. We were even able to cook our own Christmas meal there. The Aircon was working perfectly as well. We had a great time with family there.

Clean and comfortable. Responsive host. Beautiful sunrise with a view of Mount Kinabalu and Likas Bay.
