Very close to the airport and everywhere is easily accessible. There is a shopping mall a walking distance away and the apartment itself is very secure with security cameras in place. The apartment itself is exactly as it seems in the pictures and was in excellent condition and beautiful with an amazing view of gaziemir in the master bedroom. Would definitely recommend!

He is responsive and a kind landlord. The unit was clean and big enough for a family. It’s located in downtown, in the heart of everything. Next time when i visit Izmir, it seems most likely I’ll book his place again. Thanks for hosting.

Gayet merkezi, ulaşımı kolay bir noktada bir ev. Herşey tertemizdi ve fotoğraflardan daha iyiydi. Eski bir bina olmasına rağmen zevkli şekilde döşenmişti. Ev sahibi Günyol Bey’in talimatları gayet anlaşılır, eve girmek kolaydı. Banyo hijyenikti, ev çok temizdi. Günyol bey telefon aracılığı ile çok sempatik ve dost canlısı, yardımsever iletişim kurdu. İzmir’e tekrar geldiğimde burada tekrar konaklamak isterim.

Muhammed Bey harika bir ev sahibi. Şehir dışından geldiğimizi duyunca eşyalarımızı bizimle beraber yukarıya kadar taşıdı her konuda çok çok yardımcı oldu. Çıkacağımız gün istediğimiz saatte çıkabileceğimizi bile söyledi. Ayrıca ev de aşırı temiz ve özenliydi ve kendisi bize kendimizi çok değerli hissettirdi.

Honestly the most flexible and kind host. Everything was as described, really have no complaints. Short-lived, but well worth it. Hopefully we’ll be able to stay here again in the future. Daha önce konakladığımız bir yerdi. Genel olarak memnun kaldık konumu hemen nazarköyün girişinde çevresinde oldukça yemek yeri vardı. Huzurlu sakin bir yer keyif aldık. Esim Hanımla iletişim rahattı. İçeri girişte esnek davrandılar. Fakat önerebileceğim şeyler var, mevsimsel olarak Havuzu kullanamadık(temizlenmemişti), duştaki suyun akış miktarı azdı ve ısınma problemi vardı, mutfak malzemeleri çeşitlendirilebilir. Her şey için teşekkür ederim, tekrar olarak görüşmek dileğiyle… 🙏🏻🙏🏻

What a wonderful, stylish apartment! Thanks to Utku for the amazing time in Konak. The flat is in good walking distance to the city center of Izmir and I'm sure there would be busses too. They even offer parking in front of the house. Loved it!

yes this Airbnb is lovely, Host answered all my questions. The location was high up with lots of steps, google walking map took to there, However there an historic Lift very close to take you up and down. Use the Tram to get you to museums, also I signed up for tours, not a lot to see in the area! Great food places.

Erhan & Gulsah's place looks exactly as pictured & described. They were incredibly helpful and responsive throughout. Even though we don't speak Turkish and they don't really speak English, we could tell that they were really warm and friendly people. We really like that there are different sections in the house: a living area, bedroom, kitchen & washroom. Their place is about 10-15min walk to the city center where there are lots of food options to choose from. It's about an hour away from Izmir bus station if you go by public transport. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here. Thank you, Erhan & Gulsah! :)

We had a perfect stay at Mesuts appartment. He was always reachable and very friendly, the appartment looks nice from the inside and has a wonderful roof terrace. Everything was as described and Mesut was very helpful all the time. Can strongly recommend. Peer
