Patty’s Barn was a lovely stay for our family. Michelle was very friendly and helpful and we were made to feel very welcome. The place we stayed at was cosy and full of character, with great facilities for us to use on site.

Beautiful lodge - perfect for a couple of nights away with our 1 year old. Deborah was a great host - she provided a high chair for us for the stay which was much appreciated, along with lots of lovely touches (like milk, wine and beer). She provided local recommendations before we arrived and checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. would definitely recommend for a getaway.

We had a lovely stay in a gorgeous place, we really wanted to relax and switch off for a few days and this place was perfect, to top it off the host Fran was so helpful. Would definitely recommend if you are wanting a similar experience

Fantastic stay! Derek & Kath were amazing hosts, making us feel very much at home whilst also being in privacy. Beautiful home and surroundings, a real treat to stay somewhere with such a special feel. We would definitely recommend and most definitely return. Worth noting also we took our dogs and they too were made to feel part of the family. Lovely memories made 💞

Such a great find this was, in the middle of nowhere , gorgeous in the days and even better at night. So many walks to do round there but most afternoons we were in the house and would definitely go again

A fantastic property with a high quality and luxurious finish. Peaceful, with the feeling of being in the middle of nowhere, despite being extremely close to shops and bars. Stayed with my three kids. Enjoyed the hot-tub and garden. The place was spotlessly clean and all of the appliances worked perfectly. A great sleep in very comfy beds, next to the sound of nature. Thanks for a beautiful stay!

Really enjoyed our stay at Shrimpers cottage, great location with shops, supermarket, restaurants etc all walkable within 5-10 mins in Lytham St Anne town center. Great pub, fish and chip shop, awesome Thai restaurant just a stroll up the road. Cottage was so lovely and clean and tidy, both bedrooms had comfortable beds, lovely linens and bedding, kitchen has everything you need. Lots of free street parking but can take you a while sometimes to find an empty space but we never really struggled to find one eventually. Cottage is big enough to have family visit as well with grandchildren If Richard will have us, we will be back.

Absolutely gorgeous little cottage. High ends furniture, comfortable bed, lovely bedding, great toiletries. Bonus is having it's own designated parking spot. Would definitely recommend.

This is our third stay at Emma's place and we always love it and the village with our dogs. looking forward to coming back if she'll have us!

Just had an amazing few days here. Incredible cottage, spotlessly clean and so comfortable with everything we needed and more. Lynne is an excellent host who thinks of everything and does all she can to ensure you feel welcomed and at home. This was the perfect place for us to gather as a family to celebrate my mum’s 70th birthday. It was so relaxing and peaceful and we were lucky enough to have good weather so we could sit and enjoy the beautiful garden. Can’t recommend this place enough and we would absolutely love to return for another visit. 5 star experience from booking through to the end of our stay. Just loved it!

We had a lovely stay in a beautiful property with a well-maintained garden and a generously sized bedroom. The surrounding area is picturesque and peaceful. The only minor drawback was the occasional noise from passing trains, which may be noticeable to light sleepers. Ann was incredibly accommodating, especially with our special request for bedding arrangements, and it was a thoughtful touch to find milk in the fridge upon arrival.

Small but perfect formed cottage, extremely well equipped, lovely and cosy, clean and welcoming. Quirky bedrooms were warm and cosy and the beds very very comfortable. Linen and towels smelled gorgeous. Lovely welcome basket for the dog, she felt settled and at home for the entire stay. Very quiet, despite wind and heavy rain, great location with welcoming neighbours, the vicarage provided a delicious takeaway meal, the community hall across the road invited us to join their New Year’s Eve celebrations. Perfect location for local walks and a short drive to lots of nice places too. Thankyou Sami for a wonderful stay. One small very minor improvement would be to provide an ash bucket to clear out the wood burner.

Visited friends in next village over and stayed at the cottage for a few nights with hubby, 2 daughters (10 & 7) and our 2 small well behaved dogs. Lovely cottage with everything we needed. Very clean, well presented & comfy. Off street parking was a bonus. Would definitely recommend and will stay again when next up this way.

Perfect. Wonderful location in the Lancashire countryside. Great walks in the local area too. Inside the house is spotless, modern and furnished to a very high spec. The kids loved the dogs and the sheep next to the garden.

We had a fantastic stay at Rachel’s house. Rachel was super responsive and helpful prior to check in and throughout our stay. The home was tidy, clean and had all the amenities we needed. Also a very comfortable bed! The house is really convenient for strolling into Clitheroe.

Excellent place to stay. Malcolm was terrific, so responsive and helpful during our stay. It is actually opposite a superb restaurant (Ego - Knowles Arms) and walkable distance to shops. Cottage was quaint and easy to access and heating left on and tea/coffee and milk. Will stay here again if staying in the area. Recommended.

The house was everything needed for a relaxing time away. It was clean, warm and cosy. The bed was comfortable and the environment was quirky and stylish. After travelling sometime to get there, to arrive and have fresh milk for a cuppa was most welcoming. The house is right in the centre of the village so walking distance to shops and pubs.
