Absolutely perfect place, Lauren was very helpful and accommodating during our stay, the kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful house with home from home comforts in a lovely well kept residential area. Lots to keep us entertained… hot tub, pool, arcade games, darts, swing ball and lots of board games, which brought back childhood memories… hadn’t seen some of the games in years! And also some newer games which we hadn’t seen before. Everything was in the house as we were expecting. We were very lucky with the weather, so spent lots of time exploring local areas too. Lytham and Lytham St Anne’s are lovely… not as busy as Blackpool. Son and daughter explored Blackpool and Blackpool zoo. Model village near the zoo is worth a visit too. All are about 15-20 minutes drive. The Grapes in Wrea (about 5 mins from the house) does lovely bar food and welcomes dogs… treats, bowls and water provided.

My son and his family stayed at Andrew’s property while they were visiting us from Australia. It is a fabulous property. Clean, comfortable and, with the log burner going, very cosy. Very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Very comfy beds and the little ones loved the bunk beds. Lots of little extras including books, games, logs for the fire and even a BBQ. Ideally situated with shops, cafes and the local market all within walking distance. The railway station is nearby and and the M6 less than 5 minutes drive. Andrew responded to a couple of minor queries almost immediately. Absolutely no hesitation in recommending and would definitely use again.

I had a wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Carl was super responsive and made check-in a breeze. The little touches like fresh towels were really appreciated. The convenience store is just 3 mins away, Stanley park is 10 minutes walk, train station & city center is less than 15 minutes away with uber that cost approximately 5-8£ per booking. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We really enjoyed our stay In Cleveleys, the house is in a great spot, close to the beach and within reach of all of the amenities the town has to offer.

We had a fantastic stay. The home was exactly as described, very clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect, close to the city and restaurants. Check-in was easy, check-in instructions will be given prior to arrival. Parking available. We loved the garden in the backyard, very relaxing. The radiators stopped working in the evening, it was cold until morning and until we left at 9am. Little bit disappointed about that, as i was travelling with my parents and they came from the philippines which means they are not used to cold weather, we tried to check for the boiler, and found out that we can't turn it on, there was a note that says we are not allowed to regulate is as it has a timer, or otherwise we will be charged for that. Was not really a big deal for us, as it was only overnight but overall, we are very happy with our stay.

Absolute gem of a house. Mark couldn’t have been a better host. House was spotless and extremely well appointed. Ansdell is a perfect spot as it’s easily accessible to Lytham and close to Fairhaven. My family lives in Lytham and when there is a big get together we sometimes need to find extra accommodation. This has been the best one we have found so far. Thank you Mark.

Stayed with friends at Victoria's place. It was just as described and I would definitely go back. It's in the centre of Lytham but on a quiet street so perfect for all the restaurants and shops. The beach is at the end of the street. Victoria is a great host.

Truly Outstanding! Couldnt have said it better myself if im honest as the name suggests it was!. I was impressed with Katrina from start to finish. Very responsive, proactive and kind. Booked late mintue as suprise for my family. The caravan was stunning. All the mod cons and beautifully furnished. Bedrooms, showers all spotless with all bedding and towel included. Perfect spot on site with private parking near all resort facilities close by. Was presented like a home from home which it was. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area. Cannot wait to stay again !!! 😊

Stayed for 2 nights in the caravan, was cozy and comfortable and had everything we needed. In a lovely location close to the sea front.

Had a lovely stay at Julie and Steve’s place, the caravan was clean, cosy well equipped and perfectly situated within the campsite. The swimming pool onsite was lovely and warm and at the time we went not too busy. The area and the scenery is lovely with plenty of local walks but also close enough to Manchester and Blackpool to add variety.

I stayed here with my family (two adults, teenager and toddler). The caravan was spotless . Blackpool is only under an hours drive away so perfect for visiting the zoo and water park. on site was good child friendly entertainment which my little one loved. There is also a swimming pool and arcades on site ( at a small extra charge on arrival). plenty do on site and plenty to see and do in the surrounding areas. we would definitely stay here again.

Lisa's caravan was absolutely lovely. We had an amazing time, so relaxing. The caravan is well equipped with all you need. I just wish we could of stayed longer. We will be back

Took our parents here for Christmas and it was perfect. The cabin is spotless, excellent quality bedding and dishes. Really were able to make ourselves home. The kitchen is beautifully equipped, Christmas dinner was a complete success. Our hosts were really lovely and despite having an issue with the electricity, Jeremy made it his priority and had it sorted out in no time with minimal disruption to us. The site itself is a little run down but they are in the process of updating it. Twin room was a little smaller than it looked in the photographs but everything else was exacts you see it. I would definitely recommend this location for walkers.

Excellent host, great communication, very responsive and helpful. The accommodation was lovely with great parking and in a lovely location right across from the beach. The pool and hot tub were superb. We appreciated the welcome hamper too.

Amazing stay for my birthday! Me, my wife, our four best friends and our dog had the absolute best time! The lodge is so much bigger than what can be seen in the pictures, it really is a dream holiday home! Thankyou so much to the host for hosting such a lovely space and being great communicating from start to finish! We can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful house transport nearby shops and cafes will definitely visit again

Joanne and Neil’s place felt like a home from home. The space was completely clean but very thoughtfully stocked with books and other homely bits as well as tea, coffee and toiletries. They even provided bottled water and fresh milk which was a lovely touch. They were so friendly and flexible with us and we couldn’t be more grateful. We would stay again in a heartbeat!

Great gem of a place, ideal for exploring not just Lytham but Lancs in general and perfect for a couple with a pet. Clean and cosy, don't hesitate!

Honestly blown away with this place! Booked for my partners birthday for 2 nights and it was absolutely gorgeous! Such a beautiful place with loads of space and the garden is just beautiful! I will 100% be back! So many lovely takeaways near by if you just want a quiet few days in and a Tesco express literally right round the corner. Would recommend 1000%!

We have no complaints at all, spotlessly clean, and modern, fully equipped and felt at home straight away. Mark was very helpful and the place is to a very high decorative standard even with a soft close toilet. Would love to stay again, great local pub within a 100 meters with fantastic food. Lovely walks around the area, Zara (our dog) loved it.

Beautiful lodge - perfect for a couple of nights away with our 1 year old. Deborah was a great host - she provided a high chair for us for the stay which was much appreciated, along with lots of lovely touches (like milk, wine and beer). She provided local recommendations before we arrived and checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. would definitely recommend for a getaway.

Welch Cottage was the perfect holiday home. The property was spacious, exceptionally clean and located off a pretty, leafy lane. The kitchen was a joy for a large family to prepare meals together. Lytham St Anne's was forty minutes away and had everything a young family needed for fun days at the beach and was remarkably free of litter. The Forest of Bowland was peaceful, beautiful and unspoilt. Thank you, we hope to return.

The accommodation was perfectly located for us while we were visiting relatives in the area. Sue is a wonderful host, responsive and very welcoming, and we felt very much at home. Our dog was also well catered for and enjoyed the safe and secure garden. There are lovely walks nearby, especially along the River Wyre and over towards Singleton. We would heartily recommend this place, and hope to return one day soon.
