Gorgeous place. The design is chic and felt luxe yet homely. friendly farm cats and goats that the children loved playing with. Hot tub was excellent and warm, loved the fire pit and the log burner. Junction in pub which is a 5 minute walk was amazing - great home cooked food - and the best pies ever!! Sarah was charming and had great recommendations for anything you could possibly need. seriously considering returning in the summer also!

Jo's place was exceptionally clean and extremely comfortable. It had everything we needed to make our stay feel like a home from home. I would definitely recommend Sunnybank to anyone who asks and we would definitely stay again when visiting family who live close by. Tracy & Sue

This was my first time booking with Air B&B and I'll definitely be booking again. The house was absolutely amazing, the views of the lake and countryside were stunning and the weather was very kind to us. Rachel was the best host, a lovely greeting when we got there and as it was nice weather she brought out the gas BBQ and sorted out the patio furniture for us. Everything from start to finish was perfect for me, my husband, my dad and our 7 friends. Thank you Rachel xxx

A very nice apartment at a fantastic location. Close to shops and tram-station. Maybe a bit for the center of town, but for us it was perfect. And Jo was a very proactive and responding host.

Great communication. Good location with some nice eateries locally and easy access into Leeds. Dedicated parking is a bonus. We stayed with an infant for a wedding in Leeds and it was an ideal base.

An excellent property in a quiet location, but walking distance to lots of eateries. A good base if you are travelling in Liverpool/Manchester and Lancashire. Clean and warm. Easy access and enough parking for 2 vehicles on the drive.

Perfect location if you want to watch bungee jumps and why I booked in the first place! Nice and quiet and great communication. Loved the welcome snacks and added bonus for the travel toothbrushes and toothpaste as one of the kids forgot theirs. The pool was open and was a great bonus since the jump was cancelled, will rebook for sure.

Thoroughly enjoyed staying here. Value for money. Pristine. Fantastic hamper - very kind. Decorated for Christmas- lovely touch. Would love to return and stay as our son is at York University for another 2 years. So peaceful. Lovely accessibility to green spaces. Thank you very much Ellie 💖

We had a fantastic weekend visiting family locally. The property was ideally situated for us. Simon was a perfect host, very friendly and helpful. The property was clean and spacious and provided us with everything we could need. I would definitely rebook in the future. The sculpture park nearby is definitely worth a visit.

Cute and comfortable Airbnb right in the heart of Kirkby Lonsdale - location was perfect. Lots of nice shops, pubs and coffee shops on our door step. Free parking 5 mins walk away. Would have liked to stay longer

Beautiful place, it was my first time we visit sedburgh , great location , Clean house we loved.

There was good communication prior to us arriving. The apartment was spotless, seems very new, everything was comfortable. Loads of space! There were four of us and it was anything but cramped. Even with double the number of people it would still feel extremely spacious. Amazing view from the balcony - we didn't go in summer but would be amazing to sit out there in the sunshine! You're quite near a main road but you don't hear it and it means you've got easy access to the towns, villages and countryside nearby. Perfect if you want to explore. If we're back in the area we'd definitely check to see if the apartment is available. Highly recommended.

Abbey Hill Cottages to high above W. Hartlepool. They are well equipped.Beds are comfortable and so is sitting room furniture. Plenty of hot water. Good shower.Lots of space. I would stay again.

we had a fantastic stay here. the cottage is beautiful, the garden with pod is perfect to enjoy the local scenery. it was the best sleep I've had in months, so quiet! John was always on hand if neded and very friendly & helpful. we felt very welcome. the cottage has everything you need and more!! I especially loved the history of the house and the way if was decorated/accessorised. my daughter absolutely loved it!! she is 10 and was very sad to leave. I'm certain we will return! the pub up the road was amazing...a lovely walk for tea! food was delicious and very good value. I would highly recommend this cottage and can't wait to come back. thank you John for being a wonderful host and letting us share in the history of this magnificent building.

Such a fabulous place to stay in. The back door leads to a stunning outdoor decking where you can look out and you would have the most beautiful views of the farm. The complimentary games such as Dominoes and a little farm-style chess game that have been put out for guests is such great fun with families. Not only that but binoculars are there to view the lovely views right outside which is amazing. Everything was clean, the place is spacious and it's overall just a cosy place to be in.

quaint charming comfortable cottage in a lovely village walking distance to pubs and restaurants and beautiful lake with boathouse converted to a tea room overlooking lake. For us carparking was the only issue we had was trying to find a safe place to park and leave the car on returning to property due to narrow lanes and trying not to obstruct pathways for pedestrians as was busy with cars already parked but it did not spoil the lovely weekend we had there. Everyone you meet were very welcoming and friendly 😊

Such a lovely weekend at Debbie’s house! We were lucky with the weather so made use of the summer house by the river. 5 minutes walk to the pub where we had a good evening meal and breakfast on the Saturday morning before doing a beautiful walk from the house. The house was even more lovely than the photos with super comfy beds, lots of equipment in the kitchen, gorgeous views from the back. We’d definitely book again - 10 out of 10!

Beautiful cottage with everything we needed in a lovely, peaceful location. Lovely walks with the dog. Great pub next door (no noise.) Great base for exploring the area.

A lovely cottage in a good location with good routes to the lakes. We left early in the mornings to make the most of the days out to the lakes. Chantal was really lovely and friendly. The log burner was definitely a highlight!
