The rooms were clean and spacious with excellent amenities. Moreover, Aishah is a wonderful host, very responsive to your queries. Overall, had a wonderful couple of days and would definitely recommend it.

Great spot for your trip to York if you’re driving about! Very quiet and private but on their land. Lovely hosts and always on hand to respond to any questions. Stayed for a month and was a perfect base! Underfloor heating was lush

Would 1000 percent recommend if you want to just chill or a romantic breakaway , absolutely spotless , we got a anniversary package and it was stunning , so pleased amazing for the price , amazing host , very friendly and helpful , jaccuzi with the tv amazing touch, and the sauna amazing ! Had the best night away will definitely be back

We stayed here April 2025 in apartment 21. Upon arrival Sadiya greeted us & was very polite & welcoming, after checking my ID she took us round to our room & explained everything very clearly & demonstrated how everything in the apartment worked & talked us through dos/donts. The apartment was absolutely spotless & smelt amazing, chairs in the room were the comfiest chairs I’ve ever sat on🤣 sauna was red hot, jacuzzi was lovely & even better you can put the TV on in the bathroom and just chill in there for as long as you desire. The apartment also has a posh kettle which you can set the temperature you want it to boil at🤩 We will DEFINITELY be returning. Thank you sooo much!

A great find! Excellent apartment, comfortable, quiet and homely. Went for a swim and spa pool in the morning. Great facilities and spotlessly clean. Thirsk is only 4 miles away and had lots of good bars and restaurants to choose from. The accommodation made our weekend break even more special, and we'd definitely be back.

The place was clean and spacious with a large comfortable couch to relax on during the evening. Bryn was very friendly and shared activities to do around the area. The flat was close to a park that was nice to take walks in.

Great place to stay. Very good location and very clean. Amazing restaurants near by. We had wonderful experience and customer service was really good too. We will be be booking again soon.

I would definitely revisit Jess’s place again. The location is conveniently situated just outside the bustling center, with several bus stops nearby that make it easy to reach the Trafford Center for shopping, as well as visit the iconic Manchester Football Stadium. I had a fantastic time relaxing in the evening by the cozy fire, which created the perfect atmosphere for our mini date night in the flat. The space was incredibly peaceful, allowing us to unwind and enjoy each other's company without distraction. Additionally, there are plenty of local shops and charming urban cafes within walking distance, making it a great spot for grabbing a coffee or exploring unique finds. Overall, the combination of comfort, accessibility, and a vibrant neighborhood makes it a wonderful place to stay.

Most lovely stay! Place is absolutely fabulous, exceeding expectations, hospitality was incredible, had the warmest welcome from Alister who showed us round and made us feel at home. Will definitely be back would recommend to anyone who wants to book. Thanks again for all your hospitality!

I booked this property to celebrate my fiancé’s 30th birthday with family. Everyone loved the house and everything that came with it. We struggled a little to find the property but Julie was helpful over the phone. Julie & her husband welcomed us and had kindly set up beers in an ice bucket for arrival which was a lovely start. All the rooms / living room / games room / kitchen all very clean and tidy. The kitchen had everything to cook easily & big fridge for all the food for everyone. Iron & iron board / hairdryer easily found. We had trouble lighting the fire on the outdoor table but they were quickly round and rectified it and got it going. We thought it was great that the wood / coal / fire starters were included as we did use the fire pit and BBQ multiple times. The games room was brilliant, the pool table and darts board was a hit! We visited Kendal for some lunch which was nice and close by. The dogs loved it. Overall, everyone has come away very happy, it was

Great location and lovely house that feels like a home. Spotless and inviting environment with everything you need. Slight challenges was driving to the property, especially in snow but if you have a 4X 4 you will be fine. Awesome stay and lovely house would visit again.

Davids place, was so peaceful and relaxing. Amazing time in the sauna and hot tub. David gave us amazing reccomendations of local restaurants and very through video of how to use the Hot tub and Sauna. Would defo come back again!

We really enjoyed our stay here and the host was very responsive, really helped make the stay a relaxing one. Property was filled with lots of additional unexpected bonuses which made it fun for all the adults and the children!

Beautiful home and very responsive host we had a great time however there is a £400 charge for cleaning and I fail to see how that was applied. You are expected to look after animals which was a bonus for our family but can see would be an inconvenience for some especially as there are no railings where chickens situated so not safe or easily got to. Lots of steps so any elderly relatives may struggle a bit but have completed fallen in love with Yorkshire place and people were fabulous!

The house was in a beautiful location for our stay and we enjoyed the added luxury of the hot tub and sauna. Hosts were so helpful and friendly. Gargrave is a lovely spot offering great access.

It's a good house with 4 rooms to live in. Quiet outside and near to Rochdale center, convenient enough to the stores and supermarkets. While there are some minor stains in the kitchen when arrived, but not impacts on the experience. We come through some issues during the living, but were sorted very soon. This house should be recommended.
