I had an amazing stay at this New York-style apartment! The location was absolutely perfect, especially for exploring the AO area and the nearby shopping center. Everything was within easy reach, making it incredibly convenient. The apartment itself was spotless, beautifully designed, and very spacious with an open layout that made it feel even more inviting. The views were fantastic, adding to the overall experience. It was the perfect mix of comfort and style, making me feel right at home. The host was exceptional—always available, incredibly helpful, and quick to respond to any questions or requests. Their hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable. I can’t recommend this place highly enough! A perfect 5-star experience, and I would absolutely stay here again

Beautifully styled and had everything we needed! Warm, comfortable and clean. Perfect location for strolling into Headingley and getting to Leeds City Centre. Super responsive host!

Natasha was helpful and responsive- replied within a couple of minutes of my messages. We arrived after midnight and the man at the front desk was so kind and helpful, he even went down to the garage to make sure we got in safely and carried our bags up to the flat for us. My mum was feeling he cold a little (change in season and tired) and Natasha arranged a thick duvet for her, it arrived within an hour of me asking. The flat is spotlessly clean, beds and pillows very comfortable. I think the only thing missing was a bedside lamp so I could sit up and read in bed but that's no biggie. The flat is right in the middle of Bradford so very easy to get around- we ate at the Karachi (a place my mum used to go to in the 70s!) which was very good and only a short walk away. I was warned about walking alone in Bradford at night but I felt very safe. People were friendly, there was a community police presence on Friday and Saturday night.

This is a comfortable flat with lovely views over the river Esk. Easy to walk into the centre of Whitby with plenty of pubs and restaurants close by. It was well equipped, clean and tidy. We really enjoyed our stay.

Really lovely apartment. Very clean and tidy. Really great location. Easy access to all amenities. 10 minute walk into Whitby centre. Had a lovely stay and will definitely be booking here again on our return to Whitby. Easy check in/out. Flat as described. Ryan sent us a list of places to park before arrival. Was busy due to being Easter weekend but car park was a 4minute walk. Brilliant thank you

My son and I stayed here for 24 hours in Manchester and John‘s apartment was perfectly positioned for all shopping and restaurants. John‘s communication at all times was excellent. And the apartment was just absolutely amazing. Very spacious and had everything we needed. It was an easy place to stay in and all the instructions to Access Were easy. Also the outside of the building and the interior lead up to John‘s apartment was just stunning. I’d love the fact that we are in the city centre yet the apartment was so quiet. Thanks, John,

Fabulous hosts and apartment, great space, everything that we needed, very responsive late at night in an emergency situation when we needed to book temporary accommodation for our son and nephews due to their own apartment having no water or electricity. I highly recommended. 😁

What a brilliant host. The house was perfect for our short stay and Ian even left our kids an Easter egg as a surprise for Easter. If we are ever in the area again we would stay again.

The place was exactly what we were looking for and is a great base to explore Whitby, close enough to be convenient but also far enough away to be able to retreat from the crowds. The setting is very unique beneath the arches of the viaduct and it is very peaceful and relaxing.

Great place to stay. The house exceeded our expectations and the photos do not do it justice. We stayed over the Christmas period and the house was festively decorated. Spotlessly clean with the most comfortable beds we’ve ever slept in. Everything you could need was provided for our stay. It is around 15-20 minute walk into town and the canal path there provided a lovely walk. We really enjoyed clocking up our steps ending with a visit to the many lovely pubs that Skipton has to offer. Highly recommend

We had a fantastic weekend staying in this property. We were attending a football match at the Etihad and it was a short 10 minute walk from the house. Absolutely perfect for what we wanted, would 100% book in here again if we ever return to watch Man City in the future.

Stayed for my mums 50th birthday, the views are amazing & the house is stunning! Beds are really comfy the place had everything we needed for our short trip away, would love to stay again!

If you’re staying in Pocklington then this house is fantastic. Huge! Clean! Warm and cosy. All the mod cons. Really really exceeded our expectations. It’s just a couple of minutes walk from Market Place. Only comment is that maybe there should be fans in all the bathrooms…otherwise, it’s like Dr. Who’s Tardis…way bigger than you think. Loved it.

We had a fantastic one night stay here. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. Loved the large living room space and high ceilings in each room. Also the thoughtful special touches including welcome message and snacks. Comfy beds, shower was great and we also enjoyed having a smart TV in each of the rooms. Perfect central location, would highly recommend staying here if visiting Clitheroe!

We had a lovely return visit to Diane's apartment and certainly hope to go again. We couldn't fault anything; everything so clean, the apartment well appointed, bed very comfortable with beautiful bedding and towels and everything you could possibly need or want. The apartment was really clean , well equipped and spacious for the 3 of us with a good layout to relax after a day of sightseeing! We really enjoyed our stay at Sanita & Dave’s place! The apartment was neat, spacious, and very comfortable — perfect for a family. The location is excellent, within walking distance to the train station and the city centre. Everything was smooth and well taken care of. Highly recommended!
