Una accoglienza unica, mi sono sentita veramente bene accolta e la benvenuta. Gilly è stata gentilissima e mi sono sentita come a casa mia con tutte le comodità. Un vero piacere stare in una casa così accogliente dove sono stata sempre a mio agio. Ho dormito alla grande e la colazione era fantastica! Da Gilly a Dover tornerei molto volentieri senza cercare oltre, veramente una sistemazione accogliente e consigliatissima!

Once again we stayed overnight in Arden B&B which is perfectly hosted by Sue. Sue is very kind and does everything to feel you like home. We enjoyed the talks with her very much and we are looking forward to our next stay there. :-) *****

My girlfriend and I stayed for 2 nights, Sally-Ann came to introduce herself shortly after we arrived both her and her husband are very warm and friendly. We had a walk down the field in the mud which was great fun despite the weather. Can recommend the Middle House and the Rose and Crown . The other recommendations locally - Bodiam Castle and Bateman’s are great places to visit too.

Beautiful place, in such a pretty village, peaceful and quiet, surrounded by countryside. House was in wonderful condition, felt at home right away, so cosy. Loved the garden and the view of the house from there at sunset, and in the morning sunshine it was breathtaking. Really lovely hosts, always there to help, but also felt free to roam and had space to be alone too if you wanted. Lovely room, really comfortable bed, everything super clean. Great bathroom, with large walk in shower and bath with a nice view. One night stay felt far too short, will have to revisit one day and stay for longer. We drove 10-15 minutes to next town Elham for dinner at the King’s Arms, very cosy, great hospitality, delicious food. Lovely conversation with Peter after breakfast about travel and told us about other nice places to visit nearby. Really loved our stay!

What a wonderful cottage to stay in! We loved it there. A beautiful house, very comfortable beds, very clean. Croissants provided for breakfast. Lovely setting with a large and secure car park space that fitted our van. Stairs to the first floor were easy to manage for 82 year old granny (wide and not too steep, good handrail, also quite short). There is one high step up into the bedroom with the two beds which was fine for us. Diane was very communicative and responded quickly. We would highly recommend Diane’s cottage, and we’ll be back on our return journey.

Very welcoming and kind, private space on top floor with own bathroom, comfortable and warm. The location is great, plenty parking and a very relaxed environment.

There is a gate to get on the property and we were unable to call Miranda when at the gate due to poor reception. I imagine this was because we are from the US and ATT is our carrier and I suppose England does not have a lot of ATT towers for cellular. We were unable to make phone contact at the gate and drove about 5 or so minutes into town to get good phone coverage and drove back. The house was clean and in a pleasant area. Miranda was most helpful.

Our second fabulous stay in this extraordinary B&B in the countryside. Very tastefully decorated in a rustic eclectic style. L&R are the most welcoming and warmhearted hosts. An exceptional experience.

One of the loveliest AirBnB’s I have stayed in. The house is gorgeous, beautifully and thoughtfully appointed with lovely touches, comfortable beds, perfect heating and the hosts even left us bread and milk. Super clean and clutter free. The house is on a lovely peaceful historic garden square, right in the heart of Old Margate yet very private and quiet. Everything is walkable, some brilliant bars and restaurants nearby. Hosts’ recommendations for sightseeing, food and bars were spot on. Fabulous weekend. Thank you! Would highly recommend

Was really happy with our booking from start to finish - Jacqui was a very responsive and welcoming host - and the room was perfect & great value for our family group Lots of lovely touches around the room and the kitchen/ breakfast were great. We stayed as a base for visiting family in the area, but there are lots of great places in walking distance & suggestions for things to do I’d happily recommend and will hopefully be able to stay again another time!

Sonja was a delight. Attending the Stag theatre in Sevenoaks we needed somewhere close with breakfast. Sonja was charming , funny and very welcoming. The house was spotless and the bed very comfortable. A nice quiet area made for a good nights sleep. Breakfast was perfect and we would definitely return Kiitos Sonja

We had a lovely stay at Jo's place in Kent. It was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The best part was the wonderful large windows with a beautiful view across the farm fields! The kitchen was very well-stocked, and it was great to be able to easily cook most of our meals.

I had the most relaxing and wonderful stay! The countryside, the cosy homely house, the fresh bread and honey from their hive, the comfy bed, the warm welcome, the birdsong…. and the kittens, together create a home from home feeling. This is the perfect stay for peace, relaxation and connection with nature. Cannot recommend this host enough!

A really lovely stay , gorgeous location stunning views. Breakfast was delicious and Lesley was so lovely and accommodating. We will definitely be staying again !

We had the absolute best time staying at Boldshaves. D and Peregrine were wonderful hosts! They were so accommodating and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The grounds are incredible and seemed almost endless! Truly, I don’t think I have seen such beautiful gardens. The bedrooms were quite big—perfect for letting our luggage breathe a bit—and the beds were so comfortable. The breakfast was also really fantastic with so many special touches!! We feel really fortunate that we found this gem. It was the highlight of our trip!!

Great comms from Richard the host and a lovely place to stay

It was an absolute delight staying with Maria & Paul, who couldn’t have been friendlier and more welcoming! I felt right at home as soon as I arrived and for the whole month I was there. Maria had even made me a delicious fresh sourdough to welcome me, which was amazing! Maria and Paul are absolutely lovely - we enjoyed a lot of laughter together! - and the room and house were spotlessly clean and comfy. Plus I had many happy Spring-sunshine coffees in the lovely garden, and was even treated to the most exquisite slow-roasted lamb cooked to perfect in their wood-fired oven! A real home from home and I had a very happy month there. 😊 Thank you both - and a very Happy Birthday Maria!!! 🎊🥳🎊 I look forward to staying again :) ❤️

Great environment, great host, great experience.

A lovely, characterful home and an ideal base from which to explore Hartfield and Winnie-the-Pooh country. The bedroom was large and clean, with a huge and very comfortable bed. Val was a friendly and welcoming host. We would thoroughly recommend this place and we would be very happy to stay there again.

Such a lovely peaceful spot in the countryside. we only stayed a night as we had a nearby wedding, but would happily stay longer. Breakfast was a lovely touch also. Highly recommended
