This was a really lovely caravan - even more spacious than it looked in the photos. It had everything we needed and more. We have 3 very young children and it was great for them - lots of toys and books and puzzles which they loved and a great garden for exploring. It was very comfortable and cosy inside and we loved the nature walk on the site too. Everything about the stay was fantastic and we’ll definitely be booking again.

Really recommend. Location is great for the beach and walkable to Westgate which has loads of amazing independent food venues and shops. Ate so well!! Our host was really helpful and had great local knowledge and recommendations. The property was spacious, really nice and clean. Our kids (7 & 4) loved playing on the mezzanine and enjoyed having access to some toys and games. It was a really nice stay!

We were pleased to find accommodation available where we could all stay and have a bed, have our second Christmas Day and generally be together with lots of space. Having the pool to enjoy was a particular bonus as most of us enjoy the water.

Really lovely stay at Jane's place, we were only there for 1 night so didn't get to explore a LOT, but we had a nice walk, ended up getting food to bring back as we were slightly unprepared for a Saturday night! Jane and her partner were extremely lovely, the hot tub under the stars was just what we needed. Thanks so much :)

Excellent property. Owners were really nice. Can’t wait to go again when the pool is open. Went to a local pub called Coach & horses, excellent food there. We took our dog and owners kindly asked if we kept her on the lead when in garden of property as they have sheep but there’s a massive field with a woodland walk out back so was fine to let off the lead then. Barn is exactly as described. There’s some good little board games there and our kids got a bit obsessed with cluedo. Was expecting to be chilly as it’s a barn but the underfloor heating makes it really warm and cosy. Will definitely come back.

This house is absolutely fantastic. Our group of 9 including a teen and two 9-year-olds stayed very comfortably for a week with a typically English mix of weather and the house accommodated us amply. The spaces were all individual, relaxing and full of beautiful furniture and art, we loved the characterful high-ceilinged garden room and the sitting room big enough for all 9 of us to play games. All the first floor bedrooms were large with comfortable beds and generous storage, and the second floor attic with two bedrooms and a relaxing space between was a great little world away. The rambling garden and the tennis court, trampoline, warm pool and table tennis were a real hit with our group. Locally there was something for everyone, highlights including great walks from the house along the river and up onto the spine of the South Downs, and garden visits to High Beeches and Sussex Prairie Gardens. Enzo and Lucy are well deserved superhosts, we would return in a heartbeat.

Great house to spend time with friends for a 50th. Very close to Canterbury which has lots of great shops, bars and restaurants. Also close to Chapel down and a couple of stellar pub do lunch out dinner. The house was everything we needed it to be and the pool was perfect!

Had a brilliant holiday at the lighthouse - great location with sea and walks in the doorstep. The house was perfect for us really interesting , inspiring and quirky with everything you could need. Comfy beds, clean, private and quiet. Maggie was a lovely host to communicate with. Great views too! Want to return in the summer to use the pool! Thank you :)

Was very happy with our stay at Peter’s place…the location couldn’t have been better, easy walking to the sea and the shops, beautifully clean and well equipped with great communication from Peter and cleaning staff. Parking is the only slight issue but you can find somewhere and just keep an eye out for spaces as they appear! Would def recommend and highly likely to return for longer I suspect! Thanks again 😃

Excellent choice for a family in the gorgeous camber sands. Minutes from the beach, the house really suited our family of four and we appreciated the well-equipped kitchen. Fantastic location for exploring the area and we would love to come back in the summer but also enjoyed the peace and beauty of camber in the winter.

What an amazing place, Seasalter Cabin provided us with a “home” to stay for 4 days. There were lots of options if you want to eat out, or cook! We love your kitchen and that dining table. Feeling energised and chilled afterwards. Thank you!

Johanna’s place is lovely, in a quiet neighbourhood and is in a very convenient location, she is a great host who catered to my last minute request, highly recommend!

Back from a fabulous weekend at this beautiful, quirky, country farmhouse. I booked it to gather with friends & family for a special birthday & it exceeded our expectations. Bursting with character, we loved the way the house is dressed, a lovely mix of old & new. It was extremely well equipped & the welcome basket was a nice added touch. The bedrooms were all nicely decorated & the unusual layout didn’t cause any problems for us. Our only issue was the main hub of the house was chilly & we couldn’t seem to get the heating to work properly but that said it was unusually cold temperatures during our January stay and the lounge room & bedrooms were nicely heated by electric heaters. We enjoyed a nice walk around the church next door, the famous yew tree is well worth a visit. We would definitely return, maybe for a summer retreat next time & make use of the lovely garden.

We had a fabulous stay at Barefoot. The house was terrific - great set up inside, extremely clean and comfortable and with all we needed (and more) for a perfect few days at the beach. The location is amazing - literally right on the beach, nestled amongst beautiful dunes which the kids adored. And being able to step right onto the sand was glorious. Mark was extremely helpful with all we needed and also local recommendations - communication always v quick and easy. Thoroughly recommend staying at Barefoot! We are sure to be back!

Had a wonderful stay in Herne Bay with a big group of friends for my partners 30th. Lovely and spacious perfect for the size of our group, lovely quiet area with lots of shops, pubs and places to eat all very near. Hot tub was a great touch to enjoy. Everything was perfect to cooking, baking a cake, having drinks and chilling in front of the tele. Lisa was a great host very quick to respond, felt very relaxed speaking to her and very helpful overall. Neighbour was very friendly. I highly recommend if there is a large group to book. All of us all said we would return especially in the summer with the kiddies to take them to the beach.

A superb home with character, design features, and so thoughtfully laid out. I knew that the location was about rest, relaxation and peace but the physical location of the house with direct access to the sand dunes and the beach was epic. My partner and I took out three dogs with us and it was the exact medicine needed for complete rest, relaxation and was an oasis of calm. The sunrises and sunsets were stunning. Sophia was an impeccable host and I could not have asked for me. I have never wanted to book the same place twice but.... I will be booking again.

The property is very well kept and feels more like a home than an Airbnb. Plenty of space to park and a comfy bed for all that stayed. We had an issue with leaking water above the boiler but Sat and her team of maintenance guys came around straight away and resolved the issue promptly. Sat is extremely responsive to any questions or queries. Wouldn't hesitate is choosing this property again if I'm working in the area.

Genuinely a hidden gem and not given enough credit from the photos. Feels like home, really big house. Amazing for families with kids. Lots of toys and a yard to spend some time when it’s sunny. Sarah is super friendly and responsive.

Just got back from an amazing stay in London! The location was perfect—right on the Elizabeth line and only a 5 minute walk to the station. The house was clean and cozy, and the radiator kept us warm day and night. Oliver was super nice and even brought us some veggies, fruit, and bread! He was quick to reply to messages and gave clear directions to the house and downtown. Overall, it was a fantastic time, and I’d definitely visit again!!! <3

A lovely family home, low doorways, open fire, well equipped kitchen, warm, quiet, comfy and calming.

Seven of us stayed at Ross’ and had a lovely time. We booked it so we would have lots of space with two little ones in our group. There was plenty of space, three bathrooms, a kitchen which had everything you might need, and the location was so close to Camber beach it was incredible. Thanks so much, we really enjoyed our stay.
