This is a character room with stunning views. The restaurant attached is well known in the local area for a high standard of food. We enjoyed visiting family and being able to walk back without the need for a taxi.

What an amazing house, dog friendly, too! Perfect location for our family wedding. Frances was most helpful and very accommodating. Will stay again next time we visit family in Holmbridge.

We had a wonderful stay at Hill Too Farm. Susan was an excellent host and nothing was too much trouble it seemed. The B&B is extremely comfortable, and the breakfast really good. Most of all Wincle is a very special part of the world, beautiful and wild… and we were pointed to a real gem of a pub, The Ship, for dinner which was a real treat. We will be back!

The room felt like I was in a hotel. Shampoo, Shower Gel ready, teas and coffees and milk. Was a great place to stay at. Pete was super helpful and proactive with communication.

An amazing location with a very nice room for the price. Charlotte and other staff were absolutely amazing and friendly with a warm welcome and clear instructions. Food and wine at the olive branch is amazing.(ID like to know the rioja reserva name and the piot grigio too, both were excellent)would definitely stay again.

I had a fantastic experience staying with Joe! He is incredibly respectful and welcoming, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The place was spotless and well-maintained, reflecting their attention to detail. Beautiful location. Own parking area. Clean tidy rooms. Bathroom had a jacuzzi bath which was a god send after all the walks. Selection of cereal in room along with plenty of tea and coffee and a pint of milk in the fridge. Claire and Robbie were great hosts. Gave us a run down of Castleton and where to go. Friendly banter and made us feel very welcome. They were very responsive to anything we asked. Highly recommend this as a place to stay as it is accessible to so many walks including Mam Tor and Castleton has numerous pubs and restaurants to choose in such a small area so there is always somewhere to have refreshment and nourish after a walking day. A'Dell has a beautiful Victorian townhouse in a delightful leafy area of Stockport, full of original details but sensitively restored and updated. I had a very enjoyable and comfortable one-night stay, A'Dell is very helpful and made me feel welcome and relaxed in her home. The room is well equipped and quiet with a view of beautiful gardens and parkland, you will sleep well! The guest bathroom is exceptionally well designed and equipped with traditional roll-top bath and spacious shower. Don't stay in a soulless hotel room; stay in this lovely comfortable home!

A Wonderful place which is located in lovely town! Even if it's a bit far from the Manchester city center, the town has lots of good pubs and cafes so you can enjoy all in town. I was lucky to see the flea market on Saturday which was held just in front of this Inn and it was so interesting. The room is also well equipped just as you can see in pictures. If the weather was more warm and sunny I would definitely enjoy the balcony too. It was pleasant stay in general.

My friend and I stayed at Annette's while working on my own property locally. Not sure how many times two dusty builders turn up at their door, regardless she made us feel welcome. Although I'm not a breakfast person, it was absolutely delicious with a great selection. I cannot recommend a stay at Annette's highly enough.

The Old Vicarage is a lovely house in a nice village. There are many hikes you can do in the area. We enjoyed traveling the Peak District. The room was very clean and breakfast was great. Tricia was very friendly and welcomed us with a big smile. We recommend staying here strongly.

Fatima's home is very nice and cozy. A friend and I spent a weekend there and were very comfortable. It was super cold outside yet the house was always very warm! Her family also made you feel super welcomed and even made us some food! Would recommend staying here if you're spending a few days in Manchester. 💕

Great value for money. Clean, comfortable bedroom. Full English included every morning for breakfast. It's above a pub, so bring earplugs if you're staying at the weekend and you'll sleep just fine. Peter is very friendly and helpful too. Thanks for a great stay!

Lovely welcome from Tracy and Paul, I immediately felt at home. The house was nicely furnished and spotless, and my room was bright and spacious with a very comfortable bed and clean fresh linen. The private shower room next to my room was also spotless, with plenty of clean towels. I felt like I arrived as a guest, and left as a friend. I'll be back...

Very welcoming, comfortable and well equipped. Plus the host even supplied bread and milk which was very much appreciated.
