Villa Romance is a true hidden gem! If you're looking for a peaceful retreat away from the city, this is the perfect place. Nestled at the foot of Lyulin Mountain, the fresh air and tranquility made our stay incredibly relaxing. The villa itself is beautifully maintained, offering a cozy and comfortable atmosphere that feels like home. It had everything we needed for a perfect stay, whether for a short getaway or a longer visit. The proximity to Bankya’s Health Alley was a great bonus, and we also enjoyed exploring the nearby forest. Liubomir was warm, welcoming, and ensured we had everything we needed. If you’re looking for a serene escape while still being close to Sofia, I highly recommend Villa Romance. We would love to return!

Nice apartment. Clean and tidy. A small fridge is outside the apartment. There is also a next door apartment and the door is not so soundproof so when someone is outside we hear everything. The kitchen is at another building just a few steps out of the apartment. It is not so convenient when it rains or if you are with your underwear to go out to cook. The sewer pipes from the upper floor go through the bathroom so when someone flashes the toilet you can hear the water coming down. The heating is an air conditioner which is doing a good job! Well, overall is a good choice for a short period stay.

I'm really happy with my choice. Luca's place was amazing. It has everything you might need for your stay. The location is really interesting. I felt in Narnia when walking through the main entrance and the small tunnel. The bed was very comfortable. I can't recommend this place enough. Will visit again. Thank you Luca :)

I spent 8 wonderful days and nights in Anita’s tasteful, bright and open-spaced place. The efficient heating was essential with the chilly outside temperatures. The shower was one of the best I’ve experienced. The house is situated within a short walk from an array of restaurants, cafes and shops, without another tourist in sight! Would thoroughly recommend Anita’s place.

We were 4 people and stayed for one night. It is located close to a lake with gorgeous views. It’s very off the beaten path and is a wonderful place to relax. Our host gave us many tips for the area, provided us with fishing rods for the lake and was incredibly hospitable. The apartment itself is very rudimentary. It’s nothing luxurious, but it’s appropriate for the price. If you want a simple, yet scenic, place to stay, I recommend it.

The villa is great! I recommend this place to everyone! It was snowing a lot outside, but it was warm and cozy inside. The hosts are very kind people. They are always ready to help if you need anything. The villa is nicely furnished and has everything you need. There is parking for 2 cars.

Жилището е направено с любов и поддържано. Чувствахме се много удобно и доволни, че сме там. Добри инструкции. Абсолютно всичко необходимо е там. Определено искам да се върна там. Паркинг точно пред прозорците ви. Препоръчвам го с две ръце.

Lovely apartment in a peaceful location. It took us around 20-25 minutes to walk to the main ski area but we had young children with us. Without young children, I reckon you could do it in 10-15 mins. Very clean and great value for money

We loved our stay here in Borovets! The apartment is ideal for a group of friends, so cosy and warm, and exactly what you need after a day of snowboarding. It is close to the ski lifts and also very close to restaurants. So affordable, and with such friendly hosts!

Престоят ни беше невероятен! Веси и Краси са изключително гостоприемни и бяха помислили за всичко, за да направят престоя ни комфортен и приятен. Апартаментът е поддържан, уютен и снабден с всички необходими удобства. Чувствахме се като у дома си и успяхме да си починем страхотно. Гледката към планината и голямото пространство пред апартамента подходящо за федербал, волейбол са също голям плюс. Определено бихме препоръчали това място и на други гости. Благодарим ви за чудесното изживяване!

Apartamentul este curat și bine întreținut iar bucătăria utilata și dotată cu tot ce-ți trebuie. Ne-am simțit foarte bine. O sa revenim cu siguranță.

We had a fantastic time, the host was very friendly and catered to all our needs. Lovely place to say. 30 minute walk to slopes but at times a minibus is provided. I would definitely stay here again.

I spent a week with my family during new year's week. We had an amazing time in Tsvetelina's place. The views from all the terraces and balconies were amazing. Its close proximity to highway to Borovets was only a few minutes away. There is so much space in the apartment, it was perfect for a family of six. Coming back daily from a day of skiing at Borovets was well complemented with the spacious jacuzzi, I personally recomend this place.

L'apartament és molt bonic i espaiós. la ubicació immillorable. Molt tranquil i amb molts serveis a peu de carrer. Necessita una mica de manteniment en alguns xicotets detalls, però en general està molt bé. Tal vegada a la cuina li falten accessoris per a cuinar i de menage, encara que disposa de molts aparells o robots de cuina com bollidors d'aigua i cafeteres. Li faltaven plats, gots, ganivets i altres aparells menors necessaris per a poder cuinar un mateix amb comoditat. Nina molt atenta, servicial i simpàtica. Llevat de quatre xicotets detalls, l'apartament és perfecte per a una família amb xiquets i la calefacció fa que pugues gaudir a l'hivern.

Great apartment, very spacious and exceptionally well appointed. Full kitchen with all utensils provided. Very comfortable bed and a huge dining room with balcony view over the courtyard. Easy check in with lockbox. View of the palace of culture and a short walk to Vitosha with all its bars and restaurants. Shops for groceries just downstairs. A really great Airbnb.

The place is very comfortable, all units from living room to bedroom are spacious and new. The terrace is hilarious, we even enjoyed the snow in April! Meti is accessible at all times, he is very kind and professional. Metro is in 5 mins walk, which is the best transport form in Sofia. There is a big public park close to the house and yes the bakery at the entrance of the building is very good indeed. We will stay at the same place for sure if we can visit Sofia again.
