We had a few really nice days in Ali‘s flat. He was extremely helpful, organized us the transfer from the airport and responded to every question immediately. The flat was exactly as described, the location is super central and you can reach a lot of attractive areas on foot. We found water in the fridge, tea and coffee were available as well and if the weather hadn‘t been that nice we would have certainly made use of the fire wood. Many previous guests commented on the school opposite the flat so I just wanted to emphasise again that the bedroom at the back of the apartment is fully shielded from the children’s noise (that I personally don’t mind that much). You might hear the neighbours a bit but the school does not impact your sleep there at all.

Ibrahim was personable, helpful, and responsive. Apartment was clean and had all the amenities I needed. A quiet and compact space, but may be a little difficult to work in or take work calls - some manoeuvring is required but it ultimately worked out for me. View from the rooftop was phenomenal; not too shabby either from the apartment balcony! Equipment in gym is a little old, but very comprehensive and kept clean.

Nous (un couple) venons de passer un mois dans l'appartement de Derin avant de nous installer à Istanbul, c'était parfait. L'appartement est très agréable, très bien situé dans un quartier vivant et accueillant. Il est complètement équipé et tout marche bien. On se sent vraiment comme chez soi. Le lit est très confortable, ainsi que le divan. La douche est vaste. En plus, Derin a répondu très vite quand nous avons dû lui poser une question. Nous recommandons son apartement sans réserve. We've found that the measure of a host/listing isn't whether or not the stay was perfect but rather how the host responds when hiccups occur. Fakhri’s listing made our most recent visit to Istanbul very enjoyable due to its location, size, and amenities. When a mechanical issue presented itself, the host/team all worked tirelessly to resolve it, even through Ramadan observance. We appreciated the easy ground floor entrance after a long day exploring the city. The main entry door opens to the floor with all of the bedrooms. Easy interior stairs go down into the kitchen (with a massive island/table), living area with sectional sofa, huge spa/bathroom, and of course the theater room.

I had a wonderful stay at Mikail’s place! The home was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described. Mikail was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring I had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The location was perfect. The amenities were well thought out, and I especially appreciated having a the projector in-front of one of the most cozy couches. The only minor downside was that the bathroom occasionally had a slight smell, but it was manageable and didn’t take away from the overall experience. Thank you Mikail for your hospitality! I’d gladly stay here again.”

Axel was friendly and very responsive. He was a wonderful host. It is a great place in a great location, with lots of things to do and great restaurants. It is close to the Istinye shopping mall and within walking distance of the metro. I loved it and highly recommend this place.”

Tao’s home is a charming entire house with a private entrance, nestled in a vibrant neighborhood. If you're a fan of Orhan Pamuk's novels, you'll recognize the area, and you'll be pleased to know that the Museum of Innocence actually exists and is located nearby. The house itself is full of character and unique details. The kitchen is well-equipped and had everything we needed traveling with a young child. There are three floors to navigate: the kitchen, dining area, and a shower are located on the ground floor, while the entrance, two bedrooms and a toilet are on the first floor. The second floor features the third bedroom with its own small kitchenette and bathroom. Additionally, the entrance has a few steps as well. Tao is a very sweet, friendly and thoughtful host, and we felt genuinely cared for throughout our visit. Communication was seamless, and he provided us with excellent recommendations for local restaurants that we thoroughly enjoyed.
