Le logement est très bien situé cinq minutes à pieds de ortakoy. Hotte Très sympa le logement et correct pour une famille de quatre personnes avec des petits-enfants et le parking c’est le plus grand plus. Merci encore de nous avoir accueilli. Nous avons passé trois belles nuits

Uninterrupted view of the Bosphorus, peace, and tranquility. Firewood was ready for the fireplace. The house was very practical, with a spacious kitchen and a comfortable, cozy seating arrangement in the living room. Normally, the host did not allow pets, but they kindly made an exception when I assured them that the pet was well-trained and quiet, for which I am very grateful. Communication was very easy, and they accommodated our small requests. Many thanks again for contributing to such an enjoyable holiday.

2 çocuğumuzla sömestr tatilinde bu villayı tercih ettik.Kızlar bahçede oynarken biz de mangal yaktık. Belgrad ormanı ve Atatürk Arboretumunu gezdik.Arabayla çok yakın konumdaydı. Boğaza inip sahilde gezmek de kolaydı.Ayrıca İstanbul deprem bölgesinde olduğu için müstakil ev tercih ettik ve çok güvenle konakladık. Ev sahibi ilgiliydi ama evde her şey fazlasıyla düşünülmüş aramak durumda hiç kalmadık. Evde 3 yatak odası ve otopark olması da artısıydı.

We organised a family trip to visit the city of our father, and we were very pleased to stay at Mine and Hüseyin’s house. Our stay was perfect: the host was very reactive and friendly, the house is gorgeous with a very nice view and a sunny and quiet garden. The garage was also very convenient. It felt just like home. The neighborhood is really calm and beautiful. In less than 10 minutes we can reach streets with shops and restaurants, and also the boat to reach other places of the city. I would really recommend if you are looking for a lovely stay in Istanbul. I wish myself I could come back here very soon. Thank you again Mine and Hüseyin!

Cihan is a SUPER HOST! He took care of all our requests, went out of his way and made us feel at home. The location is perfect and the rooms are exactly as listed. Wonderful man with a wonderful place.

4 yaşında ki oğlumla yaptığım konaklamada özellikle metroya çok yakın konum, güvenli, oğlumun rahat edeceği kadar geniş ve hijyenik alan, çamaşır ve kurutma makinesi ayrıca soğuk bir mevsimde konaklayacağım için iyi ısınan bir ev arayışım vardı. Bu ev tüm isteklerimi karşıladı. Resimlerde görüldüğü gibi. Bizimle ilgilenen Burak bey tüm talepleriniz ile ilgilendi. Ev oldukça geniş ve içerideki malzemeler yeterli. Çay yapmak için çay makinesi vardı ama çalışmıyordu ve Burak bey çalışan ile değişimini sağladı. Kahve içmek isterseniz makine yok. Sıvı bulaşık deterjanı ve saç şampuan ve kremi, kullan at terlik, tuvalet kağıdı, temiz havlu mevcut. Uzun konaklama için temizlik aleti vs. gibi şeyleri görevlilerden isterseniz veriyorlar. Odaya özel olsa daha güzel olurdu. Evin manzarası yok. Bir aralığa bakıyor. Ama bizim için önem arzetmiyordu. Bundan sonraki İstanbul seyahatimde kesinlikle konaklamayı tercih edeceğim ev. Her şey için teşekkür ederiz. Tekrar görüşmek üzere.

El alojamiento es tal cual las fotos! Tiene 2 habitaciones de 3 personas, 2 de 2 personas y 1 habitación individual. Cuenta con 3 baños completos. La cocina un poco pequeña, pero apañada. Si sois muchos merece la pena. Calidad precio es estupendo! Lo unico malo es la zona, no es una zona muy segura. Cuando los taxis nos dejaban allí, nos decían que tuviésemos cuidado! Pero por el resto, genial!

Our stay was great, we really enjoyed the flat. It is very private and cozy. We were 4 adults and a 3 years old boy, we were very comfortable and had enough space for everyone. The flat is very warm in winter, kitchen has everything you might need, there are some supermarkets walking distance and the view on Bosporus is just amazing! Binnur was very hospitable, kind and helpful. Thank you very much! Highly recommend to everyone

The villa is outstanding! Clean, fresh, upgraded, cozy and comfortable. Feel at home. Very convenient parking space for minivan at front yard behind automatic gates. We had family-get-together and everyone are happy with their rooms, bathrooms, beds and what not. Elevator between floors - wow! Villa has great view from balcony, sunrises are spectacular. If I'm to return to Istanbul - I'll book this place again.

I came for business purposes and needed a large place for 14 people. I booked the entire hotel. Rooms are small (yet, with everything from the mini-fridge to the hairdryer) and rooms were super clean. Can Serbay and his team are available and ready to support in all demands. THANK YOU! Note: I did not have nor breakfast nor dinner at the hotel. So, many restaurants are around.

Istanbul is so amazing! thanks to this appartment that is located in the best place for discovering easily all the great areas near galata. the guest was very helpful , providing all needed informations for a great trip. The place is exactly as described. Very cozy atmosphere. No need to take any taxis as everything is reachable via public transport. I really recommend this one and will probably come back as it was to short!

We loved the view and the house. We had such a great time at the house. Our parents were visiting us and they had such a nice istanbul experience. It was great for the crowded family. The house had everything you would need. Such as every kitchen supply, hair dryer and cottons in every bathroom. Saeed was so nice and help-full, she was kind and sincere. We had such good time made some great memories.

Ozel bir gunumuz icin tutmustuk, artik bu ev de bizim icin ozel bir yer. Cok guzel anilar biriktirdik bastan sona cok guzel bir deneyimdi, ilgi ve nezaketiniz icin cok tesekkurler!

The place was squeaky clean which i loved The smell of the place just like a clean hotel room of 5* Very nice n wide sea view My timing was Feb so it was hella cold there so barely could stay a bit at the balcony.. Tusem was very friendly and responsive.. ❤️❤️

It was a great stay. The place is unique and calming. The host is very helpful and understanding. You have help 24/7 and the nature and the place is unique. We totally recommend.

If you are staying in Istanbul then this is THE place to stay. Sardor was an exceptional host from beginning to end. It is a beautiful property, feels like a grand country mansion … gorgeous pool, fantastic staff, comfy air conditioned rooms. A beautiful roof terrace for relaxing in the evenings - overlooking the Bosphorus. An awesome holiday, and the villa was the best thing about it. Thanks for everything!

I felt like I was staying at home immediately. Amazing view and location far away from the hustle and bustle of Istanbul. House was well stocked for everyday living, cooking utensils, dinnerware, towels etc. The host Behçet Bey is quick to respond and inform of any updates and him and his daughter are happy to help point you out to the best restaurants or grocery stores in town.
