Bosque County : locations de vacances

Everything was pretty accurate as described in the listing. My family really enjoyed the peaceful countryside and views. The water pressure in the house was very weak other than that it was very nice. Don’t wash your car/truck before coming here the roads are very dusty and your vehicle will be covered in dust when you leave. Our overall experience was great though the lake is less than 10 minutes away with lots of outdoor activities!

My college group gets together twice a year (April/October). We recently lost our "go to" place because of a sale, and really struggled to find a comparable substitute. Luckily, we found Brittnie's place. The property (acreage that borders Lake Whitney) and house(s) were perfect for our needs while also being clean and comfortable. The large main room is truly amazing and the ping pong table/pool table/shuffleboard table were all great. We will not have to search for a new place again. If you have a group in need of a gathering spot, look no further than Brittnie's house/property. J. Wayne Little

We really enjoyed the little cabin! We had a great time. Everything we needed was right there. The people were fantastic and Buck was outstanding. We will be absolutely looking forward to staying with him again

Our stay at Kim's place was terrific. Very peaceful and quiet, surrounded by nature. We got to watch the deer coming up to feed by the front porch. Kim was flexible with check-in time, allowing us seniors time for our afternoon nap! The property was as described and very clean. Plenty of towels and dishes. Overall, a great stay for six retirees. We would definitely stay here again.

Exceptional and magnificent home so cozy!!

What a great little escape. Host was proactive in reaching out, provided great instructions, and I imagine is very responsive, but everything was just as described and perfect so we had no need to contact Andrew. House was just as pictured and is a nice little home. Seems bigger inside and the windows offer a nice view and great lighting. The location was amazing with close access to the river and a lot of open green space to play in around the house. We spent our days at the river kayaking and talking to the occasional passerby. Just beautiful and peaceful. The water was a little low so we were able to put our camping chairs on part of the dry riverbed and sit and listen to the birds. At night we sat by the fire pit (smaller pit located in the front yard) and watched all the deer grazing on the other side of the yard. It was a great space and we spent most of the time outdoors enjoying the surroundings. Will be coming back to this nice little retreat.

We had an awesome time at Jason’s place. The lake access is not far away and after a short walk the kids enjoyed catching huge perch around the boat house. We loved the fire pit area and spent a lot of time visiting around a warm fire. The giant bunk bed room was a kid favorite. It had eight full size beds in the bunk room and another three beds in three other rooms. There is a little walking trail not far away. We also drove 10 min to riverside park to fly fish for a few hours in the morning. If you are looking for a place on lake Whitney that sleeps 16, has plenty of outside space and water access this is a great one.

This was a beautiful spot and was exactly as presented on Airbnb. Elle was a great host. The only thing that we didn’t have was firewood, and it was delivered within 30 minutes of me texting the host. Amazing! The house had all the amenities that it mentioned and our kids had a blast playing basketball playing pickle ball playing the games in the game barn. Adults had fun too. We will definitely return.
