Penny's place is wonderfully situated in a neighborhood we have often walked and admired during visits to our son and daughter-in-law's place on nearby Chestnut Ave. Her house is perched in a neighborhood that feels like another, quieter, time yet is close to the action that makes JP vibrant and appealing. it was a perfect stay for our long weekend visit.

Great space for our family to relax. Rooms were nice, great kitchen to cook in and bathrooms were wonderful. Very walkable with great restaurants and shopping in town. Easy transportation to downtown Boston, did not have to drive.

We had a great stay at Howard’s place!! Howard was such a kind host and took the time to give us local recommendations for restaurants in the North End and things to do in Boston! Beautiful room and bathroom, and perfect location for an AirBnB. We had the best time here :) The massage chair in the room was an added bonus as well!!

Fabulous home in a wonderful neighborhood! I want to mention that there are 30 steps from the ground level to the 3rd story bedrooms (for those with mobility issues) and for groups of 8 utilizing the basement bedroom, there is no door (for privacy and quiet). Neither was a big issue for our group but worth mentioning to help others. But this is truly a beautiful home which was perfect for our family trip to visit the historical sites in Boston. Definitely recommend!!

Everything was just as we expected - wonderful! It really is a 4 minute walk to the beach! The bedrooms were lovely and the beds comfy. The kitchen equipment and dishes were great- full sets of plates, utensils, knives, pots and pans, etc. We grilled most every night and enjoyed the private area out side. Other nights we ate in restaurants in Gloucester, which is a cute town with shops and a museum on the waterfront. Rockport is just a few minutes away and makes for a fun afternoon of poking around shops. M Russell is very responsive to questions. All the communications were great. We were on a vacation with our 2 adult kids and their partners. Everyone had a great time.

Fabulous place. Clean, quiet, stylish, and well set-up. Awesome gas stove, new washer and dryer for your own use in your own basement, bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs, all makes for nice division of space. Great location: around the corner from a supermarket, two blocks from a bus stop to go to Harvard yard in less than 10 minutes. Johnny has all the details covered and provides an easy to use orientation sheet with all pertinent info: wifi set-up, recycling, etc. Leave your iron at home--the place has a great one.

Jeff's apartment is very nice, perfectly clean, conveniently located... and has a parking spot, which a highly-valued addition in Sommerville. In addition, it has been easy to communicate with Jeff and obtain answers to all the questions we asked. What else is to be asked for? We would return without a doubt, next time we need to be in Somerville.

Fantastic stay - great host. I found myself sitting in and enjoying almost every space throughout the week. Would highly recommend. Claire is super easy to connect with for questions or tips around boston.

Camille’s place was perfect for a group of myself and three friends as a base to explore boston and further afield. The house was cozy and comfortable and in a nice quiet neighbourhood but had good access to the red line to get into boston. Theres also a small number of nice coffee and drink /food spots just down the road which suited us perfectly. It was exactly what we were looking for and would recommend for anyone who doesn t mind not staying in downtown. Thanks

Jay was extremely responsive and very polite. Ran into a few issues as his cleaner was unable to clean due to sickness. He was able to address the concern in a timely manner and came up with a solution to resolved the issue. 10/10 host!

Austin was an excellent host and his OASIS in Watertown, MA was a true value for us. It is in a convenient location with easy access to Cambridge and Boston either through Mass Pike or back roads. The property was spotlessly clean. It is furnished with an elegant and contemporary taste. With three bedrooms, a living room/kitchen area, the spacious place accommodates a large group comfortably and aptly. The cool breeze from the central air added an extra layer of comfort in the midst of sweltering heat wave that engulfed Boston during our stay. Everything worked. Austin was easy to reach and quick to communicate. He also developed an encyclopedia for his offering in his house manual with information that made our stay deceptively effortless. We will choose his offering next time, if the need arise. Thank you, Austin.

My two kids and I had a pleasant and peaceful stay at Lee’s home. The space is clean and the neighborhood is peaceful. Parking was a cinch. Lee shared clear instructions and responded in short order to my messages. I definitely recommend this place for families who need a place for the occasional meal and a good night’s sleep. We had an enjoyable stay and Edna was a wonderful host! The location served our purpose of a good proximity to Salem and Boston and was a perfect fit for 6 women on our girls trip!

My family and I stayed at Ken and Amy’s place for a long term rental (one month). Great location to major highways and lots of restaurants and takeout options near by. The space was clean and comfortable! Ken and Amy were great hosts, very responsive and helpful.

This was the perfect place for our family to gather and use as our home base while visiting extended family in the area. Easy to pop into Boston or other points of interest in the area and having a dedicated driveway was a huge bonus!

David was great at communicating with us, quick to respond and flexible with checking in a little early as we arrived in town earlier than expected. Off street parking, greeted us in person (they live in the back of the house) showed us around and made us feel like VIP guests. David and his family have lived in Salem quite a while and gave us lots of good advice on where to eat, etc. They found out that we were going to be in town for my wife’s birthday and brought her a little birthday cake on her birthday… that’s going the extra mile for your guests! Thanks for making our time in Salem special and lots of fun!!

This charming townhouse offers a clean, newly renovated kitchen and bath, perfect for a comfortable stay. Located on a quiet street, you'll find a relaxing atmosphere. Upon arrival, there was thoughtful welcome basket Water, coffee, and tea were also available for us to enjoy. Your accommodating host is always ready to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

If you are visiting the Cambridge area you can't do better than staying here! Four of us stayed here for a weekend and were very pleased. The apartment is large, comfortable, stylish, and clean. Easy walking distance to restaurants, supermarkets, etc., but it was also peaceful and quiet. Would happily stay here again! Host was helpful and very responsive.

Our stay at Steven’s apartment was great—easily walkable to all attractions, clean, well appointed, and much more spacious than I expected from the photos. Parking and check in were easy, and we would gladly look to stay again next time we’re in the area

Easily the best AirBnB I’ve ever stayed in. Undervalued with tons of space— great for couples traveling together. Location is great and a 3 min walk from the MBTA Green Line with a fair number of bars, restaurants, and coffee shops near by. Check-in/ out were a breeze. Felt like a real home, not just a corporate rental property.
