I was very comfortable at Lloyds. Deceptively spacious accommodation. Powerful shower and lovely products were a nice bonus. Recommended!! Thankyou for having me.

A great place to stay especially for two people as it's a cosy studio flat with easy access, and some great surrounding views of aggreculture.

A lovely place to stay as ever, we have stayed here many times, conveniently placed for visiting friends and family and many other places of interest, lovely kitchen although you need to provide you own food this is perfect for those with restricted diets. Beautiful location too.

Visited last year; was super impressed with location, cleanliness and Ash’s communication. This time Ash was really helpful and went above and beyond to help me regarding booking. The apartment in itself was just as before; welcoming, clean and absolutely perfect. Cannot fault the location, the apartment in itself nor Ash. Perfect prime location and will always be our go to, to stay at when we visit Skegness. My kids walked in and remembered it straight away and said “yay we love it here!” Thanks again for an amazing stay will be in contact to visit again soon ☺️

A lovely little place with lovely hosts. The place is decorated really nicely, very clean, the whole site was lovely and the little enclosed garden was so nice to sit in when the sun was shining. Owners dogs can be a bit barky at times, which if you're in the annex attached to their house, is quite loud, but we're dog people so it didn't hugely bother us and didn't last too long. We'd definitely stay again!

We had to crash somewhere on our way to do a skydive. This was perfect for me and my children: not far away from the aerodrome, peaceful, just what we needed to make ourselves a breakfast at a very early time. We had not time to visit the area but from the little we saw, it looked like a pretty surrounding.

This is a wonderful apartment, cosy and warm with great facilities and a delightful location overlooking the village green (above a boutique clothes shop). We were met in person by our host who showed us to the dedicated parking space at the back of the building. Thoroughly recommended!

Had a lovely stay for New Years, place was clean and spacious. Had everything we needed for a quiet stay and some lovely places to drive to in the surrounding areas!

Stay in multiple air b&b this year and this was way above the best. Excellent in every way will definitely be returning. Thank you.

Steve is a brilliant host, very friendly and informative and just a thoroughly decent guy. The place is clean, modern and in an area to explore local wooded areas. You get a lot more in the room than you usually would for the price and I felt very comfortable there. I would 100% recommend

Clare made me feel very welcome and the personalisation was a lovely gesture. The apartment was spacious, extremely clean, contemporary and beautifully decorated throughout. Everything you could need was provided. The bed was very comfortable and Clare provided lots of information for anyone not familiar with the area. I was visiting a lifelong friend and the location was perfect for me. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Clare and this property to those looking to spend time in Uppingham, Rutland and surrounds and I would definitely look to book again in the future. One word for this place “charming”. It is a perfectly proportioned place in a lovely country garden. Hosts were brilliant and a lovely welcome pack awaited us. Village was gorgeous and our dogs enjoyed the garden and local walk. We had a great evening in playing the well stocked games available whilst enjoying a nice takeaway from nearby Uppingham We can’t wait to return..

Only stayed one night but absolutely loved the place. Big living area and lovely seated area by the window to enjoy the views over the fields. The hot tub is a great added extra. Close to a lovely village too where we got a lovely breakfast. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Great place to stay. Lovely surroundings, friendly working farm, my kids loved seeing the piglets and feeding them. A walk into Lincoln in just over an hour, through the fields, brilliant. Super helpful and friendly host. Great hot tub with privacy, accommodation had everything needed for a great stay. Would highly recommend and happily stay again. Thanks Fen Farm

Lucie was very helpful In getting to the address. she always reply on time and available to help. the property was clean and tidy and very private just as I like it.

Wow! Gil and Philip have created a magical experience that went far beyond our expectations. The lit log wood burner on our arrival was very welcome, the animals very friendly and the added extra treats really excelled. We loved our stay and would highly recommend, whether with children, friends, or as a romantic break.

Superb lodge in a lovely spot. 5mins drive to Woodhall Spa, where there are lots of bars / cafes / restaurants. Very peaceful location. ideal for walking or road cycling and i would highly recommend a visit.

Exactly as listed and in the photos. One of the best we’ve stayed in, and we’ve stayed in lots all over the world! Pristinely clean throughout, well equipped and comfortable. Would definitely recommend and we’d definitely stay again.
