Beautifully clean, quiet and delightful sea breezes in the beach front. Weather wasn’t so good but the ever changing colours of the sea was magic! Restaurants nearby are fantastic too!

La residenza di Antonella è dotata di tutti i comfort possibili e si trova a pochi passi dal mare. L' abbiamo trovata in condizioni perfette e abbiamo trascorso 8 giorni di vero relax. Una dimensione particolarmente positiva per una famiglia con un bimbo piccolo. Ci siamo sentiti a casa.

The apartment is very well located in the heart of Tropea’s old town, with the most beautiful sea-view. There are several very good restaurants nearby. It was quite hot and there was only one fan. Would have been nice to have had a second one, especially at night. Other than that, we can highly recommend this spacious and very well equipped apartment. Massimo was more than helpful with everything. He gave us many good recommendations where to eat, grocery shopping, etc.

Giuseppe Haus hat einen ganz besonderen Flair. Die Ausstattung (Fenster, Böden, Küche, ...) ist hochwertig und stilvoll. Der Garten mit Sitzmöglichkeuten und Grill ist gepflegt und wir haben es sehr genossen, die verschiedenen Zitrusfrüchte zu probieren. Da wir mit dem Flugzeug (und Mietwagen) angereist sind, war es sehr hilfreich, dass.nicht nur Bettwäsche und Handtücher sondern auch ein paar Grundnahrungsmittel (Öl, Essig, Salz, Zucker, ...) vorhanden waren. Sogar Wein und Kekse standen zur Begrüßung bereit. Die Lage an der Straße war kein Problem. Fußläufig kommt man gut an die Marina und auch hoch in den Ort an die Piazza... zum Supermarkt sind wir wenige Minuten mit dem Auto gefahren. Wir können diese Umterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Das Haus von Andrea liegt traumhaft schön am Meer, mit einem direkten Zugang zum Strand. Man hat einen freien Ausblick auf Meer, den Stromboli am Horizont und jeden Abend einen Sonnenuntergang. Die Ausstattung ist schlicht, wie in Italien oft üblich, aber sauber und ordentlich. Die Umgebung ist im Oktober schon sehr ruhig, hin und wieder schleicht ein Katze vorbei, man ist komplett ungestört und kann die Ferien genießen. Zum Haus gehört ein Garagenstellplatz, nur ein paar Schritte entfernt. Eine Bar und ein paar Restaurants sind zu Fuss in ca 5 Minuten erreichbar. Pippo, der Vater von Andrea, kümmert sich sehr liebevoll, um alle Belange vor Ort, sei es eine Frage zur Umgebung, wo man etwas bekommen kann, etwas funktioniert nicht oder auch nur ein Schwätzchen über das Wetter. Er ist stets erreichbar und freut sich helfen zu können. Sehr zu empfehlen.

I spent close to 2 weeks recently at Laura’s place and I must say I found the home to be pleasantly immaculate in every way. The pictures she posted of the homes interior were just the way I found it upon my arrival. Everything was operational, modern, up to date, sanitary, convenient with the use of electronic keys, gate openers and WiFi; the place was obviously well kept. Although not absolutely necessary, a car is very helpful to get about for shopping and enjoying the nearby beaches as it is very pleasantly secluded and quiet. I hope everyone doesn’t rush out too often and too long to stay at this place, as I will be looking to come back for future visits if the home is available…thank you very much Laura!

It was a great modern home felt right at home. Only thing I could tell that could be improved, is a little bit more toiletries and essentials for the house. I had to do all the shopping for the house while I was there ( like toilet paper washing up liquid shampoo little essentials ) other than that everything else was lovely. Also the bin situation was a bit complicated and annoying but great people, beautiful home very comfortable and modern , over all I had a comfortable stay and would stay there again

Francesco è un host fantastico. Presente e premuroso. La villa semplicemente un incanto. Pulizia, posizione, arredamento... tutto eccezionale! Il panorama poi è l'elemento distintivo con vista meravigliosa sui calanchi e lo jonio che mattina e sera ti aspetta solo per essere ammirato nel silenzio e nella pace che questo posto sa trasmettere fino in fondo. La piscina bellissima, panoramica immersa in un giardino curato in ogni particolare è un plus comodo per chi ha bambini anche se il mare calabrese è di per sé una piscina naturale ed è impossibile resistere alle sue spiagge selvagge bagnate da un mare impareggiabile. Grazie Francesco. Sarà un piacere essere nuovamente tuoi ospiti.

Traumurlaub! Die Wohnung ist schön – die Küche gut ausgestattet. Große Terrasse mit Draußen-Essbereich unter einem Pavillon und Grill. Der Pool war toll für die Kinder, außerdem gibt es noch einen Whirlpool. Luisa war unglaublich nett und zuvorkommend. Wir haben Obst, Gemüse und Eier von den Hühnern aus dem Garten bekommen – alles schmeckt wahnsinnig gut und wir haben uns wie im Schlaraffenland gefühlt. Supermärkte und viele Restaurants sind nicht weit und mit dem Auto schnell erreichbar. Die Umgebung und die vielen Strände waren atemberaubend und schön leer. Die Jahreszeit und das Wetter waren perfekt, besonders für Familien, denn das Meer ist im Oktober noch warm. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und wären gerne noch länger geblieben.

Our host Emanuele gave us a lovely, friendly welcome. In fact his other family members (who live in the adjacent property) were also very welcoming. The house was very comfortable with lovely sea views and a cooling breeze. The air conditioning in the bedrooms also worked really well. (It was very hot when we visited in early August). Any minor points we drew to Emanuele's attention were quickly dealt with. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble. He was able to give us great recommendations for beaches and nice restaurants to visit. We especially enjoyed the lovely terrace with pool. Great to have three bathrooms plus an outdoor shower by the pool. We were made to feel very at home and at ease. Many thanks to the lovely Stranges family for their warm welcome on our first visit to Calabria. (Definitely not our last!). We will especially miss their wee dog Lucky... ;-)

Prima esperienza con AirB&B e non potevo iniziare meglio. La struttura pulitissima è molto ordinata ha il punto forte nel comodissimo giardino e piscina che rendono il soggiorno molto rilassante. Perfetta anche perché avevo un cane di taglia medio-grande. I proprietari simpatici e disponibili hanno saputo rispondere sempre alle mie esigenze. L’ ubicazione è strategica, anche se si ha bisogno della macchia, il centro o le attività commerciali sono vicine. La zona è tranquilla. Io la consiglio vivamente

Villa del Conte in Drapia Tropea has a view that is fabulous, so breathtaking. It's so serene and peaceful staying in. Marcello is so warm, hospitable, receptive, friendly and took time to talk to us as he visits daily. Easy access to train station and Tropea town as is. We met friends whose very satisfied with their stay (and come back vacationers ) Our stay is so far - par Excellence. Our room is clean, spacious ,has a great balcony view of the sunset, mountains, coastline & Tropea town. We don't want to leave but we will be back :) Grazie mille Marcello for our wonderful stay in your Villa. We love love your villa and will recommend most definitely… Ciao 😘Jennifer/Frank

Lovely big house with lots of space to hang out and eat. Short walk to everything. Good facilities.

It was a real pleasure to stay in this beautiful house! The accommodation is as shown in the photos and the services mentioned are all available and included in the price. The views are stunning and you can get to the small beach via a fairly comfortable path, just a bit steep uphill. I will definitely be back, thank you for everything!

Ein fantastischer Ort zum Urlaub machen. Alles im Haus vorhanden was man für 6 Personen braucht. Ausreichend Platz und man fühlt sich innerhalb von Minuten Zuhause. Man braucht ein Auto um die Umgebung zu erkunden, aber auf dem Grundstück ist viel Platz auch für große Autos. Wir wollten nicht abreisen und können uns definitiv vorstellen wiederzukommen - allein schon um den zukünftigen Pool zu bewundern (der fehlte dieses Mal noch zur vollständigen 5 Sterne Bewertung - ist aber wohl in Planung).

Irene e Vittorio sono stati padroni di casa discreti, ci hanno lasciato piena libertà di azione e sono stati sempre disponibili a soddisfare le nostre richieste (dal sapone per bucato alle presine da cucina). La biancheria (lenzuola e asciugamani) era profumata e a metà del soggiorno è stata interamente sostituita. Ci sono stati forniti cuscini extra (nuovi, sotto vuoto). Il giardino è curatissimo e ideale per far giocare i bambini in sicurezza (ci è stata prestata anche un'altalena dei loro nipotini). Il silenzio che consente di sentire il rumore del mare a pochi metri non ha prezzo. Disponibili stoviglie di ogni genere (piatti, ciotole, vassoi, bicchieri, mestoli e posate in abbondanza). Zona lavatoio e stenditoio comodissima, doppia doccia esterna nel verde, e con acqua calda, superlativa. Acqua fresca nel frigorifero e un cadeau di benvenuto all'arrivo. Avremmo prolungato il soggiorno ma la casa era già prenotata da altri ospiti. Torneremo sicuramente, 10 e lode agli hosts.

This must be the best location in all of Tropea for the VIEW!! It’s simply breathtaking and there is a very large terrace to enjoy your morning coffee and evening wine. The apartment is nice, clean, and as described. Adriano is an excellent host and communicates very well. 100% recommend!

La casa è immersa in una splendida pineta vicina al mare. Sono presenti altri alloggi, ma i rispettivi spazi esterni sono a uso esclusivo. Al ritorno dal mare la pineta è stata un autentico buen retiro: doccia esterna, due tavoli, sdraio e griglia in muratura. Insomma, posto ideale per godersi il silenzio, la natura e il cielo stellato. La pineta si trova a pochi km dal comune di Isola di Capo Rizzuto ma nelle vicinanze ci sono un market e un bar. A pochi passi dall'alloggio c'è una spiaggia appartata e bellissima. Sabbia rossastra, mare cristallino e ricco di pesci (località Le Cannella è parte dell'area marina protetta di C. Rizzuto). La discesa a mare è semplice, ma piuttosto scoscesa: non adatta a tutte le età e le ginocchia. Nei dintorni ci sono comunque spiagge altrettanto belle, talvolta di più facile accesso. Ottima la comunicazione con il mitico Mario. Cos'altro aggiungere? Torneremo appena possibile con gran piacere.

We were glad to find Antonio’s place at the last moment. The place felt right at home. Exactly what we wanted. A peaceful place to stay with nature. The place has a sea view over the olive trees. Parking is on site with plenty of space. Train station is within walking distance (a plus). Antonio was very responsive and let us in the apartment earlier than we expected. Grazie mille Antonio! È stato un piacere!!!

L'appartamento è fornito di tutto e ha una bellissima atmosfera. Si trova in una posizione perfetta per diversi tipi di vacanze. 8 minuti a piedi dalle ampie spiagge di Palmi (mare stupendo), in cui è possibile trovare sia sabbia che scoglio. In una settimana di vacanza io e i miei amici abbiamo visitato Tropea (a un'ora di macchina), la bellissima Scilla (a 20 min) e anche parte della Sicilia (traghetto di Villa San Giovanni a soli 30 min di macchina dall'appartamento). Siamo stati accolti benissimo dai proprietari che si sono dimostrati molto flessibili per tutte le necessità durante il nostro soggiorno. Ci hanno anche offerto la possibilità di organizzare escursioni nell'area di Palmi e del Parco Nazionale della Sila. Grande valore aggiunto al soggiorno anche i vicini di casa, molto simpatici e accoglienti, con cui il giardino e la bellissima area barbecue (attrezzata di tutto) sono in condivisione, barbecue che ci hanno lasciato usare con piacere. Un soggiorno perfetto!
