Cumberland Chalet, our 3-level provincial mountain home, with private deck to unwind, a warm fire pit for evening gatherings, a luxurious bathtub for soaking, an arcade for fun in the family movie room. Our home has lake/trail privileges and a large property to roam. Stone fireplaces, tongue & groove ceilings, a bathroom on each floor... spacious yet cozy in this remodeled space. Coyote Grove Chalet is located in Lower Moonridge. One block walk to the zoo, golf course, & coffee shop. 2 min walk to the free Big Bear Trolley (Red Line) that services both ski resorts (don't hassle w parking). After hitting the slopes, retire to the chalet to make s’mores over the wood burning fireplace or over the gas fire pit in the fully fenced backyard. Head into Big Bear Village just five minutes away for shopping & dining. In summer months head to the lake to fish, boat, and swim.

The Space Chalet

Located in MoonRidge, next to Bear Mountain, the new Big Bear Zoo, the golf course, snow summit, sledding, shopping and more. Bring up to 16 guests to relax and enjoy the slopes, host a gathering, or bring the family to vacation, this home has something for everyone. The giant rear deck has beautiful “tree house” views, with Bear Mountain Ski Resort being the center. A jacuzzi sits in the center, with gorgeous starlight views at night. A brand new Chef’s kitchen, and too much else to list!

Centrally located just 1.2 miles from the village and Snow Summit ski resort on a quiet cul-de-sac is exactly where you’ll want to be. Remodeled kitchen, bathrooms over natural river rock flooring. Step outside onto a 280 degree wrap around deck, complete with BBQ, sitting areas and private hot tub. (No pets) I have a exterior camera monitoring the driveway for safety

The Wee Hoose (in The Village, spacious and comfy)

Recently renovated home with all imaginable conveniences, including tree top views, walk to dinner in The Village, walk to the lake, less than a mile to Snow Summit, Towne Trail, and everything else. Gourmet kitchen designed to cook in and entertain. Rear sliding doors onto deck with tree top views and peeks at the lake....and if you're musically inclined, our family piano is here too.... 240V charging available for your electric car (NEMA 14-50).

Located in upper Moonridge, you're just minutes from Big Bear's famous ski resorts, mountain lake, & charming downtown village with delightful restaurants and friendly mountain pubs. The Pine Nest Chalet's vaulted ceilings and open design allows natural night to pour in through the many windows. Looking out those same windows, you'll see stunning tree-top views from the back and Bear Mountain ski resort from the front.
