Our family of five (2 teens and Mother in Law) spent our spring break in Vegas. We had a great time staying at Jennifer’s place. Jennifer and Tyler co-host were super responsive and accommodating. We checked in rather late in the day, but check in was easy and we had no issues. The house is a bit older, but the interior has been remodeled and clean. We really enjoyed playing pool, but we didn’t get a chance using the outdoor pool. All in all, we had a great time staying there.

We stayed here with colleagues while visiting an exhibition in Las Vegas. The property was exactly as described – spacious, very clean, and the kitchen was impressively well-equipped. Lilly was always responsive and friendly, which made everything smooth and easy. Our stay felt like a little vacation combined with some great team building. Highly recommended!

Great place to stay. Host was quick and friendly with messages. The house was clean, dog friendly, and had plenty of space: 4 bedrooms and a big kitchen with lots of seating at the table and island. The house looked exactly like the pictures in the profile. Kitchen had everything we needed. It’s about 20 minutes from the Vegas Strip, 15 minutes to Fremont Street, and a short drive (~5 minutes) to stores and restaurants. The backyard’s large with a hot tub and fire pit. EV charger in the garage. Would definitely book again.

I had an amazing stay! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable visit. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in and check-out seamless. The location was perfect—close to great restaurants and attractions while still offering a peaceful retreat. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great Airbnb experience!

Beautiful home and sparkling clean. Beds and bedding were comfortable. We had all the kitchen supplies needed for our 4 day stay. We walked to some restaurants in the area, 595 was by far our favorite! Uber and Lyft are easy to get if you want to venture out to the strip or surrounding area. Christa was the perfect host communicating above and beyond what was expected. Thank you letting us stay and enjoy our trip in your home.

We loved how close this was to the hustle and bustle of Las Vegas yet far enough removed to be peaceful and relaxing. We were on Spring Break with our two teenage boys and they thoroughly enjoyed all the yard space to roam and play on, plus the pool table and basketball hoop. We felt very safe with the private gate enclosing the property. Our dog had space to roam and felt right at home. We had way more space and number of beds than we needed, but we would definitely rent this house again because it was so much more enjoyable than staying on or very close to the Vegas Strip. We just might bring another family of four to enjoy it with us. We recommend staying at this property - it was a unique and fun experience that added so much to our stay in Las Vegas!

Kathy's place is a home away from home. extremely clean and free of clutter but not to say that it was lacking any needed amenities. there were thoughtful gestures of light snacks, coffee, and tea laid out for guests' convenience as well. Our trip was a sister's mini getaway trip to enjoy Vegas entertainment and shows. Her 2- bedroom 2-flr condo was beautiful, bright, and offered everything that we could ask for. the best thing were the super comfortable and clean King-sized beds and a cute little private porch for my sister to use to momentarily and safely step outside. surroundings were quiet. Hosts responded quickly and were more than accommodating for a request that they could have easily denied. This saved our sanity after a very long trip to town. we truly appreciated the hosts for this! thank you for hosting us and we will definitely keep your cute, beautiful, very comfy place in mind the next time that we come back to town!

This Airbnb was very calming, in a safe gated place, right near the rio, not too far if you don’t mind a 10 min drive to the strip. Perfect for what I needed on my trip. The host was responsive. The kitchen was stocked well. the vibes are wonderful here, very green & clean. I miss it already. Thanks so much.

Great to stay and relax in the quiet and clean apartment! Could see my truck from the room. Easy to access the space from parked to room in seconds. Temperature was nice….. I was working at Mandalay Bay and it took between 30 and 45 minutes to get there each morning. Consistently less than 30 minutes to get back each evening.

The place was clean and well-appointed. There was easy access to ride-share and taxis. Kevin and Lillian were very proactive with communication throughout the stay. There was some noise from the upstairs neighbors, but over all very manageable.

A great smoke free stay in Vegas! Enjoyed the pools, hot tub, and convenient location! I had a wonderful time and would gladly book again! Thanks!!

Très aimable. Nous étions là pour une semaine pendant une convention professionnelle. C’était idéal et relaxant. Très facile aussi d’aller faire des courses dans les supermarchés environnants. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

A good place to live for the CES . Many supermarkets around and only 15 mins driving to the LVCC.

The location was great for people who don’t want the noise and disruption of the strip. We were in LV to see concerts at The Sphere so appreciated having a quiet place to get away to, cook meals in the very usable kitchen, eat on the little porch, sit by the pool, etc.

I had an amazing stay at Ted and Nancy’s place! The apartment was spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I felt right at home and enjoyed every moment. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a cozy and clean place to stay!

Milly was very responsive during communications. There was a little mis-communication in the beginning in regards to early check-in, however, Milly was able to respond and act immediately. We were able to do some light shopping near the property and was able to still check in before the initial check-in time. The beds were very comfortable and bathrooms were well supplied. The view and seating from the deck of the strip made for a nice place to wind down with a drink. We will definitely consider of visiting the property again.

My spouse and I enjoyed the stay for the 4 nights 5 days. What I would say is hot water on a daily basis is tricky due to the water supply in the community. Most days it was only cold water. The images presented seems a bit larger than what it is in reality. However the property was clean, very accommodating, and peaceful.

Truly a beautiful and family friendly place to stay and has everything you need! I will definitely use Eddie’s place again the future when I come back to Vegas.
