We really enjoyed our stay at this peaceful and unique home. It has a lot of character and there was so much thought put into the furnishings and decor that it was just interesting to walk around the house and take it all in. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. The outside patio was also great but with a cold spell during our stay we didn't get to enjoy it as much as we'd have liked. We were able to get to hiking trails, CU and Pearl St all within about a walk of a mile or less. Jeff was extremely responsive to any questions we had during our stay. Overall, it was a great place to stay and we definitely plan to come back next year.

This place is great! We had a couple minor issues that were fixed right away, and we really enjoyed the large, beautiful space! Very convenient to Ned and Eldora. Excellent management and a very good stay.

Tim is one of the best hosts we have had the privilege to work with! His home is beyond wonderful, and every interaction with him was friendly, productive and clear. We spent our family holiday here in Boulder and it could not have been better! Tim has created a beautiful home that is stylish, comfortable, generous and thoughtful in every detail. Everything worked like a charm! The location up into the beautiful hills overlooking Boulder far below is nothing short of spectacular. Every morning we welcomed the glorious sunrise from the main bedroom as the whole house filled with light. I can whole heartedly recommend Tim and his beautiful home for your next AirBnB adventure! Had an excellent stay at this beautiful spot! Stayed here during my wedding weekend and felt so welcomed by Scott. Champagne and a nice note was left on the counter. Great location and quiet neighborhood. Would definitely come back again!

Truly, a fantastic spot. Spacious and equipped with everything we could possibly need… and then some! Excellent for a larger group – lots of private spaces to spread out and shared spaces to get together. SO much better (and cheaper!) than 3 hotel rooms! Carol and her team were flexible, friendly and helpful. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in Longmont!

We enjoyed Brandi’s place so much! The quiet and beautiful views, the huge yard for the pups to chase rabbits, the proximity to all the important stuff but still feeling like we were in a peaceful and quiet bubble was amazing. We can’t wait to come back again!

We had an unexpected forced vacation due to Water damage in our home, our family had to move out while the floors were being redone. Heather and Chip’s North. Boulder location is walking distance to the foothills where you can hike, ride bikes, and walk to coffee shops and restaurants. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and clean. Their home is spacious and loaded with high end amenities with plenty of indoor and outdoor space. It ended up being the best scenario for our family! We’re so glad it worked out and highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a North Boulder getaway!

Aja was fantastic and communicative. The place was as described. The kids loved the hot tub.

Jeanne’s basement apartment is lovely, comfortable, and it had everything I needed (and more) in the kitchen and bathroom. It was helpful to have a washer and dryer. Since I was visiting family, I did not have time to use the nice living room. I really appreciated the artistic, creative touches. The bed was very comfortable, and there were pillows to chose from. It was a beautiful 15-20 min walk from my family’s home, and I really enjoyed the walk. Jeanne is warm and hospitable, and I felt at home. She was easily accesible by text for communication and questions, and responded quickly. The front entrance, which also leads to the apartment downstairs, has a code, and entrance is easy. Thank you, Jeanne! I most certainly will return.

Absolutely loved my stay in Lafayette. It was my first time in Colorado and wanted to be somewhere between Boulder (to visit a friend) and Denver. Sue’s apartment in Lafayette was perfect! Close enough to the small downtown area with restaurants and shops and a rec center to work out at. The apartment is perfectly located, private, comfortable and clean! Will definitely stay here again for my next visit 😊

Jennifer’s Airbnb is perfect in so many ways! The space is spotless and comfortable. It is below in the basement of her home but with your own entrance and many lights that make the entire place just wonderful! There are a lot of little touches including a fireplace you can just turn on and off. Kitchen is well stocked. This is my second visit and I will definitely be back!

Beautiful place in a good location, was convenient for us. We were able to park both our trucks and get around town easy. The condo is nice it’s been up kept well and was comfortable. It was pricey but in comparison to a hotel room it worked great. Jesse is a really good host and it was a great stay.
