We really appreciated the proximity to campus as we were there visiting our son at University of Colorado. The house itself had everything we needed and more. It had a beautiful big kitchen with amazing views and tons of sunlight! The beds were comfortable and the host provided a little welcome basket which was nice, too. They were very accommodating of our schedule - we arrived early and they were able to let us check in early. I definitely recommend!

We were looking for an affordable way to visit Boulder with our family. This was a great place for our teens to have their own rooms, as opposed to a one room hotel room at a comparable price. Having a full kitchen saved us money in paying for meals out. Joel provided a great local guide with things to do, places to shop, and restaurant and brewery suggestions. Due to colder temps we didn’t get to enjoy the amenities such as the hot tub or e-bikes, but Joel can’t control the weather. When the sun decided to shine, we were able to take walks and jump on the trails nearby.

We had a wonderful stay. House was very clean. Extremely well stocked with necessities and a lot of luxuries (chargers on the night stand, plentiful towels, espresso etc). Very peaceful and private backyard with private hot tub. Gene was super responsive and definitely made us feel at home. Short drives to Denver and boulder. Estes Park was about an hour. Breckenridge and Colorado Springs are about 2 hours. Definitely recommend this listing for anyone trying to experience several different locations of Colorado.

One of the best AirBNB’s we’ve stayed at! Everything is as beautiful as the photos and works without a hitch—from the kitchen set up, hot tub, and kids gear. Perfect for skiing and having a nice place for non skiers to relax and enjoy Nederland!

Hot tub was clean hot! The tv and coffee maker were easy to use. Only thing I couldn’t figure out was the nifty washer/dryer combo.. great place.

Spacious house in a great location. The description of the house is accurate. For the price, it worked really well for us (3 adult couples, all family). You'll want to have a car, but it's close to everything "Longmont." It's an older house, and you shouldn't expect modern amenities, but again, it's priced fairly for what it is. It does require you to be able to navigate stairs. We would stay here again.

This is a beautiful property and the communication with Cathy was always easy, friendly and swift. The location is the bonus here as we walked to dinner each night and stores a short drive away. The hot tub, ping pong table and game cabinet were appreciated by all. We found everything we needed in the kitchen and the house is wonderful for everyone to spread out and have spaces of their own. 1 downstairs bed was not comfortable, but otherwise all was perfect.

This place had a great setup. All we needed for a relaxing retreat. The master bedroom opens up to the deck with the hot tub. The Bluetooth speakers and string lights made a great atmosphere!

Beautiful location and perfectly situated to enjoy nature. Lovely decor and nice jetted tub. Comfortable and very clean. Great communication about what to expect, directions, how to check in/out and instructions. Would highly recommend to friends and family for a peaceful getaway! Disconnecting from technology can be a good thing, but be aware that you probably won't have cell service and internet/wifi is hit and miss. So for emergencies, guests may want to provide alternate contact information to family/friends back home.

This was actually the best AirBnB I have ever stayed in. Jessica’s cabin was so extremely beautiful, clean, and cozy. My boyfriend, our friend, and I wanted some much needed R&R and digital detoxing after working and being grad students in Chicago, and omg this was the best trip ever. We loved the fireplace, hot tub, puzzles, piano, and especially the 8 track/cassette collection! Also the beds were heavenly. Allenspark is beautiful - we loved how close it was to trails and to Estes Park! I will say we got lucky with the WiFi. We expected it to not work at all, but we were able to stream some TV shows on our friends laptop and go on our phones no problem. I was so sad we had to go home - I could’ve stayed forever!!!

Great place, quiet n in the woods, exactly what we needed/wanted for our anniversary. Was fantastic!

We booked this place for alittle birthday weekend great away and it was stunning! Easy to communicate with Yvonne, the views and surroundings are breathtaking! Would definitely book again

This house and host were amazing. The home and views were equally beautiful. Christina went above and beyond and even had a high chair and bassinet set up for our grand daughter without us even asking. The home is gorgeous with stunning views of the mountains and hiking trails just steps from the front door!

Man what a place to feel alive and free again!!!! Was just far enough away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to find snacks and food!!!! We absolutely loved it out there in the middle of no where I got the relaxation I needed!!! Chefs kiss of air bnb 100%

Sleepy Hollow was a great location for what we were looking for: really close to the Wild Basin entrance for RMNP, close drive to Estes Park and other hiking trails. Though this is right off CO-7 and by the local food/fuel station it was still pretty quiet and felt secluded. We enjoyed our stay as a couple and could see how this place would be just as great for larger parties. Internet was perfect for streaming on a cold, rainy day. The lot was full of Aspens in their fall glory and a little stream ran past the property. Hot tub was at the ready, nice steam showers, super comfy beds, electric fireplaces in the bedrooms that gave off heat, newer washer and dryer and a fully stocked kitchen (appliances, spices, utensils and more). Communication was easy and the host was proactive about making sure we had all the details and directions beforehand since cell service is pretty nonexistent in the mountains. We had no problem locating the cabin because of this. We enjoyed our stay.
