I liked that everything was clear in the description and it was such a great area!! We had a really relaxing time. Our trip was to go skiing, but the hot tub may have been our favorite part!!

Great location and easy to get to downtown and explore Boulder. The apartment had everything you could need and more. The bed was very comfortable and the place was cozy. Do try Wayne’s bbq for their Brisket. It was a recommendation and quite possibly the best brisket we’ve ever had.

Nice, quiet place near a green area. I've spent over 2 weeks in early spring at the place and found it very comfortable. There is a nice garden with lots of birds, a sun room to relax and enjoy all this, and a regular part of the house with the kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Around, there is a golf court, a few trails, a few of shops and cafes, and straight routes to the city center and the mountains. I've used a bike and it took around 20 minutes to get to the center and visit nearby places, it was very convenient. Anthony and Kersti are amazing hosts! During my stay, they helped me with whatever matters I've got and were always responsive and welcoming.

Lyons is a little gem and we are lucky enough to have family here. This is our second time staying with Kathy and there is everything you could need and everything is walkable. We will be back again!

Eric was super considerate, the accommodation is close to a park and a supermarket for shopping and close enough to start trails

I really enjoyed my stay at Petra’s place. It was perfect for a quiet, clean little getaway. The location was great for all of the downtown restaurants. The studio itself was sparkling clean, with a very comfortable bed, and a really nice shower. It was quiet for sleeping. Petra was very responsive and helpful throughout. I 100% hope to stay here again! Thank you!

This sweet spot was perfect for our visit with our CU student - the location could not have been better. Great amenities and even has a view of the Flatirons! ☀️

Larry and Denise's place was great -- just as advertised. It was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. Had everything I needed in the apartment. They were very communicative and kind to give many recommendations in the area to ensure the best trip in Boulder. The check-in/check-out process was very smooth and easy.

Incredible stay in Boulder! David's home is in an incredible neighborhood close to north boulder park and pearl street. The living area is spacious and David was incredible quick to respond to any questions or needs.

The place was very clean and organized. It had that feeling of home. Quiet area when I communicated with Eileen that I was going to be coming in late at night she volunteered to turn the lights on. I have no concerns. I will stay there again. Highly recommended.

Everything was perfect for this short weekend stay. Super easy to check in, all the communication was very clear. We enjoyed having the option to stay on the Hill for a football weekend and will look at this place first next year when needing a place in Boulder.

Our stay here will be one of my favorites! The Airbnb was exactly as pictured. The furniture was chic and elegant but SO comfortable. The bed made for the perfect sleep. The kitchen was nice for cooking dinners and eating together. The couch was the perfect set up to play games (Exploding Kittens-Thanks, Christen!) Everything was so clean and cozy. The backyard was very spacious and had some Mountain Views. The neighborhood was peaceful and very close to the Gunbarrel trails. It’s also very close to Boulder, and Gunbarrel has great breweries. We had our dog with us and Christen was very accommodating for him! We can’t wait for our next visit. Book this Airbnb! You won’t be disappointed.

Thank you! Great private space. While attached, it felt like I was in my own area unrelated to the rest of the house. Private entrance and very clean and comfortable. The train did roll by once that I noticed. But the short blast of horns at the intersection is the only real loud part. The train on the tracks isn't bothersome at all.

This spot is wonderful and was perfect for a visit to the area. It is more spacious than the pictures can show and is a great location with great close options for dining, shopping, and enjoying the local area while simultaneously feeling secluded from the urban activity close by. I'll definitely being staying here in the future and look forward to enjoying more of the amenities I didn't tak advantage of in future visits. Highly recommended!

The apartment was spacious and very nicely appointed. We had everything we needed at our fingertips. The host left us a gift card for a great local coffee shop -a 10 minute walk down Pearl Street. The apartment is in a basement but has window-well type windows so it gets tons of natural light. If you are a super light sleeper, as my husband is, you may hear some footsteps above you because the owners live on the floor above. But I am an average sleeper and did not hear anything. I especially appreciated the décor and stylish finishing of the converted basement- there were all kinds of architectural upgrades and furnishings that made the place feel very upscale. The beds were large and very comfortable and they provided a futon that could be used as an additional bed (which my son took advantage of). We really enjoyed our stay. Parking is on the street about 100 yards away and access to the unit is down a flight of stairs so mobility issues may need to be considered. We will be back!

This is a beautiful clean modern space with very comfortable beds. Nice big comfortable couch. It has everything I needed in a very good location for me. There’s a very nice trail through beautiful open space just right there that I took good advantage of. AnneMarie was very responsive and friendly. Not only would I stay here again I’ve already booked my next stay here :-)

Great space in a charming neighborhood. Grant was great and we would definitely stay again!
