The house was exactly as pictured and described. It is in a beautiful neighborhood with so many shops and restaurants just down the road. There are so many things to do within an hours drive. Great location! I also appreciated the great communication! I received a call a few hours before my check in letting me know that there was an issue with the dishwasher and asked if it would be okay to schedule a plumber to fix it if we weee already checked in. I received a communication just before check in that dishwasher was fixed and we were all set.

Cathy The Great! This is how we felt the moment we entered saw the lights on the Christmas Tree and immediately saw and felt the Holiday Spirit that matched our own. Our bedrooms were warm and comfortable with ample electrical outlets to charge phones(of course) and fan/lights to accommodate our individual body comfort. We were here in Lexington for our daughter’s University of Kentucky graduation but found much joy at Cathy’s place..especially the kitchen where she has everything you need to create a meal for yourself or your family. So much open space for family to sit and enjoy each others company with lovely appointed bathrooms near by. Again we came to Lexington for a graduation but we will return to Lexington to stay at Cathy The Great’s ArBnB

My family had a wonderful time at this Airbnb. This was my husband’s second time staying here. We had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, and the house is decorated beautifully. We had spices and good cooking supplies to cook with. There are good restaurants very close by and we really enjoyed the discount code to Barrel House Distillery.

A very comfortable and modern Airbnb. We had a sad occasion to be in town but this place suited our needs well. Seth was a fantastic host who was incredibly proactive and diligent. The place was spacious and modern which suited our taste. The Kenwick area off of Richmond road is a state of change (for the better). My only minor gripe was that the heating was very uneven and struggled to deal with the bitter cold weather. We were able to cope however and didn’t find worthwhile to complain. I would recommend this place enthusiastically to those coming to Lexington and need.a convenient location. Lowell

If we could give Natalie 10 stars, we would! We felt so at home the second we walked in. Natalie was kind enough to give us multiple recommendations on places to eat. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, yet close to major roads/highways. We definitely will be back when we visit Lexington again!

Spent anniversary weekend at Shelia's ! Perfect location for all we wanted to do and see. House was as described . Well equipped for making our own meals along with menus of other restaurants. Definitely loved Beans Cafe! Rain kept us from spending time outside and wondering the property. Shelia was quick to answer all our questions! Would definitely recommend and would stay here again! Wonderful stay at Annie’s with my Dad and dog. Really enjoyed the fenced in yard, comfy beds, local restaurant Annie recommended for takeout, and appreciated her flexibility to accommodate a travel change due to severe weather.

This place was great and a perfect weekend getaway. The sauna was to die for and perfect for the space. The entire weekend there was rainy so the fireplace was perfect! Clean and comfortable space that felt right at home! Looking forward to booking again

I came up for an event a the Horse Park and was very impressed with our rental. The equestrian decor with a touch of beach elements was very nice. The porch on the front was wonderful as well. Very nicely furnished and inviting. The bed and bedding was soo comfortable and loved that there are ceiling fans! I will definitely stay on future trips to Lexington!

Great place to stay in Lexington and close to downtown options. Across from a small children’s museum which was a perk!

In town for a conference. Great location for walking and local restaurants.

We had a great time at this location. There was this great place down the road with shops, eateries, a lovely coffee place. It was in walking distance. The beds were very comfortable , and we felt right a home. There was even a small porch with a table and chairs.

My daughter and I needed a last minute place to spend the night while traveling because plans with family members fell through. It was around 9pm though so I wasn’t really optimistic about finding a place on Airbnb. Rebecca responded almost immediately and came to our rescue. When we got there she was taking care of her animals and asked if we would like to meet them. My daughter was thrilled and it became an unexpected highlight of the trip for her. She is very friendly and welcoming. The space is clean and comfortable. I will definitely be back, if I ever need a place to stay in the area again!
