We absolutely loved our stay at the Orchard Cottage. New Forest is a place of outstanding beauty and there are so many lovely trails, pubs and activities around. The cottage itself was beautiful! Hot tub and sauna were also an added bonus. Chris was a brilliant host. He made sure we knew what we were doing with the hot-tub and was able to give us plenty of recommendations for what to do/pubs and a brilliant running track. He went the extra mile to make it special for us! Thank you so much :)

Lovely place with great amenities. Ideal for family gatherings and our 2 dogs especially were very happy with the outside space. It is easy to drive into Poole which has a good shopping area and lovely quayside. There were lots of good walking areas nearby and a choice of local park runs! There was a good space for the dogs to sleep off the utility room. And a well equipped games room in a former garage though this was rather cold at this time of year. I dare say some form of heating would be provided if requested. But we spent most time outside enjoying the garden space.

We had a big family gathering for the weekend. The house was fantastic and we'd love to return in warmer weather to be able to use the swimming pool. The house was plenty big enough for our group...12 adults a toddler and a baby plus dog. The facilities were great. Our group especially loved the tennis court, snooker table and football table.

It was a very nice stay to explore New Forest and Moors Valley with our children and dog. Thank you!

Lovely stay here. The decor was done to a very high standard, with the reclining sofas being the big winner! The kitchen was well stocked, with some milk in the fridge on arrival, some dishwasher tablets, and laundry tablets too. Nice touch to have a washing machine and dryer to use. The bedrooms were lovely, with nice touch of small shower gel / shampoo / conditioner in each of the 3 bedrooms. The en-suite was a welcome addition to get ready quicker with 3 adults. The garden was beautiful, unfortunately it rained whilst we were there so couldn’t take advantage of it, but would have been great to sit and eat outside in better weather. Can recommend the Thai restaurant next door (they will deliver even!) , and the pub down the road. There also a co-op / Sainsbury / deli in walking distance, a very vibrant high street. Only problem was getting taxis - but not the hosts fault! But bear in mind for any travels from the house. Would stay again.

we stayed here to celebrate my husband's 60th birthday with friends and had a fabulous time. Beautiful location, very peaceful and relaxing. Good kitchen and comfy beds.

Wow, wow, wow! We was absolutely speechless when we walked into what would be our home for the next three days. What a stunning place to stay, meticulously kept and decorated and absolutely well thought out. Every single detail we can think of is included and even down to having extra oil, salt, foil, coffee capsules. Really appreciated all the small things which made the stay so enjoyable. We will definitely be back and 100% recommend to anyone who would love a tranquil stay with great hosts. Thank you so much!

We chose a long weekend the week before Easter. The house and the location matched our expectations and needs. Allan’s meet and greet on arrival was a warm welcome and informative. Brook House is a lovely home and we had a great stay. The spacious kitchen, bedrooms downstairs, wood burner and hot tub are real highlights. We enjoyed a BBQ and a Sunday Roast during our stay. The outdoor patio lights work very well to enjoy the garden in the evenings. The house is wonderfully located to explore the south coast and nearby attractions. We enjoyed a walk to the local club for drinks and live music. (Only available Fridays) on the first evening. We did a day trip to Brownsea Island which was fun. Moors Valley Country Park and Forest nearby offers a lot of options for a family Sunday outing. Our only fault was not staying a few more days!

We had a wonderful stay and couldn’t have been made to feel more welcome by our lovely hosts.. The location is fantastic with good restaurants, an incredible harbour and miles of white sandy beach within walking distance. The novelty of staying on Sandbanks added a unique interest .. we loved it 😊.. Thank you Madeleine, Michelle and Nick for your warm hospitality 😊 x

I stayed here with my two young children and we had such a great time! The place is amazing and is bigger than it looks on the photos. They have everything you need in there, so we felt right at home very quickly. Fee was very welcoming and check in and out was super easy. There was also a lovely friendly cat downstairs called Nelson who was gorgeous! We loved him. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend or stay again. Thank you!

Ian's house is fantastic. It's even better in person than in the photos. The living room and kitchen are very comfortable. The bedrooms are large. Good quality mattress and bed linen. Good quality cleaning supplies. The house was clean and tidy. We found the flat just as we expected it, spacious rooms, well equipped kitchen and a small garden which was perfect for our dogs. The kitchen is perfect and well equipped, with new and large appliances, perfect for those who like to cook. It just needs a little more crockery. The beach is 5 minutes away and is very large and doggy friendly. A pub is just around the corner. Very well located. We had a great time at Ian's house.

A beautiful place in a great location. Has everything you need and more. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a beach getaway.

Stayed for my partners bday & was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to navigate from the start. Instructions were clear & straight forward , no way you couldn’t understand. Place was freshly clean & looked just like the pictures. I cooked whilst staying and everything was easy to find. Additionally the private patio was a great touch , we ate breakfast & caught the breeze. I would definitely stay again. A home away from home.

We had a wonderful stay here. The place was so clean and had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub was fantastic. The beds were so comfy (and I am super picky about this). The location was great, we had such a great stay, my daughter did not want to leave.

Clean, comfortable and stylishly designed. The kitchen was very well equipped, the bathroom felt luxurious and the beds were comfy. Felt really at home the moment we walked in.

A great little bolt hole! Everything thoughtfully provided for a comfortable stay. Cazzy and Fred are very welcoming and very helpful with check-in times. We had a very restful few days, and hope to return soon.

Beautiful and modern decor Fantastic garden area with firpit and bbq Sofa super comfortable and bed too comfy to get out of!! Loved the raised step onto the bed with the skylight. Shower was stunning with the brickwork and decor. Amazing value for money and Ben the host was extremely helpful and communicative Will absolutely stay again x

We really enjoyed our stay, was a last min surprise for my partner's birthday - and Sarah was a great host - very responsive, and had thought of all the little details. The bed was super comfy, the heater and the electric blanket made it a lovely, cosy space. We ordered breakfast as well which was delicious and really good value. It felt slightly on the pricey side for what it was but appreciate it is quite a unique offering in the area and we booked quite last minute. Sarah helped with recommendations for where to eat out and nothing was too much trouble for her. We drove into Swanage / the beachfront as I was heavily pregnant but the distance was walkable. There were lots of fun things to do in town, even off season. The guest book was testament to how many other people had stayed and loved it as well - thank you so much!

It was our first time staying in an air bnb so was not sure what to expect but this place exceeded all expectations. Such a lovely little cabin and well kept. Extra touches like a fire pit on the decking were lovely. Thank you for such a lovely stay

A beautiful cabin with everything you could need in a very tranquil spot. wonderful trees, birds in a very quiet corner of the new forest.

We had a great stay in Ytene lodge. It was clean, in a fantastic quiet location but with plenty of amenities. We were 4 adults and wouldn't suggest 6 as the Lshaped beds are quite small and you could risk leg bashing! But for us it was perfect, or for kids it would be fine. Friendly check in and loads of car parking

Possibly the best short stay we've had with Air bnb, a few days at this beautiful cabin with my 11 year old son. It's bigger than it looks, spotlessly clean and set in a delightful, sunny garden. Patrick and Margaret are brilliant hosts, friendly, warm and thoughtful, leaving us lots of yummy snacks and breakfast goodies. Patrick kindly took us out on a bird spotting walk in the woods with his dogs and shared local histories. This part of the New Forest feels more local, even more charming for the fewer tourists! We had a great time cycling locally on quiet roads and visiting proper pubs. A gem not to miss.

cherry tree shepards hut was a lovely place to stay Kath and Wick are very kind friendly amazing people with passion for horses and country life we felt very cosy and relaxed the hut is amazing and comfortable clean and tidy.We really enjoyed our stay.Great little escape.We are already planning our next trip back.
