Alison‘s place was perfect, it has absolutely everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is quiet and idyllic in a small village with lots of countryside walks from the door. There is a pub in the village and several not too far away if you need somewhere to eat. There is a Trout fishery in walking distance. Beds comfortable. The garden is perfect and enclosed for the dog to run around, and there is plenty of parking right outside the door of the cabin. Alison was an excellent unobtrusive host and left us initial provisions including eggs from her chickens and freshly cooked bread. What more could you ask for? We drove 25 minutes into the heart of the New Forest and hired bikes for the day. We’ll definitely be back!

Kevin and Claire always responded immediately after being contacted prior to check in. We were made to feel very welcome. Little Ridge is perfect in every way for a short stay. Fantastic location. The bedroom is gorgeous and the bed was so comfy. Our dog Rufus loved it too and the location was ideal for him. Woodland walks, the beach and dog friendly pubs!

We had a lovely relaxing stay at the Beautiful Lazy Lodge. Superb location 15 min walk to Avon beach & local amenities close by. Great to have the hot tub to make the most of those relaxing evenings, plus lovely not needing to go anywhere as it was such a relaxing vibe & having the kitchen there too was fab option for dining in. They were fantastic hosts & we had a really relaxing stay here throughly recommend!

Perfect stay for the second year running. We’ve had a wonderful weekend, eaten at The Pig and Lind House hotel and spa at Chewton Glen. Then had this little gem to wind down in after. Thank you

Perfect location if looking for somewhere to stay in The New Forest. Great surrounding walks and only a short distance from the local Town where you can find plenty of shops, pubs and cafés. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a lively relaxing stay away, an absolute gem.

a hidden gem! second time we have stayed here to visit family in the area .The place is in a very quiet setting yet close to all amenities. high quality accommodation very tastefully furnished and Ruby is close at hand should you need anything .

The best place to stay in Christchurch!!! Honestly I cannot thank Natalie, Dan and Emily enough for making me and my son James feel so welcome!!! Their place is beautiful and my 10yr old loved sleeping in the top bed. It had everything we needed and more. It was peaceful and quiet. Everything was so close and it was amazing to be able to come and go so easily. Not only is their place beautiful but as a family they are as well. So kind and friendly which made me feel instantly safe. If you’re travelling as a single parent I would HIGHLY recommend these guys to book with, but also perfect for a small family, a couple or a few friends. The parking is great as well and just so easy. The whole area felt safe!! Thank you ever so much! You’re forever on my favourite list!!! ❤️

Lovely cosy and pretty cottage in a tranquil area. The magnolia tree right outside the cottage was in full bloom so it was extra special. Friendly host directly us over to see the ponies and goose! So charming. Lovely little touches in the cottage/ a great care of detail has gone into making it a a great home.

We really enjoyed staying for four nights,. Tom looked after us with home made bread ,beers from the onsite brewery ,milk ,butter and new forest ice cream in the fridge/freezer. The cabin was warm and cosy and well situated to enjoy days out to places such as Lymington, Hurst Castle, Exbury Gardens, within only a short drive, with the New Forest right on your door step. The local pub is within easy walking distance as well as a coffee/farm shop and garden centre where we enjoyed a great breakfast.

Great little space, really nicely converted. It was easy to find, convenient and lovely inside.

Small but beautiful house with nice scenery and easy access to most of the tourist attractions.

We had such a lovely time at Barbara's place! It was easily accesible and very quiet, just what we wanted. Barbara and her husband are really nice and offered that beautiful balance between availability and respecting our privacy as guests. The room, kitchen and bathroom were just as described, everything functional and decorated in good taste. Thank you for a great stay!

Wow, what a fabulous weekend. Fab house and stunning location. A really peaceful break. House was all as described and really lovely. We had 6 people but 2 cancelled so we slept only 4 but 6 could have been accommodated although sofa bed small ish for 2 people. The master bed makes up for that as enormous and could easily sleep 3 !! Location was dreamy, we arrived with 5 horses blocking the entrance, was brilliant. And the views from the road up to Sadie’s place are phenomenal. We walked down to Burley and hired bikes to cycle to Minstead, Mega day but highly recommend. I think there is a sneaky footpath we missed on the walk to Burley so be sure to make sure you don’t miss it as it makes a big difference. Love to come again with family, friends or frankly on my own. Thanks Sadie for the hamper on arrival, very thoughtful also. Not one thing I can criticise .. except the M3 was shut on the way back to London and it took hours 🥱

Lovely place, exactly as described.

We have had the most fantastic stay at the cabin . It was exactly as described, spotlessly clean, we immediately felt at home, everything we needed was supplied. We had a lovely warm welcome and chat with Andy and the treats that Emma had left for us were lovely, unexpected and thoroughly enjoyed. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and will be coming back. This is such a beautiful part of England, the locals we met on our walks were very friendly and the East End Arms is definitely worth a visit and the staff were once again very friendly and the food was excellent 😊😊

We had a great stay and would definitely book again! It was spacious and clean. We enjoyed the views and the air hockey table!

We stayed here even though living in Brockenhurst, as a new floor was being laid. This meant we needed somewhere close to the village to let the floorers in and check progress, but also in a location allowing access to slightly different forest walks to our usual dog walking and birdwatching routes. The Annexe fitted these requirements perfectly, so would be equally good for guests wanting good access to village amenities as well as excellent walking options.

Amazing place to stay, lots of local attractions great place to take the dogs wonderful surroundings to explore plenty of roaming ponies to see !!

Gorgeous accomodation, very helpful host, we relaxed immediately...and we totally recommend this cottage. A perfect base to explore the New Forest with many walks straight from the door. Plus an easy day trip from nearby Lymington to the Isle of Wight if you desire.

We had a great stay. Lovely place, to very high standards throughout in a fantastic location (literally a few minutes walking distance from great cafes and restaurants). Spotless clean and Lizzie was very friendly.
