Wow, what a beautiful house! Our family of 8 adults , 3 children and 3 dogs had such a wonderful stay. The home is so cosy, beautiful and set up perfectly. All the extra touches really made our stay! The garden, all the activities outside for the children & adults to do really made our stay! Thank you so much Sonia - we can’t wait to come back!

We had a lovely family time, despite some dodgy weather. Great space for the two young grandchildren (and the dog!) Katie was an excellent communicator with very quick and helpful responses to any query. Really appreciated that she could be flexibie with check in/out. If you like pizzas I'd recommend La Pergola (stone baked pizzas) which is a five minute drive away and they do take away pizzas to collect. Looks very good place to eat in as well.

Loved our stay here! The house is modernized, sporless clean, has beautiful design features and felt very cosy and comfortable. Everything was as deacribed if not better and the host has been helpful and friendly. The hot tub is a great feature and the patio is lovely to have breakfast with some sunshine. Location is perfect - very peaceful - you really hear the waves crashing and can see the sea from the upper bedroom windows. The house had all necessary amenities for a comfortable relaxing stay. What a beautiful home. It was home away from home. Thank you Angus and Ann for opening your home to us. We will definitely be back. what an amazing first Christmas trip with my family, special Grandson and our fur babies.

We had a lovely weekend away. House was perfect for two family’s and pets . Hot tub was a big hit for the kids and adults . Wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

We had a wonderful few days. Everything surpassed our expectations. Not only was everything spotless, it was thoughtful and comfortable. The sense of space and the view of the sea were both highlights. We enjoyed local walks and restaurants and hardly used the car. We would both like to come back & do it all again. Thank you Nicky

Beautiful location, i didn’t close the blinds the whole time so i could wake up to the view which is stunning. Didn’t need the car all weekend as everything is easily walkable. Very clean and comfortable home with everything you need. Thanks so much!

We had a lovely stay with our dog- the beach/cliffs are super easy, short walk away. The Cliff House Hotel was also on route (dog friendly and great food!). A peaceful location and only 10ish minute drive into the New Forest so perfect for exploring. A lovely, neat and tidy guest house, felt very comfy with all the amenities and a super comfy big bed! We will definitely return!

A great stay in Andy's lovely, spacious and very clean caravan - perfect for a family weekend get away! We were able to spend plenty of time at the beach - about 25 mins away - and visit Kingston Lacy and Bradbury Rings for a lovely dog walk, then come back both evenings to a cosy caravan - everyone happy! Just wish we'd had more time to be able to use the tennis courts etc on the campsite! Andy was really prompt and responsive with communication too, which was super helpful.

We stayed for a long weekend as a family of 3 with our dog. The accommodation was comfortable and had every we needed. The site was all we needed and used the onsite bar/restaurant, swimming pool and shop. The site staff recommended a woodland walk and provided directions which took us in Milford on Sea and was a lovely walk. Samantha was very responsive to any queries we had. Will definitely be visiting again.

We had a lovely weekend here as a group of friends. The house had everything we needed including a well equipped kitchen and a lovely garden, and plenty of spaces to relax and hang out. It's well located to explore the New Forest. On a rainy day we especially enjoyed the pool table and watching a movie on the huge TV. The lounge space is very cosy and sociable with a wood burner. Arabella was very responsive and communicative. Would definitely come back, thank you!

A lovely quiet location 5 min walk to a beautiful quiet harbour beach and 5 mins drive to Hamworthy Beach. The beach hut is an amazing addition with all the extras inside ! The communication was top notch! The caravan was homely welcoming comfortable had everything and more you would need the games and books kept our three boys amused! Clean tidy and accommodating! A lovely last minute getaway to the New Forest. Cindy couldn’t have been more accommodating getting some essentials in at short nice (a thoughtful touch at any time) and making lots of great recommendations for the local area. Located a short drive from the main locations and with plenty of forest friends to be seen along the way. The place itself was just as described and so peaceful. It had enough space for our 9 yr old and 5 yr old to sleep across the landing from us comfortably and was surprisingly warm in the bedrooms. Main bed nice and comfy and space downstairs for the 4 of us to unwind after a day out roaming.

We had a wonderful stay with all our family to celebrate a special birthday - we loved the house, all able to eat together around the table was wonderful, enjoying chatting and drinking in the beautiful lounge and the younger ones loved the hot tub and braver ones the swimming pool. Great position for all the lovely New Forest areas and walks

Our stay at Andrew’s place was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The information we were given was accurate and easy to follow and the accommodation itself was spotless, it had everything you needed for a fabulous stay and the surrounding areas were gorgeous. There is lots to do on site, it really was a 10/10 stay. We are already looking at coming back for another stay in the future! Would highly recommend to anybody looking to stay in the area!

Couldn’t have been more perfect! Great hosts - friendly but respectful of privacy, super easygoing and accommodating. The place was perfectly equipped for our stay and although it was within walking distance of amazing bars and restaurants, we decided to get a takeaway and make use of the home cinema set up with cozy fire. Felt at home and relaxed, will 💯 be back to visit again - thanks guys 🙏

Excellent all round. Very clean and comfortable. Well laid out rooms. Kitchen well equipped. Especially good shower room with plenty of space. The road is very quiet at night. Walking distance to local shops, and to the very pleasant park-like areas around the river by Tuckton Bridge. Kind greeting from hosts, who provided an extra chair, and adjusted the heating for me. I would stay again !

We had a lovely stay at the bungalow. Very peaceful and comfortable and only a short drive to Ringwood and good walking spots. Would recommend

An exceptional AirBnB! A brilliant location for exploring local attractions, such as the Wildlife Park and Paulton's Park. The accomodation was spotlessly clean, superbly stocked and so quiet and relaxing. Lots of eating out options locally too, as well as takeaways. Highly recommend! We'd love to return.

We had a fabulous stay with family here.The kids especially loved the hot tub and table tennis.The kitchen was really well equipped so it was easy to cook and serve for a group…the beds were comfortable.Theres a shop in walking distance and the house is 2 minutes from the edge of the forest….took us 6 minutes to reach Lyndhurst.Came home very relaxed!Thank you for having us!

If you want a peaceful location that’s spotlessly clean then this is the place. Caroline was a fab host who was there if needed. Perfect location for both the Forest and the coast. We will definitely return.

Had a lovely time with our 4 month old and wanted somewhere outside of Bournemouth where it’s more peaceful and this didn’t disappoint. The apartment was spotless and everything was to a very high standard, including all provisions you’d need plus more… Jonathan has literally thought of everything and gone the extra mile to make it a home from home. Would 100% stay here again and recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the area.

We had a lovely time at Sarah's property. The bungalow was lovely and clean and spacious and perfect for our needs. It was very well situated for both the coast as well as beautiful woodland walks. The break was just what we needed and Sarah was very easy to get hold of and very helpful. Thank you. :-)
