Very clean and well decorated apartment, perfect for a weekend in Birmingham. Peace was a great host, always responding to messages and generally very helpful. Would recommend.

Martin was a really great host, very easy to communicate with. We were staying for work and booked other apartments in the building for my colleagues which Martin was super helpful with. Lot's of parks and greenery in the area. Really good location for where we were working.

The appartment was very clean and modern and we particularly liked all the artwork! We had lovely views over a peaceful river setting. The hosts gave very clear instructions. An ideal place in which to stay to explore historic Warwick and the surrounding area.

good Apartment and we will be back again as supernconveniant for our purposes. getting through the front doodle was a little tricky as we weren't sent the right access coded but luckily another group had th same problem so we solved it together. other than that it was a good stay. maybe a tad on the expensive side for what it is - we thought the wlswankt gym would have made it worth it but it wasn't as good as we'd thought and there were a group we that didn't feel so welcome there too. a definite 4/5 and we would use again if we could afford it. was great having a working kitchen we could use!!! massive plus here. bit there are also some cute/novel air bnbs nearby that would have been more worth the money for the experience. the host is amazing and couldn't fo enough. great communication overall.

This was a beautiful, high end property. You wouldn’t think you were in the centre once you are there. The place was beautifully clean and the garden was enjoyed in the sunshine. It was great to have the speakers in the hot tub. Muhammed checked in on arrival and attended when we needed to access the fuse box. Overall a wonderful stay with great service. We would 100% stay again.

My family and I booked a short holiday here and it was great. The place was clean and all the tech items were amazing. Massage chairs, a TV, beautiful lighting and great bathroom amenities. Would recommend anyone to come visit. It was big and clean too. Thank you so much!

We really enjoyed staying at Kit's place. Super clean, bright and homely. Just like the photos. Kit is a great host - great communication with us, always replied promptly and gave us good information. We had a nice welcome: Kit had put the heating on (it was freezing outside) and left us a great welcome pack of drinks and snacks. The location was perfect for us. A short walk to the station. The house had plenty of space for dining and relaxing; the bedrooms had enough clothes-hanging space. The bathroom and kitchen - also spacious - were very clean and bright. The beds were comfortable. We would come here again. Highly recommended.

I had a pleasant stay overall. The place was decorated beautifully especially the living space with all the amenities required. The location was quiet, offering a peaceful escape. While there’s room for slight improvement in cleanliness, it didn’t take away from the overall comfort of the stay. I appreciated the effort put into the design and enjoyed my time here.

AJ restored my faith in Airbnb after having 3 bad experiences. He met me as promised at the property, was a no nose to the point host, totally legit and a really nice guy. Had no problems at the apartment, and everything from start to finish was completely smooth. Everything an Airbnb should be. I will genuinely book with AJ again next year. This was a lovely place to stay. A beautifully presented apartment, well appointed and with its own parking space. The location was perfect for exploring the area, walking in the Malvern Hills and very close to the theatre and a range of restaurants a short walk away. Communication with Natalie was extremely easy. She was very helpful and friendly and responded quickly. I would happily stay there again.

great location for my week at BCU, right near a huge Morrisons and easy walking distance to Uni.

Nice, modern 1 bed flat only 10 mins or so walk from New Street Station. Flat was comfortable and well appointed, plenty of bars, restaurants, shops etc. a couple of mins away. Khalli was responsive and pleasant and gave us easy to follow instructions for check in. Would happily stay here again if I needed something in Birmingham.

I had a fantastic one-month stay at this cozy and comfortable one-bedroom apartment. The apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures—clean, well-furnished, and felt like a home away from home. The host was incredibly nice, responsive, and always helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

We had the most wonderful stay with Pam and Paul at their beautiful home. We could not have been made more welcome by them and the apartment was absolutely beautiful, clean and perfectly equipped for our stay. It is in the most peaceful countryside and has a very special vibe which helped us to rest, relax and rejuvenate. Pam and Paul couldn’t have done more to help us, going way above and beyond to make our stay as relaxing and memorable as possible. We can’t recommend their farm highly enough, it is without a doubt one of the most restful and happy holidays we have ever had. We leave having made firm friends with lovely people (and pets) and will certainly be returning! 10 stars!
