The accommodation was ideal for us as a family of 4. There was a generous welcome pack and Mike in the fridge. The static caravan was spotless inside with a well equipped kitchen. It was easy to get keys and we were given a warm welcome at reception and could have an early check-in. Perfect for a short stay and would be a nice base for a summer holiday too.

Lovely accommodation in beautiful surroundings. Even more spacious than photos suggest. It was also wonderful to be able to do walks right from the property. Friendly hosts who greeted us and popped by to check we were OK and if they could help in any way. Baked treats and tea supplies when we arrived were a lovely touch. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

A lovely stay in a beautiful location. The apartment had top quality furnishings and fittings, was comfortable, spotlessly clean and well equipped with plenty of tea and coffee. We loved the balcony and window seat from which we read our books and watched the world go by. There’s an on-site Leisure Club which looked great though we didn’t use it on this occasion other than for a good meal in the Deck where staff were very friendly. We enjoyed a trip to Burgh Island on the sea tractor for lunch and Afternoon Tea and what a treat! Staff were delightful, the food and drinks delicious and the decor superb! With good walks on the doorstep and easy access to the beach this is an ideal place to visit at any time of year. Christopher and Tanya were excellent hosts, gave clear access instructions and responded quickly to our queries. Thank you once again and hope to return one day:) Roger & Jennette

I stayed here for several weeks for a placement at the hospital and the apartment had everything I needed. The location was perfect for both the hospital and train station.

Great place to stay and it’s not the first time we have stayed with Zeneta. The properties have always been clean and well presented with little extras to make it homely. Only thing I could mention are the parking permits. They are only for your stay at the property and not day passes as we thought when purchasing a day pass. Other than that it’s was a pleasure to stay again and can’t wait to use Zeneta again.

This property is located within the fantastic Royal William Yard with amazing views of the estuary, harbours, bars & restaurants. Upon locating parking (arranged by host) we located the studio apartment (clear instructions by host). The studio apartment didn’t fail to please, it was nicely presented, good utilities, towels, cleaning products, tv, stereo, comfortable sofa bed, table & chairs etc. Kevin clearly has/had everyone’s comfort in mind. Apart from the occasional corridor noise the block was very quiet, lovely for down time! We will certainly add Kevin’s Studio Apartment to our return to list.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach. The apartment was super clean and beautifully decorated. We will definitely be back!

We opted for no cleaner so we gave the place a good clean on arrival and when we left, as long as you don’t mind doing that then there’s no problem with that option but it’s nice to have the choice of having someone do it for you! The location was good for what we wanted though the nearest pub is a decent walk up a huge hill away (Journeys End). The seafront is not far at all, 7 mins walk. The view from the lounge window is lovely of big rolling hills. Pam was attentive and available throughout. Thanks very much for a lovely stay xx

We had a lovely short stay for a mixture of business and pleasure. We really appreciated the traffic cone to reserve a parking space right outside. So good when you arrive at 9pm! The apartment was warm and very clean. Great shower! Wish mine was that good. Great communication from Amy. Thanks again. Would recommend. Only 3 minutes from the shopping centre too!

Great apartment, central location close to the Cathedral but quiet. Excellent quality linen and towels, comfy beds. Was warm with lots of hot water. Perfect for a February stay, would absolutely stay in this apartment again. Thank you!

We spent a wonderful few days at 7 The Reach. The apartment is really lovely, spacious with clean lines in a fab location right on the beach. It had everything we needed for our stay, & more. The living space is roomy & well equipped with extra like sounds system, board games, all mod cons in the kitchen. All the bedrooms are clean and tidy, bright & comfortable. The 2 main bedrooms are really spacious with loads of storage & very comfortable beds. We would love to visit again but the price tag is pretty high even in low season so this may unfortunately be a one off visit for us, but you never know! Be aware the balcony is off one of the main bedrooms at the back of the apartment, so doesn’t have views of the sea, which you only get from the side through Juliet balconies. Also the parking spot is pretty tight & can create a problem if someone parks on the road in front as happened to us!

Everything went well and kids loved the place as there were lots of activities both for kids and adults. Caroline was very responsive to answer any questions that we had. Campervan was just perfect for our needs. Highly recommended.

Absolutely fabulous place! Listing was accurate, instructions were clear, and the location and apartment were superb. Would stay again and hope to be back! Love this area and the privacy that the apartment afforded on the balcony was peaceful. Nicki was a fantastic host and so responsive!

Simple, comfortable, cozy and clean. a great spot to get into Dartmoor and have some great walks. Bed very comfy for a good night's sleep! We arrived late at night and found it no problem with easy check in and out. Hosts made themselves available for anything we might need but everything was so clear instructions wise we only bumped into them on the checkout morning. Very friendly.

The location was within walking distance of most of the places we wanted to go. Having off-street parking is an absolute bonus in Exeter, and having room for 2 cars was fantastic. The proeprty has been modernised, itwas clean with good natural light and was excellent value. If we require accommodation in Exeter again, we would be trying to book here again

Absolutely stunning house, was perfect for what we needed. Check in was simple and the place was clean on arrival. The host was very accommodating to our requests. We had a small issue with the hot water and they can straight away to assist and solve it. Can’t fault the house, stunning interior,even better than the photos! It made a great venue for a family get together for a birthday weekend. Views over the canal were lovely. Only downside is the additional cost for the hot tub, which we were almost certain wasn’t written about when we booked. We opted not to have it as we felt £150 extra for the use of the hot tub was a bit much. But this didn’t negatively impact our stay nonetheless. Will be keen to return. Thankyou!

Just stayed for three nights over new year - there were 13 of us. When we arrived there was a hamper full of goodies - a lovely surprise and a gift for our youngest crew member. The place is amazing and something for everyone. The pool room and cinema room was a big hit. The comms was fab and when we had a problem it was dealt with quickly and professionally - thank you. We have all enjoyed ourselves.

A beautiful place super close to the centre of Exeter. We went to the Christmas markets and went to a show at the university campus and all easily walkable. The place was perfect- everything we needed and more. Very comfortable and a beautiful outlook. The views from the top floor 😍 Parking space is a 5-10 min walk- car was safe and secure and the walk didn’t really matter given how close we were to town. We were delighted and would definitely stay again!

We had a lovely stay . The caravan was comfortable, clean and warm . The caravan was very well equipped with everything you need . Robert was very communicative . throughout our stay and we will definitely re-book again .

Amazing as always! So much to do with our daughter and we felt right at home as we did last year. Abi as always is an amazing host and extremely responsive. The lodge was warm and felt just like home. The beach, activities and restaurants were great. Thanks you Abi 😄

Lovely place nice and quiet Clean Plenty of places to sit in lounge area lovely balcony off the lounge area Well equipped kitchen Two bathrooms which was great for 7 people Great dogs welcome Hot tub was a great treat after being out in the day The swimming pool at the site was great for the kids we had a Lovely meal at the resort pub and reasonably priced Not really near any beaches nearest about 50 mins away with winter traffic but we knew that when booking Eden project was about a hour away and great to visit

We had an amazing stay at Sally’s property. Very communicative host and kept us up to date and lots of useful information and instructions about the property and local area. Felt like we were staying somewhere really private and peaceful, idyllic surroundings! Access to China Fleet for swimming and golf was also a brilliant addition to our stay! House was well equipped with everything you need, down to Tupperware, which sounds like a small thing but ever so useful and made it feel homely! We would very much like to come and stay again!
