We have been living in Airbnbs throughout the country for over 2 years and wow, I can’t say enough about the hospitality and welcome that we felt while staying in this home. Having family in Elmore, this was better than perfect. The home was spacious, Christy’s corner downstairs was so convenient and welcoming, and everything we needed in walking distance. We will definitely prioritize staying here again! Thank you for everything, Kathy!

This loft was very beautiful. The decor is like something from a magazine. It was also very clean as expected. The location was perfect for walking to any restaurant or bar downtown. We would definitely stay again! Hosts respond within minutes if you have questions.

Julia was very helpful & understanding. We also appreciated the early check in. The neighborhood felt safe compared to other neighborhoods we’ve stayed in, in Toledo. Yes you can hear the upstairs tenants walking & sometimes talking but that’s to be expected in an older home. She’s a very responsive host, friendly, & caring. Parking was not really an issue. We coordinated with the upstairs tenants when using the driveway. Overall, I would definitely stay here again & really appreciated her flexibility with us.

The place is very well decorated and comfortable with all of the little touches that make life easier. Need some coffee? There is a Keurig with coffee pods, creamer, and sugar. Want a Ziploc bag? There is a drawer with multiple size bags to choose from. The bed was also very comfortable. The area was quiet but only a short drive to BGSU which we were visiting. Matthew was a responsive host and kindly let us come back late in the day to retrieve a forgotten pillow. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay. I always try to stay there when I'm working in Toledo. Nice and quiet, very clean, and wonderful people to work with.

Accommodation made last minute for a family emergency and Vanessa approved it immediately to ensure my family had a place to sleep! Would stay again if I am in the area!

The place was perfect for a long weekend getaway, it was on a quiet street near a nice park and close to Downtown and all the museums and such. The place was well furnished, clean, and comfortable. Would stay again next time we are in Toledo!

The house was neatly put together. Rooms offered choices for bed preference, one bed was more firm while the other was soft. Pillows super comfy. Large couch to encourage socialization and lounging in comfort. Outlets in convenient locations near beds. Truly felt like being home for a few days. John went above and beyond when he realized we had left something behind. He reached out to me and worked with me to be able to get it back.

Very nice four bedroom house. Very clean. Beds comfortable. Everything needed for cooking a meal. Showers strong. Good washer and dryer. Pool table in the basement is great! Only drawback was since we are in wintertime did not get to use the pool! Would stay again 100%.

This is our second home when we visit our son at school!! Perfect location and we know what we are getting!! This has been an amazing place for our family to stay!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Comfy beds (all 6 of our guests) enjoyed a good night’s rest every night. The host prob invested in good mattresses. It was well worth it. The property also close to tennis sites as communicated. Hosts were quick to communicate and respond to all our questions. We were also low maintenance families that enjoyed each other’s company and property was perfect size for that. Would def stay in property if we played in tournament site again.

Akhom is very friendly and responsive to questions! If I am ever in Toledo again, I will definitely stay here again! The location is good, close to the freeway and tesla chargers.

This is the 3rd time we've stayed here, and it is as wonderful as ever! So very comfortable and calming, it's always the first location we check when planning a trip to Perrysburg. Fantastic host, couldn't ask for more.

The house was clean and as described. There is a second bathroom in the basement. Communication was fast, responsive, and clear. Living room was plenty big and kitchen had space and clean.

We stayed for 10 days over the 2024 Holidays, where we visited our daughter on a farm near Blissfield, MI and I worked remotely from Amy's place. The house was a high quality stone cottage built in what I'd guess were the 1920s or 30s, reminiscent of the home in which Kay grew up in Mt. Morris, Michigan in the 1950s. Prints of Amy's watercolors throughout the home were beautiful and unique. We especially enjoyed the stone fireplace in the family room and the glassed-in sun porch. The location was on a quiet residential street but with great access to major streets with lots of restaurants, services, and all kinds of shopping within a few blocks. Amy responded quickly when we texted her, and proved to be very accommodating to our requests. We will definitely try to book again when we visit our daughter in the future.

great for a quick work trip. had everything I needed and more to include a giant kitchen. very cost stylish airbnb and a wonderful host who is awesome at communicating. highly recommend!

Perfect place to stay

Ben & Virginia were very responsive, kind, & helpful. My partner & I booked the condo at the last minute after attending an academic conference & deciding we were too tired to drive back home the same day. Ben & Virginia approved the request within minutes & could not have made the process any easier! I highly recommend & hope to return some day.

My employees were staying for over a month and we couldn't have asked for a better spot. Very responsive hosts with a very clean space. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a nice relaxing spot

The Nashville unit was amazing. It was decorated so nicely, was spotless, so comfortable, and just so homey. 2 fireplaces, some welcome snacks, a comfortable couch, and great beds. What more can you ask for. We have stayed at many B and Bs and this was clearly one of the best. Thanks Ben and Virginia. They are great hosts.

A great place to stay! Spacious accommodations, easy to access, and the host was super informative! Made for an easy and comfortable stay that was flexible with our longer travel times.

Katie’s place was great! She was quick to respond to any question and her check in instructions were simple and easy! The bed was extremely comfortable! It looked exactly like the pictures and located in a quiet neighborhood right next to the walking/bike path and minutes from the university! When you book I recommend checking out The Original Pancake House and Stubborn Brothers pizza!!! Would definitely stay again!
