Our family had a great time at Booti Booti. We'd thoroughly recommend to anyone looking in Green Point.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It’s a very cosy, homely, warm feeling. A short walk from the beach & eateries. Recommend it for sure!!

The house is beautiful on the inside and out! Pool is great and lovely temperature at any time of day. I recommend bringing an umbrella or cabana to hold/put on the edge on the pool for shade but great feature having it as close to the house and our favourite part! Spacious outdoor entertaining area and new big inside dining table for the whole group to eat together.

We had an amazing stay here, and it truly was a lifesaver! Our original booking was canceled last minute, and they responded to us straight away, making everything so easy. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed. After a stressful day dealing with the cancellation, we were able to relax in the jacuzzi, which was such a treat and helped us unwind completely. Thank you for saving our trip—we couldn’t have asked for better service. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a reliable, welcoming and peaceful stay!

We absolutely loved our stay. Fabulous location and much better than the photos. The kitchen opens over to the front balcony and we spent so much time enjoying the sound and sight of the sea as well as the sea breezes. A fabulous spot for one’s morning coffee! The coffee machine was an absolute hit. We ended up not wanting to go out often at night as the kitchen was so great and one could cook up a storm and have fabulous dinners in. Easy walk to the Main Street as well as Flow Bar where we saw Ben Lee. Such a treat! Definitely recommend this place and definitely would come back. Was perfect for two couples. We arrived in terrible weather to a black out, but Mark and Linda had lit a fire and candles and put lanterns in the cottage and it felt very welcoming and cosy. Linda and Mark took good care of us and ensured we had all we needed while the power remained out as a result of severe storms. It made for quite the adventure and we enjoyed some enforced digital detox time, making use of the provided games and toys for the kids. Despite the weather, we had a great stay and Linda and Mark were wonderful hosts!

This was one of the best places we have stayed at! Lush, green and peaceful! Clean, with everything we needed during our stay! Liz was super friendly, helpful with local recommendations and easy to communicate with.

Everything from commencement of booking process to final check in arrangements, very efficient and timely. Our contact with Lucinda was always responded to promptly and clearly. The only problem experienced was a power outage which occurred on our last day and was out for the day, unfortunate. It transpired that Lucinda’s notice was a later outage and not the one that affected our stay. Very comfortable house and so well supplied by host in every aspect. Lucinda has gone beyond expectations of what is made available for anyone staying short or long term, much appreciated. I agree with Lucinda’s warning about the number of stairs between levels, certainly not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Overall my family and I all agreed that the home and location were superb and we wouldn’t hesitate to book a return stay.
