Lovely spacious period property which is in a great location. Close to train station and Lancaster center. Situated on a quiet street with parking and parking permit supplied by host. Contact with the host was faultless throughout our stay. I would definitely return if in the area again.

We had a great time at Canny Brow Barn. Everything you could possible think of or need for your stay, Ian and Anne-Marie had thought about, from a cocktail shaker to cleaning products to games. Would highly recommend!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Mark was there to let us in as we were checking in early. Nothing was too much trouble! House was clean and spacious. Milk in the fridge and coffee to use. Off street parking and short walk for regular bus service into the city. We will definitely stay again, thank you Anne, with family and friends

Enjoyed our stay in Helen’s warm, clean and comfortable home. Easy access to major routes in and out of Keswick although does mean there is some traffic noise, although that didn’t bother us. Comfortable walking distance to town along main road or via the cycle way. Large driveway made parking a breeze and the garden has a lovely view of Latrigg. Would definitely stay again.

We absolutely loved our stay! The place was even better than described—so cosy and well-equipped. The jacuzzi was just amazing, with a beautiful view that made it extra special. We had such a wonderful time and would definitely come back. Highly recommend!

I can't speak highly enough about our stay at Brantlea! The communication upon booking was fantastic and that continued right through until we checked out. The property itself was stunning, by far the best property I have stayed in, you then add in the cleanliness, modernness and overall homeliness of the house, everything was just perfect! The lovely welcome pack too was a really nice touch too and you can tell real thought had been put into this! The location was a perfect balance of peace and quiet, whilst being conveniently close to local restaurants, shops, and anything you may need. If you're looking to stay here, I couldn't recommend it highly enough!

Wonderful place in a perfect location of Keswick. A short walking distance to the shops and the lake. Certainly enjoyed taking the dog out for his walk with all the parks near by and a stroll to see beautiful views of Derwent water. The beds were comfy and the place was nice and cosy. A good variety of entertainment in games and books for the kids as well as ourselves. Having our own parking space was very convenient. We saw a lot of cars taking forever looking for one. I will definitely look at staying again when we next visit 😀

We enjoyed a super break in Ambleside, within easy walking distance of restaurants, shops and even cinema, and the very handy parking just around corner was a big plus. The apartment was excellent, clean and tidy with well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and reliable hot showers. We would stay here again and would recommend to friends and family.

Nice accommodation tucked away within the town centre, with the benefit of a parking space. Everything is second away, yet it was surprisingly quiet. Highly recommend.

Simon's place was clean and tidy with a cosy, homey feel! We had everything we needed for a 2 night stay. Even in the cold weather, the place was warm enough on mornings and evenings. The location is fantastic, only 5 min walk to the main street and so close many attractions. We couldn't get a parking space on the street, but as Simon mentioned the surrounding streets are also available. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting a cosy getaway in the lakes.

It had everything we needed while spending time with our son and his family nearby … and it gave us some peace at the end of all three days! It was cosy and warm, clean and tidy … with lots of hot water … and they went ‘above and beyond’ posting back a wallet we’d left behind! It’s in a lovely street of houses … with good parking at the back. A fresher looking front door at the main entrance (and tidier bin and rubbish area would improve it immensely … if it’s under their control).

A really comfortable apartment with lovely views of the surrounding fells, within easy walking distance to local attractions and amenities. It was nice to park the car and not need it again until we went home! Angela was very friendly and offered us lots of recommendations for places to eat and things to do in the town.

Fantastic stay! There are a lot of restaurants near the apartment. The transport is convenient.

What a find this is……. Walking distance to all the shops, restaurants and bars. Great walks right from the doorstep and if you are a little more adventurous, some challenging hill walks within a 15 min drive. George’s communication was second to none, the flat was simply amazing and we had the best 2 nights 3 days!!

A beautiful modern apartment with everything you could wish for a relaxing stay in the lakes. The apartment was immaculate .. so spacious , modern and so comfortable. The bath was such a treat after a long days walking .. a lovely kitchen and lighting and a great sofa for evenings watching Netflix . We felt really lucky to have found this place to relax and unwind and would highly recommend staying here .. a lovely escape and a perfect place !! Thank you x

Upper Mint Mill is a beautiful place to stay, we had such a lovely time there. The space is really well decorated and maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing family stay. It’s within walking distance of Kendal town centre (along footpaths), and worked really well as a base to explore other parts of the Lake District. Sophie and Mark were both friendly and super helpful.

This apartment is very spacious - bigger than it appears in the photos. It is well equipped, warm and comfortable. There are useful instructions for all the appliances etc. It was lovely to have a view of the bay from the kitchen and one of the bedrooms. The location is central but peaceful and the private parking space is very useful. You can walk to the promenade in under 10 minutes. Communication with Carina was very prompt, friendly and efficient.

We had a great stay here. The flat was clean, had all the amenities you could need, and the bed was comfy. The flat was so conveniently located for the train station and local shops, and we had a lovely meal at the Italian restaurant next door. Liam was a very responsive host. We'd definitely recommend and would stay again!

Sue was extremely helpful and friendly, meeting us out front, showing us around, leaving starter groceries, a nice bottle of wine and fresh flowers, and making great recommendations. There was a nice pub and grocery store just a 2 minute walk away. We all slept well in this quiet neighborhood and woke up to its beautiful surroundings. The kitchen was lovely to cook in and everything was super clean. We would love to stay here again.
