This Airbnb is amazing. The apartment is very nicely decorated , very cozy and feels like home . Willem and Linda have thought about everything and the house is equipped with all kind of things. It is located in a quiet neighbourhood, in nature where you can see also horses. There is a bus stop right in front of the house with which you can get to Nijmegen centrum very easily. The hosts are really friendly and communicative and take care of everything, also by providing with goodies for breakfast!! Totally recommend it for short and long stays. Overall an excellent choice!!

This house is so convenient to downtown Tilburg and very cozy, as described. It is fully furnished with a washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave and full kitchen. The keyless entry was really convenient and Alessandro and Giulia were very responsive and helpful before and during our stay! There are two steep staircases to move between floors that had great lighting and handrails, and they had thought of many other touches to make our stay comfortable. Recommended!

Great place to stay, when you walk out of the entrance door, you are right in the centre of Den Bosch. Roof terrace is a plus when the weather is sunny. Recommend this for a stay in Den Bosch.

A very calm place in a residential area, very close to beautiful parks and the town center. Within a 10-minute walking distance, there are a few restaurants and a food shop. The train station is about a 20-minute walk. A cozy flat ideal for a couple of people who value a peaceful stay

Der Aufenthalt bei Barbara und Eric war super. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt es war alles sauber und wie im Inserat beschrieben. Die Kommunikation war ebenfalls super und wir haben nette Tipps für Nijmegen bekommen. In der Unterkunft wurden wir ebenfalls mit einer netten Karte und einer Flasche Prosecco im Kühlschrank überrascht, da wir an diesem Wochenende den Geburtstag meiner Schwester feierten. Wir können das Apartment nur empfehlen und können es nicht erwarten wieder zu kommen😊 LG Joshua und Andrea

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung von Melina & Rick! Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet, gemütlich und sauber. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, obwohl man nur 1 Gehminute von der Innenstadt entfernt ist! Auch zum Wasser sind es nur ein paar Schritte, mit guter Möglichkeit schön spazieren zu gehen! Die Kommunikation mit Melina & Rick war super und wir haben auf alles direkt eine Antwort bekommen!

Een zeer verzorgd compact appartement vlakbij het centrum en makkelijk lopend te bereiken vanaf het station. We zijn zeer hartelijk ontvangen door Bas. Voor mijn jarige echtgenoot was er zelfs een cadeautje! Het appartement voldeed geheel aan onze verwachting. Je hoeft bij Bas pas om 11:00u uit te checken. Erg prettig!!

In den Parelhoender is een leuke accommodatie, net buiten de stad. In de buurt echter veel restaurantjes en winkeltjes. Voor ons was het fijn dat we met de bus naar de stad konden reizen; busstation op nog geen 250 meter. Je kunt binnen een kwartier in het centrum zijn.

Parfait pour une petite escapade aux Pays-Bas. Dans un petit quartier charmant et paisible autant accessible en voiture qu’en transport en commun. Si je dois retourner dans la région, je retourne à Her kotje sans hésiter.

We really like paul's house, the location is very strategic and there are lots of restaurants around his house. What we like is that access to transportation is also very easy if we want to go to the surrounding small towns. We also get a parking space inside the apartment building which is super convenient for both of us. We really like the flat because is very unique, for example TV room are separate from dining room which is in between of the room have little garden make the room more comfortable and cozy. We also really like the dining table and chairs, they are super comfortable, we want to take the chairs back to Austria …..😅 ( just kidding) The bedroom is very comfortable, the mattress is very soft and the room is beautifully furnished. Thank you Paul’s for your kindness and also for making the Hause more like home to us, we both really appreciated. 🙏🙏 Troy&Puji

Wat een prachtig huis, brandschoon, grote keuken, heerlijke loungehoek buiten onder overkapping. Mooi wandelgebied op loopafstand. lange tafel in de keuken alwaar lekker gegeten en de avond met vriendinnen doorgebracht. Er stond glazen pot op tafel met kaartjes waarop vragen stonden. Gesprek thema's genoeg om met elkaar van gedachten te wisselen.

Mi sono operato al MCC e mia madre è la sua amica hanno alloggiato nella casa di Leo per essere poco distante dalla clinica. Tutto ottimo, negozi e fermata di bus nelle vicinanze. Leo è il perfetto padrone di casa, molto gentile ed accogliente. Bella esperienza

Zeer mooie en schone accomodatie bij vriendelijke host. Bij vragen was er steeds snel contact. Makkelijke parkeergelegenheid vlakbij. Vlotte wisseling van beddengoed en handdoeken wanneer nodig. Het was zeer fijn om hier "thuis" te komen en we komen zeker nog wel eens terug in de toekomst

Parel in 't Groen is een schitterende, rustige locatie, met heel complete en goede 'woonvoorzieningen'. Zeker ook voor een groep met volwassenen én kinderen. Prachtige woonkamer in het grote huis, grote eettafel (14 personen) en heerlijk zitruimte om de houtkachel (lekker in de winter/kille voorjaar). Site geeft heel goede indruk van alles (locatie, vertrekken etc). Er is echt heel veel aanwezig (huishoudelijke spullen én ook 'voor de inwendige mens'). Kortom met 7 volwassenen en 5 kinderen (3, 4, 6, 9, en 11 jr) een fantastisch weekend (vr-zo) gehad. Voortreffelijke communicatie met een snel reagerende en zeer vriendelijke host. Een ('globale') inventarislijst (bv. aanwezige huishoudelijke en eetbare spullen + matrassen&beddengoed) zou helpen bij de planning vooraf, navragen resulteerde alsnog in zeer gedetailleerde informatie. Ook een goede service: het zeer complete overzicht van alle soorten voorzieningen in de omgeving, met URL's. Conclusie: absoluut TOP-weekend gehad.

Het verblijf in de mooie boerderij was top! Prachtig weekend gehad, heerlijke taart bij aankomst en prima communicatie en ontvangst! Een aanrader. Kees, Annet en natuurlijk Corrie, heel erg bedankt voor jullie gastvrijheid

Roos's place was a great find in the Netherlands! A nice attic-style apartment, tucked away in the lovely Ulvenhout town. The area was quiet and the neighbourhood was very peaceful. The apartment is located 2 mins away from the bus stop so reaching Breda was quite easy. The main shop is also very close by with everything you might need. Roos went out of her way to accommodate our requests and needs and she was an attentive and caring host. The apartment was well equipped with a lot of bonus items to make our stay pleasant. We hope to be back very soon!

Prachtige lokatie, vlakbij de maas, mooi polder en dijkgebied. Niet een supermarkt in de buurt maar daar hadden we rekening mee gehouden en zelf thuis al even van alles gehaald. Huis is een van de weinigem in de regio, althans die ik kon vinden, met 3 aparte slaapkamers, met 3 vrienden wel zo prettig. Goed verzorgd alles binnen en buiten en erg schoon. Ruime slaapkamers en prima douche, wc en keuken. Fijne banken om te zitten en bij te kletsen, we hadden ook nogal geluk met het weer dus ook lekker buiten op het terrasje gezeten. Josette reageerde snel en was bijzonder vriendelijk, dus helemaal goed!

Lovely place and a lovely host! The accommodation was very quiet and cozy and the area was nice. The kitchen is well stocked. We fell in love with the cats! Especially Kees!

Pauline und Benny haben uns persönlich begrüßt und uns alles gezeigt. Es gab einen Zettel extra für uns mit Tips, Hinweisen und Ideen und den wichtigsten allgemeinen Informationen. Das Zimmer war wie beschrieben, alles war supersauber und gepflegt. Wir hatten unsere Privatsphäre und wussten dennoch, dass unsere Gastgeber jederzeit erreichbar sind. Einmal fehlte uns etwas und Pauline und Benny haben direkt ausgeholfen. Es waren diese liebevollen Kleinigkeiten, die uns sehr erfreut haben. Es war insgesamt ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt, den man auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen kann!

Words alone cannot express how great of hosts Eefje and Humberto were. They were always available, helpful and understanding as well as extremely kind. There was no other place I would have rather been than with them. Everything was spot on from beginning to end. Smooth and seamless. I will definitely be back in the near future as I would not want to stay any where else. It was my home away from home. I have been bragging about my experience to my close friends and now they want to stay there as well. If it was possible to give more than 5 stars I would, so here I will give them 10 stars!! Wat een prachtige B&B, dat zomaar naast een kasteel staat! Rustig, mooie, grote tuin met privacy, moderne (luxe) kamer, fijn, hoog boxspring bed, tv met Netflix, etc. keukentje, cupjes koffie, heerlijke badkamer en geweldig ontbijt (vers, streekproducten). Tel daar de hartelijkheid van gastvrouw Vivian bij op, en dan geef ik een 10 voor dit verblijf!
