My kids and I were in Ashland for the State YMCA swim meet! The house was two minutes from the pool which made it a great location for back and forth between sessions! The house was very clean and comfortable! The space allowed us to relax, have own food with the kitchen, and also be close to restaurants. Also the washer and dryer were fantastic because we could have clean dry swim gear for each day of the meet! Jack and Maria were great with communication and even checked in to wish the kids good luck in the meet! Very accommodating and friendly! We had an excellent stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone. We will stay again if we are back for another meet!

This Airbnb is exactly what Ashland needed! It’s beautifully decorated, and the location is perfect for getting around Ashland! The hosts are fantastic, and very helpful and friendly!! I recommend this property to anyone wanting to feel a little “glamorous” because it felt like being in a classy New York apartment! Again-thank you so much!

The listing was perfect and too me very quiet. It's located next to some good places to eat and a pharmacy around the corner. For me one of the best things was they cool soap, shampoo and conditioner dispenser that came in clutch. I forgot to pack mine on the way down.

The host and co-host where both very communicative, and the house was in expensive. There are some minor updates the home could use. But overall a good experience.

Cute apartment above a garage, easy off-street parking on driveway right next to the stairs that lead to entry. Cozy cabin-like feel. Easily the most comfortable beds that we have slept in, and we've been on the road for 25 days! While we arrived too late to cook a meal, kitchen was well stocked for meal preparation/cooking. Lisa is responsive, if you have an issue, it will be addressed immediately. When we return to Ashland to visit family again, we will re-book this Airbnb!

Fantastic place described as accurately as can be 100% would stay again

This was a great little secluded place. We came for a funeral and Sal was very responsive. The bathroom wasn’t clean and there was hair in the shower but everything else was suitable. I would recommend!

Very nice , peaceful, and comfortable . Great place to rest for those who need low simulation ( very good environment for my adult autistic daughter) . I would highly recommend Graysons place for autistic travelers & their families or care givers.

This place felt like a home away from home. The beds were comfortable, there was plenty of space for seating, the water pressure was amazing, and the neighborhood was very peaceful. Very enjoyable stay!

We’re so glad we found Oscar’s condo. The apartment and furnishings are beautiful and comfortable. Immaculately clean. Great kitchen, appliances, and pans. The views are panoramic and inspiring any time of day. Parking was easy. Short walk to grocery store and restaurants. We’ll be back!

We had a wonderful stay at RiverSuite1. The host was proactive in communications, provided clear instructions, and the listing is spot on & accurate. The deck is a great bonus to this stay and our family (and youngsters) really enjoyed spending time on the deck and watching the river, trains, and birds. Highly recommend this location or the others available from the hosts. Thank you!

Had a great time the first time; came back another time!!

Our accommodations were great. The owners could not have been better for their quick response to our questions and coming to our rescue when we locked ourselves out. The location was convenient to downtown, however our only comment about the location was that it was within a block from a shelter for homeless people and we did not feel comfortable walking on that block at night. However, we drove our car to a convenient parking garage downtown instead.
