Terrific property and great, responsive, proactive hosts. Selcuk is a great place to base yourself to explore the sensational EPHESUS ruins. The property really benefits from easy, parking right outside the door, tho you don't really need a car to walk into town as it's only 100m down the hill to the museum and restuarants.

From the moment I set foot in Burçin’s home, I felt like I had stepped into a paradise. The breathtaking scenery, the fresh village air, and the absolute tranquility made this stay nothing short of a fairy tale. Every corner of the house was spotless, thoughtfully designed, and radiated warmth and charm. Waking up here was a dream—imagine opening your eyes to the soothing sounds of nature, the gentle breeze carrying the scent of the countryside, and a view so stunning it looks like a painting. Every detail was meticulously arranged for comfort, making me feel like an honored guest rather than just a visitor.

Staying at Fatma’s place was an amazing experience. First of all, Fatma has been an exceptional host; super welcoming, always responsive, proactive when we had questions and helpful even after we left the house. The house is located in a beautiful and peaceful area and offers plenty of amenities to enjoy with friends and family, such as table tennis, gym equipment, a pool and a barbecue. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessary appliances to cook and serve meals for a group of 10. The house was incredibly clean and comfortable with every detail carefully thought out. The central heating worked perfectly. We didn’t encounter any problems but I want to note two things: (1) The location isn’t very central (though it’s safe), I’d recommend having a car rather than relying on taxis. (2) The internet connection can be slow if you’re planning to work from home with multiple people taking video calls; however, it’s fine for lighter use. Overal I highly recommend it.

A beautiful traditional stone house - with everything you could ask for in Selçuk. Stylish cosy decor and the perfect base for exploring all that the area has to offer. Hosts incredibly welcoming. As a group of 4 we found it had everything we needed and beyond. We would all highly recommend for anyone looking for accommodation (a home away from home) in this area. Merci beaucoup!!

The suite is wonderful, really a magic place. The host is very kind and helpful, he makes you feel comfortable and dinner and breakfast were super! I recommend this place to everyone

The host was very friendly and responsive. He was very flexible with our requests. Location is great, even in winter you can find open restaurants or markets. It is very close to Ephesus and Şirince. Everything was as described and clean, we appreciate the stay a lot and definitely recommend!

We had a peaceful and happy time. The house is perfect. It was convenient to have a large parking space next to the house. Enjoy a peaceful time with the sunset view. Thank you.
