Amazing place to stay. Owner was very communicative and responded quickly to any questions we had. If you are visiting the northern Kentucky area I highly recommend as it keeps you in a quiet area with the necessities while avoiding high traffic and noise that comes with busier areas. Still within 30 mins to an hour of most Cincinnati/Newport area attractions. Neighborhood was super quiet and peaceful! Will be back next time we go to the area!

Very nice place located just a few miles from downtown Maysville. There’s a train that runs through downtown Maysville quite often, and this apartment is located just far enough away that you’re not bothered by the train but still very close to everything Maysville has to offer. Very conveniently located near the EKPC Spurlock plant. Hosts made it very easy to get in and the apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay!

This Place was spacious, clean and comfortable. Quiet area within walking distance to restaurants and bars. Would stay again.

My family and I have stayed here the last 5 months and we couldn’t be happier!! Our experience with Ed and his Airbnb has been exceptional! Ed is easy to work with, is willing to be flexible, and is always available when you have questions or need anything! I had a wonderful experience at Darren and Jill's home! They were incredibly responsive and attentive, ensuring that everything was perfect for my stay. The house itself was not only comfortable but also exuded a cozy charm that made me feel right at home. The location was fantastic, providing easy access to nearby attractions. I truly appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as the coffee and snacks they provided, which added to my enjoyment. I’m already looking forward to my next visit and have already booked a return trip! Highly recommend!

Such a great place to stay!! Pretty clean and accommodating. Very relaxing and peaceful place! The animals were amazing to watch! The daughter was such a sweetie to talk to! Lots of cute little kitties to watch. Wish we knew beforehand that we could have bought fresh eggs and ground beef from the family farm instead of hauling from out of town. But I would definitely recommend this place!

Was a wonderful place and close to where I needed.

Had a great time- worked well for our group, including 7 kids. Plenty of space to hang out/eat and cook in the kitchen, kids loved playing games in the basement. They had everything we needed stocked (towels, linens, kitchen supplies etc.). House was very clean! Would definitely stay again.

gorgeous home with amazing property that we explored during the visit. we kayaked and played in the large yard. we enjoyed the hot tub. the living area in the home was breathtaking.

Our family found the Peacock House as we were planning at trip to The Ark Encounter. Our whole family (including our teenagers) loved the Peacock House. It was spacious…yet cozy. It was bright and inviting. I only had a couple of questions…and our hostess answered right away. The beds were comfortable. There were plenty of towels and supplies…the coffee supply was a very nice touch. One of my teenage granddaughters thought it was a nice touch that we were invited to the host’s church. Again, a nice and comforting touch. We highly recommend the Peacock House. If we are ever in the area again…Peacock House is where my family wants to stay. Blessings!

Terry’s place was the entire house on a corner that was very comfortable and accommodating. Everything was Everything was accounted for in terms of needs. There were included snacks and a separate ice machine and the king and queen beds were comfortable. Parking was easy both in the house’s driveway in the back or on the street in front. All in all, a very nice property.

A quaint space with a super friendly host! Christopher was incredbily accomodating and responsive.
