George's AirbnB was exactly as described. We immediately felt at home with an effective heating system (it was a cold weekend) to get us settled. George was very helpful in recommending local eateries (Billys for breakfast was tops) and just a 5 minute walk to the beach. The hot tub was hot throughout our stay. We had a wonderful time and would not hesitate to return.

Andy & Rosie are great hosts, very friendly & approachable but also, very respectful of your privacy. Little Fisher Farm is set within a very quiet, peaceful rural setting, & the sunsets from the private patio are a sight to behold…absolutely breathtaking! The lodge is stocked with everything you could possibly need for a very comfortable stay. Comfy bed, all breakfast essentials supplied & a lovely hamper of goodies to snack away on…not forgetting the complementary bottle of vino to pour up & sip whilst watching those magical sunsets! The hot tub was an added extra that we paid to enjoy & we’re so glad we did! It was great to come back to after a day exploring the beautiful area of West Sussex.

We ( 4 adults & 4 children) had a great 4 night stay at Kia Rosa. Everything was as expected if not better. Linda’s communication from start to finish was brilliant and she responded very quickly to any questions we had. There was all the amenities you would need for a comfortable stay and everything had been carefully thought about. The house was in a great location, about 10mins walk into ryde. The garden is lovely and the hot tub was definitely an added bonus. The kids loved spotting the red squirrels in the garden!

What a fantastic little getaway. Great location. Lulu and Russell were super helpful and friendly. The area is also lovely. The place was perfect for our time away, the hot tub was also a great way to relax. Thank you so much and we look forward to coming back.

We loved our stay in the Annex. It was very cozy and the grounds were beautiful with lots to do. We brought our dog with us and he loved the fenced paddock and field across the road. Our daughter loved the kids play area and we also had great fun on the massive trampoline! Runner ducks and peacocks in the garden! Winchester was a 20 min drive. All-in-all a brilliant few days!

We had a brilliant stay at Helen’s house, it was spacious and clean and had everything we needed for our family. Prior to arrival Helen sent us lots of recommendations for things to do whilst we were on the Isle and we were greeted with a box of chocolates and pint of milk which was a lovely welcome. Helen was very responsive to questions and when the weather was quite wet one day sent some additional thoughts on ways to spend the day - Tapnell Farm is brilliant for a rainy day with little kids! On a sunny day the beach is less than a 5 minute drive and there is lots of parking there and cafes to grab coffee and a bite. A great overall trip, thank you Helen!

We’ve had a lovely couple of days relaxing at Anna’s place. The space is gorgeous and cosy and Anna was very helpful with giving us recommendations for the local area. We will definitely be back!

Stayed for 4 nights in this peaceful ‘Hideaway’. The views were amazing and the hosts were really helpful - we even booked a reflexology treatment. The home had lots of amenities (tea, salt pepper etc) and there were lots of books/maps to read on the local area. There were beautiful walks on the doorstep and our dog enjoyed the enclosed garden. Would definitely recommend!

Anne-Marie was a brilliant, accommodating and communicative host. We had a lovely stay in her very clean, functional and cosy annex cottage. She was great at making sure we were comfortable and on hand for any questions. A super host. Thank you !

We stayed for three nights over half term. The photos don’t quite do this place justice - I’m not exactly an architectural connoisseur but the place is stunningly designed with bifold doors straight onto the beach and a fire with ‘floating chimney’ visible from 360 degrees in the living area. Jo was an amazing host and showed us around personally, as well as supplying a very nice welcome pack and ample firewood! Whilst being right on the beach, this always felt like a very peaceful location. We enjoyed being able to do a bit of beach combing from the door as well as walk to the nearby nature reserve. Also had a very nice day out at West Wittering which is a relatively short drive. The weather was mixed during our stay (it was February!), but this the place is equally well equipped for a bracing walk followed by time by the log fire and more sunny days. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a short break by the sea.

Had to move myself and two small dogs out of my home at quite short notice for some works to be done. Found this beautiful little cottage in the grounds of a family home on the Goodwood estate that looked perfect. Small, private and secure enabling me to set up to work within a few minutes of arriving. Carol was super flexible, enabling me to move in over my lunch break and provided easy to read instructions for a seamless move. The place was just as described and spotless. A welcome basket was provided with local bread, butter and conserves, chocolate and biscuits, as well as, should you need them, lots of ideas for local places of interest to view. The dogs and I had a thoroughly rested stay, was able to work without interruption and were able to enjoy the secluded and private garden with some friends who came to visit. It was lovely to be met at the gate most days by two friendly hens. The cottage represented exceptional value for money and I would highly recommend.

Felt right at home. Tony was very welcoming. We loved the area. Lots of off road walks, near the coast but also near to Havant and Chichester if you like to shop. The local pubs are great and mainly free houses so lots of local ales and fabulous food. We would highly recommend a stay here.

Terrific place to stay and within easy reach of so many attractions. Would definitely recommend.

This is by far our favourite place to stay when we visit West Sussex. It is such a relaxing house to be in and the views across the water to Bosham are stunning . It was our third stay in this house. The house is always spotless and has everything you could need and more. The hosts are easy to contact and very helpful. The house’s swimming pool is a great perk, with garden furniture and ambiance lights to relax in the evenings. I would highly recommend this place. There is also a beautiful beach within 5 minutes drive and a friendly pub / restaurant within a minute walk. Absolutely perfect.

We had a great family break at Lance's. So convenient to get to the beaches in the area and having a pool on site made the lazy days fun. Lance was very helpful and responsive when we needed him. We had everything we needed for our stay. A great staycation!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Old Stables. The cottage was immaculately clean and well presented with a welcoming vase of fresh flowers on the kitchen table and some milk and a bottle of wine in the fridge. The pool was amazing, so relaxing, our daughter loved it. Lots of local walks from our doorstep that our dog loved with a very friendly cafe/ shop in the next village. The online guide with a map and list of different places to eat and visit was very useful and having it on my phone meant it was easy to refer to.

Really convenient location, we walked to the beach and swam in the sea several times and ate out locally. Lidl and a little Tesco very nearby for buying groceries. If you want seaside 2p machines, avoid the amusements next to the Beachlands car park and go to the ones inside Funland. The pools at the park were great; indoor heated was a little deep for smaller kids to stand in, but they particularly enjoyed the heated outdoor one and there was also an unheated paddling pool and lots of seating. Caravan was great although the door was a little sticky and the oven dial indicators required a bit of guesswork - kitchen much better equipped than many we have stayed in. It is in a great location on the park as it’s right near the entrance and main hub. The kids appreciated the PlayStation after time outside and Jonathan was really quick to respond to all queries. We’d happily stay again if returning to the area.

We stayed at Louisa’s house for a week at the end of the summer holidays. We were a multi generational group of 11, and used it as a base so we could sail at Dell Quay just minutes down the road. We all had a fabulous time sailing, swimming in the pool, playing tennis, going to Chichester Festival Theatre and visiting the Pallant Gallery too. We had a delicious meal at the Crown & Anchor pub just minutes down the road and went for walks along the beautiful shoreline. This house was perfect for us.

Our family with 3 children had a wonderful couple of days here. The swimming pool with the inflatables was everything we hoped it would be. The bed linen and towels were very clean and it was very convenient having so many bathrooms. Kitchen had all we needed and plenty of room to eat at the dining table or lounge on the comfortable sofas Near to Chichester when we managed to prise the children from the pool. Justin quick to reply to any questions we had. Children are asking when we are coming back so that is our plan!! Thankyou Justin

My family had a wonderful stay during Easter holidays. Everything about our stay was very easy due to Helen’s fantastic instructions and online guide. We all loved using the pool, it was clean and warm. Sharing the pool with the other holiday let was no bother as the pool was plenty big enough for everyone. The village and setting itself is beautiful and so close to many amenities. The children have already asked to come back!!
