Easy to find and easy to get inside. Place was as described in pictures and clean. Close to lots of restaurants but quiet for being in a busy area. Host was super responsive and took care of our needs. 10/10 would stay here again.

Beautiful views of the channel from the private balcony, saw dolphins, and many varieties of birds from the balcony. Beds were very comfortable, even the sofa bed was super nice. Quieter location, but had activities at the condo available including pickles all, tennis, pool/ hot tub, and shuffleboard. short walk to the oceanside beach. She had beach chairs and a wagon to half them, which was awesome! Agnes very responsive to questions.

Beautiful vacation in Siesta Keys. We had everything we needed and more. Sandra was very quick to respond to any questions and very helpful and friendly. The staff in the office were wonderful as well. The location was close to everything. We will definitely be back.

I truly can’t say enough good things about Ann’s condo. If you want to feel right at home as if you’ve moved to FL for the week this is the one. The cleanliness is pristine. The comfort is impeccable. The amenities are above and beyond. The kitchen is fully stocked with every appliance and tool you could ever need. The bathrooms are squeaky clean. There’s even an entire closet of beach/fishing/swimming/tennis and pickleball gear. Gorgeous views from both the front and back doors. You will see the ocean on one side and the waterway behind where you’ll also get to see many birds, dolphins, and we even think we saw a manatee. My 2 boys elementary and jr high age were perfectly at home. Comfy rooms, furniture , and linens. Very short walk to the beach. (There’s a wagon for hauling your beach items) The pool was also amazing and warm. I loved waking up here everyday. I wish it was mine :) you won’t regret booking here.

I have stayed in BSY&T many times. This unit is perfect . The patio furniture is ample . They supplied everything and we used almost all of it . Beach chairs,beach towels,shuffle board,board games. They let us check in early which was extremely helpful. We were here for Christmas and our 2 adult kids and their significant others came for Christmas. Plenty of activities ,and room for all to have dinner. We needed a better carving knife for our rib roast but it didn’t stop us from eating . It seems this place is more active than in the past . It was nice seeing people using the pickle ball courts and fishing dock . People enjoy this condo. Just a few doors from the laundry which takes cc and is reasonable . The only thing I was missing were some throw blankets at night . Wish this unit was available when I come back in March .

My family has visited the Indian Shores area several times and Megan’s place was the absolute best hands down. Great location, beach is a 5 minute walk if not. She has EVERYTHING you need for your family to head your the beach - umbrellas, chairs, beach towels, beach cart, boogie boards, cooler etc. - we felt right at home. Lots of space in this condo and was extremely clean. Pool and hot tub in rear of condo were perfect. We had such a wonderful time. Looking forward to the next time already!

Despite the recent storms, this was a beautiful place to stay and such a perfect location for the beach. Vince was very responsive and promptly answered any questions we had. The place was clean and very warmly decorated. It was great to have such an equipped kitchen as well. We would definitely stay again!

Steve was a very responsive and respectful host. The condo is a short walk to the pool, beach and local restaurants. There were clear instructions on anything we needed to know and the condo was super clean. We appreciate the hospitality and we will be staying here again.

We loved the convenience of the location which allowed us to spend lots of time at the beach. The hosts were great to answer questions and make recommendations. The condo provided all we needed for a very enjoyable and relaxing Spring Break.

We enjoyed our short stay at Brittany's place- Location was great- able to take a quick ride to DT St Pete and an even quicker ride to the beach. Would def stay again and appreciate how attentive and caring Brittany and her place was. Thanks!

We had an awesome time in Sarasota. Shirley's home is very clean (my priority) and grea communication. The location it couldn't be better for beaches and all the stores. I definitely will go back to the same place soon. I strongly suggest this home and five stars very well deserved.

Our stay was honestly best experience ever had on this site. There was so much to do: outdoor pool, waterslide, kiddy play area, pool bar (which was always filled with amazing people from all over) gym, sauna, cold bath, horse shoes, corn hole, arcade, volleyball, pickleball, general store, hot tubs, extra activities for kids to do daily. We never seen our kids while we were here. There was so much to keep them entertained and it was amazing. Jacob was very responsive to any questions we might have had. Place was stocked with plenty of towels and beach towels. Was excited to see that cause other places never had enough towels. They had little table out on porch spent every morning out there eating breakfast and chatting with people passing by. Took walks around daily and highly recommend checking out the ponds for wild life animals. We will definitely be using Jacob again and can’t wait to go back.

Owner communicated great from start to finish. Very responsive. House is AMAZING. Even better than pictures. Resturant’s, shopping, basketball courts, etc nearby and short, easy drive to beach. Very clean property that can comfortably absorb a large group. Unable to recommend this property with enough enthusiasm to represent how we felt staying there. Loved it!

Wow!! What a place. The Lagoon House is the most wonderfully appointed home-from-home in the heart of beautiful Siesta Key. This property has everything you need and more (the toilets will amaze you!). The over sized pool, the hot hot tub, the sauna, the fire-pit over looking the canal and use of a 6 person golf cart and two beach bikes made our stay here simply idyllic. We travel a lot and this is by far the best Airbnb we have stayed in and we just did not want to leave. Gary and his local manager Chelsea were so helpful and so responsive to our (many) questions. They are amazing. I don’t want to recommend this place as I want to keep it a secret - but seriously this place is above and beyond. 5 stars all round.

Great house and very responsive hosts. We had a wonderful stay at Tom & Jodie’s place. The neighborhood is perfect for those seeking a peaceful mature community. The property description and amenities are accurately listed. We felt right at home upon arrival. Our stay was extra special because of the community’s absolutely gorgeous Christmas decorations. We drove through the neighborhood several evenings just to enjoy all of the wonderful lights and decor. We would not hesitate to stay at Tom & Jodie's place the next time we are in the area.
