Just as listed. The unit is a little dated and could use some cosmetic repairs/updates, but it had everything my daughter and I needed. Being right on the beach was perfect.

There was no kitchen in the unit. Bibisch let me know that right away, so it didn’t look exactly like the photos. I’m guessing the hurricane last Fall caused some damage. You would never know tho. We could tell it was freshly painted. Nice, comfortable bed. Close to a lot of restaurants and bars and the beach. We’ll be back!

Aaron's place was lovely, not ostentatious, comfortable and with LARGE screen TV's! Loved the bracelets that afford us entry easily.

Best location you can find in Clearwater Beach! Literally steps from the ocean. Host provided beach chairs and towels which was appreciated. Unit has very good AC, central and wall units. Would definitely stay here again!

Debra was a great host and the Airbnb was in an awesome location - a quick walk across the street to the beach! We really enjoyed our stay.

This was the 2nd property we stayed at of Kathy's. Great hosts in a perfect location and we will absolutely stay here again! very walkable location and a bus stop close by as well if needed. the room of beach equipment is a huge bonus! can't wait for our next trip back!

My sister, father and I had a wonderful stay. The condo is just like the pictures. It was very clean. The beds were very comfortable and the place is very clean. The balcony was awesome. We saw many dolphins from the balcony. The sunsets were beautiful.

Antoni’s place was truly the greatest! I cannot wait to go back! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Clearwater!

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by a bright, airy space that felt brand new and inviting. The highlight, without a doubt, was the stunning pool—absolutely perfect for lounging and soaking up the sun. The fact that it’s heated made it even more enjoyable! The location is a dream! The beach is just a short walk away, and we loved being able to see the ocean from the deck. It was the perfect spot for morning coffee or evening cocktails. Inside, the house had all the amenities we could ask for, making our stay incredibly comfortable. The beds were plush and cozy, ensuring we got plenty of restful sleep after our beach adventures. Our host was fantastic—very responsive and accommodating. It truly felt like they went above and beyond to make our stay special! We can’t recommend this place enough and can’t wait to come back to this slice of paradise 🌴☀️💦

Sheryl’s responsiveness and care for us was unmatched. We had an issue with the property that she resolved immediately and even called me personally to make sure my friends and I were taken care of. Great location and outstanding customer service.

Perfect little getaway! Loved the private pool area and just steps away from the beach! All needed amenities were available…wagon, chairs, towels, toys, etc! The outdoor shower was a huge plus, helping keep the sand minimal when returning from the beach! Loved this place and will definitely keep it in mind for future trips!

Excellent location, safe and just across the street from a nice beach. Walkable to restaurants and cafes. We enjoyed our stay with 4 teens. Would recommend.

Jaime’s place was fabulous! It was spacious and super-comfortable ~ plenty of indoor and outdoor space to hang out, and such a short walk to the beach. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking, the wifi was fast and the street was quiet. Jaime was very responsive with any questions and easily accommodated our request for early check-in. The stay far exceeded our expectations! We didn’t want to leave the Airbnb :) though we did because it was nearby so much beauty! Thank you, Jaime!

One of the best homes ever. One of the best hosts ever. Everything included to please your stay. Fully loaded kitchen and barbecue, big TVs, clean bedrooms, beach chairs and umbrellas. Simple check-in/out. 15 minutes drive to Siesta Keys. Publix, Costco, bars, restaurants, etc. within 10 minutes walk. Surely stay there next time.

Beautiful place to stay. Loved the layout. Host was extremely responsive and gave check in instructions the week prior which I really appreciated. Made it that much easier to know we’d be able to get right in. We did a lot of cooking with littles and had to make do with the single egg skillet. Normally we stay on the beach but bc of spring break pricing we stayed here on other side of gulf blvd. The road is loud so sitting on the balcony isn’t as peaceful as I’d hoped. Although you can see the ocean between the buildings which was a surprising plus! Would absolutely stay at a beach time rentals location again.

This is an amazing location-right across from the beach with water view in the back! My husband fished off the dock every day, we saw dolphins multiple times, and there were pelicans daily. Coffee on the balcony watching the water and sunrise was wonderful. We had so much fun playing ping pong in the outdoor space. It’s quiet at night. The condo was cute, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Dave was attentive to all our needs and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend Dave’s place and would book this again.

This is an amazing place! Everything we wanted; walking distance to beautiful Clearwater Beach, restaurants and shopping. It was very clean with beautiful furniture and everything we needed for a relaxing stay.

Communication with Dave was super easy. If I had any questions or I wanted to let them know anything they responded very quickly. We will definitely be back- even though we live across the bay-We still want to stay on the beach to remind ourselves we live in Florida. Beautiful stay! We will be back!!

For an older building the unit was well maintained and was right on the beach and close to many restaurants as well as a grocery store.

While I had a little issue finding the door to enter, due to construction underway due to the last hurricane, but once I found it the condo was lovely. It was comfortable and quiet being in the top floor (3rd floor). Construction underway on the ground floor units was a wake up call each morning but it did get our day started. I will look to book again when I need a ‘beach’ break again.

We were a group of 5 women, we had a fabulous time! Plenty of amenities for 5 people except for beach chairs which were available to rent on the beach. We had an issue with the dryer not working so we weren't able to do any laundry which was a small issue. I reported it to Franca and she replied right away that she was going to schedule someone to come look at it but never heard anything back from her after that. To get to the beach from the condo you need to go through a gate that is locked at the pool and then through another gate to get to the beach. Otherwise you have to walk around the front and down the public beach access. There were only 2 keys so that was an issue, maybe a lock with a code would be more helpful? All in all the condo was everything that was advertised. Thank you Franca for sharing your home!

This condo was a beautiful place to stay right on the beach. The view from the condo was spectacular. The unit has a big balcony including an alcove protected from wind and rain to still enjoy the view of the ocean. Inside the condo, the beds were very comfortable, and the unit was very clean and well stocked. It had everything we needed for a relaxing few days on the beach. Peter was very responsive and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would love to come back to stay again in the future.

My friends and I had a fantastic time! The location was excellent for us snowbirds! The place was nicely decorated and peaceful. We were glad to see that the space accommodated my friend’s walker. The kitchen was well equipped to cook our homemade meals. We watched the sunrise from the balcony. The beach was a three-minute walk- perfect for a quiet morning walk and to watch the sunset in the evening. Donna, the host, was responsive to my phone calls whenever I had questions. We created great memories. Thank you.
