Had a great stay, the condo was clean and steps to the beach. Pool was heated major plus since we got hit with lower than 70s temperatures.

Our family had a wonderful time at this condo! We enjoyed waking to see the ocean every day and also had enough space to relax on our vacation. Helena provides a beach bag with towels and sand toys that were a very nice touch for our beach day. The staff at the bar/restaurant were great and we also felt safe with the 24 hour security guards on duty. This place really made our trip extra special!

Small studio condo but perfect for our needs. Beach was right across the street & many stores & restaurants within walking distance. Very nice pool with loungers, tables & umbrellas. AC worked great!

We had a fantastic stay at this beachfront condo in Indian Shores! Traveling with our two young children, we really appreciated how easy it was to get to the beach—just steps away, making it perfect for a stress-free family vacation. The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. The hosts were extremely responsive and accommodating, especially when our flight plans changed, which made the trip even smoother. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway!

great place to stay...room was clean, very short walk to the beach, many items in the room available to use (numerous beach chairs, beach umbrellas, life jackets, ect) would definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay! Check in/ check out was smooth and very detailed instructions were given. The unit was clean and the beds very comfortable. There’s a Publix about a 7 minute drive from the condo and several excellent restaurants in the area. Greg was always quick to respond and also provided suggestions for local places to eat. We loved our early morning walks on the beach, seeing the dolphins on a few occasions and found the people in the area super friendly! We will definitely be back! Highly recommend staying here. It was an incredible family vacation!

The condo was great. Beautiful views of the ocean out the windows. Cross the bridge and you are on the beach. The condo was very well equipped. We would definitely rent again.

The Unit is even nicer than it appeared online. The kitchen and living area was very nice, balcony was oversized and wonderful…view and ocean was amazing everyday, early morning to late evening!

This facility was exactly what we needed, I will say I was kind of shocked that I thought I prepaid for everything and then was charged for parking as well as a resort fee… Still feel like it was a pretty reasonable price. I just wish she would’ve included it on the front end.

The place was a gem! Perfect for a family with an in-law and little kids. The location was superb, quiet, peaceful, across the street from an ice cream shop, walking distance to restaurants and minigolf. Also a reasonable drive to take a day trip to Legoland. SO many things to do if you have a cloudy beach day. We felt very welcomed, the coffee bar was my favorite part of the kitchen. The view from the balcony is outstanding, I felt like I was always at the beach even if I was not in the sand. We can not wait to come back again!

The property was on a gorgeous section of the Gulf Coast and the public portions were vwry welk maintained. The condo was pretty and had every convenience.

This place was fantastic with everything we needed. It was close to everything and a short drive to some of the other local activities. Short walk to multiple beach entrances and a cart, chairs, umbrella, etc. was all available to take to the beach. There’s a local shuttle that takes you all over the island for free and a market around the corner that’s fully stocked with everything you need to cook some meals there. We did the night time LED kayaking and then did the Mangrove Eco Tour with Kayaking SRQ, ask for Kaleb for the mangrove tour, the man knew everything about the area, its history, conservation, and gave some great restaurant and attraction recommendations in the area. Or… just hang out at the beach. We were there during tropical storm Debby and Kathryne communicated with us throughout. Absolute amazing stay… even with a tropical storm! We can’t wait to come back.

We had a 2 night stay in this unit. It was exactly as depicted in the photos, beautifully decorated and stocked with everything you would need for a vacation. We felt right at home. The beach was a 5 minute walk across the street. We loved it and would highly recommend.

After booking a different place that we had to cancel due to safety concerns we found this gem. The owners were so accommodating with our last minute booking. The place is beautifully decorated and location couldn’t be better. Our family really enjoyed staying here for the night. Great location steps from the beach, restaurants, and shops. This condo had everything you could need. What a great find!

Our stay was great! This was our 3rd stay in the building but 1st time in this unit. It was clean & had everything we needed. We knew ahead of time the pool & hot tub were not working (post hurricane) so we enjoyed the beach - the unit has beach chairs which was so helpful. Sean was a fantastic host. Responded very quickly & was so helpful. Looking forward to staying here again. Thank you.

Communication with Dave was super easy. If I had any questions or I wanted to let them know anything they responded very quickly. We will definitely be back- even though we live across the bay-We still want to stay on the beach to remind ourselves we live in Florida. Beautiful stay! We will be back!!

Our first visit to AMI. We loved the condo and being right on the beach. Beautiful sunsets right from our deck. Perfect condo for a couple. Walkable to local restaurants and Bridge Street area. We did not rent a car and used the free trolley and even Uber to go to dinner on LongBoat Key. Great stay. We hope to come back.

This was a perfect place to vacation and rest. The beach felt so private and accommodating as far as beach chairs and umbrellas go. The sand was combed daily and was like crushed velvet under our feet. We saw dolphins every single day! The condo is in the perfect location to watch the sun set every day. The views were out of this world... We did not want to leave. Next year we will book for longer! Thank you!

The condo was just as expected. Beautiful, clean and in the perfect location! Beautiful view of the ocean and right across the street from all the action at Johns pass. Our family felt right at home and there was everything you needed and more for the stay. The host was very tentative and communicated well with us. Definitely will be booking again!

Our stay at the Hartney Family Ocean Front beach condo at Indian Rocks was perfect for our long weekend away. The condo was easy to find, the checkin process was very simple, very clean, and was a great location-right on the beach. We were in a 2nd floor unit (condo only has 2floors) which had a wonderful view of the sunset. The beach was steps from the door-perfect for early morning walks. The kitchen was well equipped, but there were several restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries in walking distance if you chose to eat out. The Hartneys were wonderful hosts and very responsive. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in the area.

I loved everything about this place. Waking up in the morning and walking along the beach was amazing. The sunsets are the best & watching them from the patio was extra special. They accommodated a late check out & were really responsive. I can’t wait to visit again one day.
